Very good hotel and very nice breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms and above all with incredibly nice staff. Can the hotel really appeal to everyone.

Good service and good location. Breakfast is not the best, but it is included in the price.

The wheelchair-accessible room was very nicely spacious, it even fit an extra bed and two travel beds for the little children. The bathroom is also spacious enough to move around with a wheelchair.
Unfortunately, the sink is a little too high for people in manual wheelchairs, and also a little too far away, as it is a recessed basin with too much table in front of it (see picture).
The breakfast is kept quite simple, but is still delicious. The lady who had cleared liked to come by more often, and can leave the still filled glasses of the children standing.
All in all, however, it is quite fine.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating. Price performance is justified in any case. The rooms are modern and largely clean. Breakfast is good and fresh. The selection may not be the biggest, but that's what the quality is right for. The hotel also has a parking space for its guests. But he's always full in the evenings. In the hotel lobby you can enjoy a drink in a cosy atmosphere in the evening.

Super nice staff team mabchmam also times a nice conversation I find good I would come back here again and again and can only recommend it to others. The rooms are also well and beautifully furnished. I'm satisfied to keep going that way.

I was there for a business stay, the rooms are nice, clean and equipped with all the basic comforts; The staff is efficient, precise and courteous; The whole structure is clean, well positioned and pleasant; He's got rich breakfast. It's a place I recommend serenely, a good place!

Great location and good value for the price. Breakfast was good. And in the evening you can have a good sit in their restaurant. There is a delicious peach schnapps on the menu.

Perfect for a night or two. Ideally located for a walk in the Center. Parking is large enough when Miele is not present. The bedding is good the TV very much pity that it is misplaced to watch it. The staff is nice and knowledgeable.

Spacious well-equipped hotel. Very noisy on the side of the road. Good location to the city center. Friendly staff at the reception and bar. Breakfast does not fit into the picture at all. I haven't had to see such a loveless breakfast for a very long time. In my opinion, not even minimal requirements have been met here. Dirty crockery and cutlery, a coffee to run away. The food on offer had at best youth hostel level. As I said, otherwise good hotel, I can recommend. Just please, please, please work on your breakfast!

Breakfast is missing the stirrals. There is no radiator in the bathroom. Otherwise spacious us clean. In the evening difficult parking schedule situation.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Unfortunately everything else is bad value. The breakfast is a by numbers affair. They have coffee, but it tastes bad. They have croissants, but they taste three days old. There is cheese, but it's rancid. There are only boiled eggs and no warm breakfast at all. Parking your car costs 14 Euros per night on top of the already not so cheap accommodation. The Wi-Fi was free but so slow that I just used my cellular data. Was better when we stayed there a few years ago.

After a 13hr journey driving from Germany to UK with my wife in tow in the car behind, who had never driven across Europe or UK, the sight of the Holiday Inn Express was great, the staff the rooms were fantastic and the barman great guy, will come again.

Stayed there in the past few times and always staff fulfil all my requirements. Rooms I had were clean and fresh; internet connection works fine when you get additional paid for option. Breakfast was continental and delicious. At that time I was with my family of 4, 2 children including and they have liked this place too. Honestly, can recommend this place if you planning to stay nearby. The only thing I can suggest for further hotel improvement is to have a local guide for guests in each room to see what local area have to offer. It would be beneficial for guests and local economy. Generally speaking, thumbs up.

A well located and modern hotel. The bar is nice and there is a free continental breakfast for all guests. The staff are incredibly helpful and the front desk is staffed 24/7 — they happily helped me locate something I 'lost' (which ended up being behind the bed) without any issue. The room is a good size and while it's not a high-end place it feels solid and well-designed. It's also very well located — only a short walk from the Train station or main shopping street, there are several restaurants and shops within a short walk. I've stayed here multiple times and it's both easy to find a room, reliable and fairly priced.

Really enjoying my stay, it's not a 5* hotel but it's comfortable, convenient, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great for access into town and the parking is free.

Price/performance is super. Everything chic and clean. Breakfast good. Only the Windows are slightly drafty and the noise from the street comes in. As well, not much is going on in Gütersloh, Germany.

Central, modern but loud! A very nice and modern Hotel with friendly Service! However, the traffic is quite loud, this is the opposite to the guard of the fire Department. Here you can take a course 24 hours a day fire & rescue vehicles with Sirens to get out. Sleep with the Windows open is therefore not a good idea, for both Lunch and Dinner! Conclusion: Despite the volume, I can the Hotel only recommend! Oh, and should something happen, help is quickly on the spot ;-)

A good hotel with very clean rooms. Good but simple breakfast. Average night rate was about €67 per night for four nights during a summer promotion: 4=3. Value for money.

My favorite hotel in Gütersloh, Germany. The nice staff, friendly manner — simply beautiful, if you travel a lot and here is second to none! Rooms are bright and friendly, clean and big enough, Breakfast is very simple, but I'm traveling on business and need a in the morning then not much. The coffee tastes good, fresh fruits are there, that is ok. I'm always happy when I can book.

Relatively new Hotel in zetraler location to the city center. Rooms are of a good size. Television with Sky program. Breakfast is included but also not more than a 3 star Hotel Standard. Room rates fluctuate very often. For 79 Euro, I feel, is the Holiday In Express, as a good Deal and bewertungstechnisch 4 star worthy. At 109 euros, which I also already had to pay, I would only be 3 stars. Here is the performance compared to a 4 star Hotel, the price difference is just too low. The hotel car Park costs additional 10 Euro extra and is in good Hotelbelegung too small.

Good location in the city, Parking is plentiful. Good condition of the hotel and the rooms. The equipment of the rooms is very good. The rooms are very spacious. Our Dalmatian was allowed to feel good.

I stayed here for two night's and simply put it was excellent. The rooms are as one would expect for a German hotel immaculate. The hotel is not rated high because of this though it simply was the quality of the staff. They could not do enough and even with my poor deutsche they helped me find my way to a most enjoyable stay. If your in town you should stay here.
