Nice hotel and great breakfast.

Been there for the second time and we enjoyed the attention to detail again. Just magical. Thank you very much.

Very pleasant ambience, quietly located on a large park. The train station is easily accessible and the public transport connection is also top.

We loved this place. It is clean, unique and just a short train ride away from the Altstadt. The owner was friendly and gave us great tips on the sights of the city. Breakfast was good.

Left to be homeless… literally! Turned up having had this hotel booked for 3 months. Locked outside, apparently you need a code to get in. Tried the intercom system outside for ten minutes before finally getting through to the most unhelpful man in the world. He told me I didn't have a reservation (I did, I even had the email from the hotel) and then he just hung up on the intercom rather than helping me. Imagine how infuriating that would be! Tried to get through on the intercom again but no response, left outside in the cold with luggage. Eventually I managed to book a late train back to Hannover but things could have been a lot worse. Do not book this hotel!

This is my first publicly made, unfortunately negative rating in the Internet at all, but this time I can unfortunately not back hold me…
We have booked and writing extra writing pointed out, we need a double room with a bed of min. 1 m 80 width, since our 1 1/2-year-old child would sleep in the bed with us. To be sure, I called extra again to to to make sure that nothing goes wrong. When we arrived, no staff in sight was all day. We got our key via a code at the entrance. The room… a super single room, a blanket, a pillow, a super small "bad" with a towel. The night was having a rest only for our child. Besides the room stank of extremely penetrating fragrance sticks, which were in the closet in a variety and should probably hide the smell of the former smoking room. Because now no personnel was present, we tried to not achieve such… worked on the number on the phone. Then there was responsible to achieve the possibility on the front door via ring, unfortunately also here without success. The next day I pointed out (this is only in the morning) the good gentlemen at the front desk friendly, this here probably an error in the assignment happened and figured at least with an apology (can even happen…) It felt however, immediately attacked and said among other things: "this is probably the fault of the Guest if he himself does not report and claimed. Then you could have something".

I stayed here 3 times for business, but never again. It is a nice and quiet place if you don´t need flexibility, Wi-Fi or parking (or elevator). The first time I got a double bed room, which was good. The 2nd and 3rd time I got a single bed room for the same price. These rooms are too small to be good value for money. Shower is no more than reasonable. No reception 24/7. Parking in the street and neighbourhood is impossible even if you are willing to pay the modest parking penalty (€10). Forget Wi-Fi. Hotel management behaviour reflects the fact that Düsseldorf is so popular that they not really need YOU, there will be plenty other guests instead of you… Be aware that much better alternatives in the same price range are available just one block away.

4th floor without lift. It is an attic. It is clean and such, peo is more an apartment than a hotel. Pata Wi-Fi only one device at a time.

I found the stay in this Hotel for this price is bad. Man wanted us to still the Parkgehbüren to turn on. The staff is bitchy. Not recommended.

Nice Hotel. Easy check in at any time. Clean, neat. Flaw: my room I would not be as Geråumig call.
