Was with a friend there at the Dance Stars Gala 2015. Service was bottomless outrageous. We were right at the beginning by the waiter with a tray Tinto showered. Interested no one, not even a cloth to Wipe off on us enough. As a thank you, we were allowed to our Getränkerechnung then also have to pay for. Written complaint to the Hotel has also brought nothing. Goodwill, Generosity? None. Sincere apology or admission of wrongdoing? complete none. I can only every strongly advise against! Edit after the answer of hotel: dear ladies and gentlemen, First of all, I find it interesting that your reaction to a sensitive, bad review on Google within 36h. For the answer to my written complaint, they have, at least five days. And by the way: My public appeal, I only posted that after I gave them the opportunity to comment. It is a well-thought out response, that alone should make them think. On your answer here I want just notice. Topic-speaking people can be helped: I Must your staff really only explain that a cloth to Wipe law would be helpful, if I shell-shocked and dripping at my table seats?
