Modern, clean hotel. Newly tiled bathrooms, nice modern little rooms with TV! Check in with credit card also possible at night without any problems. More than a sufficient breakfast buffet at a good price!

CAUTION THEFT!
My briefcase was stolen from my room during my stay at the B&B Hamm. The complaint was received by the police.
Much worse than the fact that the locking systems of the rooms are apparently insufficient is the fact that no apology or reparation has been made by the hotel.
Instead, an attempt was made to play down the situation and a cancellation of the impact night was not allowed despite the events.
Very bad service and definitely my last visit there.
Watch out for your stuff!

Budget hotel so not too much to expect. Quite inconvenient if are traveling for work and need to work at night since there are no proper chair in the room. Other than that, its fine.

Rooms are small but comfortable, best part is the Haam station which is just opposite to this hotel.

Hotel in typischer Ausstattung der B&B Kette. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof ist hervorragend. Fenster sind schallisoliert und somit wird man nicht durch Lärm gestört. Preis war zu meinem Besuch deutlich höher als üblich. Frühstück muss kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden.

The rooms were very clean and the lady at the reception very friendly. The Breakfast was good and the coffee maker a new. We will come back again.

Typical B & B. Right on busy roads. I don't come to rest even in back rooms. Beds don't do me any good. Underground parking, friendly staff.

The Situation itself was actually not wrong. Public Transport right next door, Restaurants and Shopping In the immediate Vicinity, but … The Room itself was unfortunately very disappointing. Zero atmosphere, in my Opinion. Lovely designed, very small. While clean (apart from Signs of use of the Carpet), the Beds were absolute Horror. Way too low, Pillows were way too soft and even only one per Bed present, the Mattresses were also, in my Opinion, way too soft and absolutely well. For me, the following two Points could also be a No-go: A) In the Breakfast room there was dust on Ledges as well as in the Storage Compartments for the trays, the Chairs also had clear Signs of use and b) Sitting at the Reception, while talking to the Customer, who Is possible Not at all. Oh, and what I also found very disruptive Was that there was no uniform clothing. For me, it is part of a Hotel (no matter how many Stars) that there is a Work clothes or. I don't think I'm going to book this Hotel a second Time.

Good price but the comfort in the rooms is not good. Breakfast also not good.

The rooms are small but have everything you need! It's clean and tidy:) To stay Perfect.

Booked for Friday 3/5/18. Got there after midnight doors locked lights off deserted, tried to enter our booking number and only to be told there was no booking for us. The number to ring couldnt get through and yet its suppose to be 24 hour number. Left with no where to sleep or stay that night. Tried local hotels all fully booked. The owners are now saying we never turned up and we should have phoned them to say we were running late as though on the emails they had specified that. Had never been soo desperate. I have a bill to pay for the night I never went inside there. L will say book a place at your own risk. L had a fad time at the Mecure Hotel. Love to go back there again No to B&B Hamm.

Very poor service got there with a booking number with doors shut for the day and could not access our room as the booking number did not correspond. 24hr number not reachable and only to be told of no show. Very very bad business practice. No apology for making us to stay on the street all night. I have told the owner to check on their cameras as they claim we never got there. Ruined our weekend and and a bill to pay. Will not recommend it to anyone as they communicate very minimal on email. Never told us service is not open 24hrs.

Nice, effort staff. Moderate rooms, but they have it all. Price/Performance actually ok. Verdict: It's okay.

The view of the station is certainly not nice, but is made up for by the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel.
B & B hotels are a good place for families with their family rooms if you have to or want to do a stopover somewhere for a night or spend a few days in a metropolis, where you are on the road all day anyway and 5 * are not necessarily worth it.
We now know Berlin, Erfurt and Hamm and will continue to use B & B.

Right at the train station in Hamm, very minimalist at the reception. Rooms are simple and functional. What was surprising was that the trains could be heard.

Very good Wi-Fi, rooms are large enough and clean. Good breakfast buffet and very good central location. But there could be more outlets and the location at the central station is rather unfavorable in terms of noise development.

Says 0.8 km from train station, maybe as the crow flys, definitely not walking, and you walk away from the city when walking from train station Was also a leak in the room that soaked my bag and clothes inside it.

The self check in procedure is simple and clear. Room is clean and the breakfast is recommended!

The room was very nice and the breakfast was good. On our second visit there was unfortunately a misunderstanding when booking, whereby we got a smoking room, which I feel rather uncomfortable as I do not smoke.

Despite 24h reception, it was closed. Only automatic check-in. Was not able to ask for parking space. No power outlet near bed, no toothbrush, no hair drier. Clean. Will not come again.

Well located, clean, friendly staff, WLAN okay, prices good, parking behind the house can be a bit crowded in the evening, but I always found something… can only recommend it.

For a B&B hotel, really great. Everything wad you need is there. Breakfast, for the price absolutely sufficient. Here I will be happy to book again in the future.

I know this hotel very well as my stay in Hamm coincided with the passage of the Storm Friedrich, so I could hardly get out…

In general positive experience. Clean environment, friendly staff and decent breakfast. There was an annoying smell of cigarettes in the hallways but I can't tell if it was a coincidence or not.

The location is top, as U train station right next door. But the cleanliness of the rooms leaves nothing to be desired. A carpeted floor is hard to keep clean and you can see that. In the bathroom you can see dirty strip under the sink. The hallway smells uncomfortable and very strict. The price for the room is OK for Düsseldorf. I find breakfast for the average guest who does not beat the stomach, too expensive.

All very clean and tidy. What's missing is a Bedside outlet. There is only one on the one Bed Side, no 2. On the other Side of the Bed. In addition, the Towel Racks are not really good. The Towels have no Loop, but there is only one Catch. Otherwise, it was ok.

Modern but spartan. Price performance is right. Centrally located! Super Beds, which is often not so.

On weekends until the 17th 00 and the plugging is only possible via the vending machine. The rooms are functional, the fruehstueck ok. Large plus direct transport links by car or underground train.

Spartan rooms, but it fits the concept. Got tackled by a mad stork right in the entrance and the whole hotel was full of drunken foxes, if they managed to remember the digits of their locking codes, that is. As soon there is no FC around they are basically lost. But even the President stayed here in the same floor as me! Overall a pleasant stay.

A very basic hotel in the city centre. Located right next to the main road it does get quite noisy. The rooms are basic. Prices are okayish. Good if you plan to spend the majority of time in the city and only sleep over.

Was greeted friendly and asked if I'm here for the first Time, with the affirmation, I was informed about all procedures in a competent manner. The room was upon Entering in a very good condition. Although the room was on the street side, you gewegt at night as well as not from the traffic, as the walls and Windows were well insulated. Like to come here again!

Beds are too close in double bed room so double check if you don't know your roommate ;-)

Rooms clean, functional and quiet… was received very friendly at the reception… Breakfast except for the coffee (there is nothing about fresh bean coffee) was perfectly fine for the star category and the overall concept of B&B. Would definitely come back.

Good Hotel centrally located to train station and local shopping centre. Wi-Fi easy to access. And room was clean and tidy with little to complain about. Breakfast was help your self with a selection of continental syltyle treats.

This B&B hotel is my first choice every year when I visit the exhibition in Dusseldorf. Conveniently located with free parking. This year, for the first time, I had a lot of problems and lost a lot of time trying to connected with the Wi-Fi. The structure is getting old. The room had a faint odour of cigarette smoke and a very noisy air conditioning. Breakfast was according to standard.

Looks and feels really shady… Room was clean but the whole place smelled like someone smoked a lot in there. Staff was very nice though so 2 stars.

Goods to Japan day there. When the arrive, with the subway from the station 5 minutes away, gave it a small Eincheck problem. The friendly reception Lady helped us quickly.
The rooms and the entrance to the hotel are a code backed up, so only the guests of hotel in May.
The rooms are clean and spacious.
A small drawback, there is no outlet in the bed, so you must download the mobile phone on the table. Generally I'd that too few outlets are available. If two people want to charge your cell phone one must go into the bathroom or go on the door. If you then still a power base for traveling with has and who even wants to download it will narrow.
The breakfast is varied for the 7, 50€. Fresh jam, Nutella, sausage, cheese, various cereals and bread varieties to toast everything was there.
In addition to coffee, hot chocolate and hot milk and tea or cappuccino was offered.

One should pay at the kiosk using cash or can pay ahead. The times observe check if they have no credit card! The otherwise everything was great, even the ladies at the an and check out were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are modern, the Breakfast fits, Wi-Fi is free and works without the big login procedure with multiple devices. Beds seem a little small, but you can sleep comfortably in it. ;-)

Mega Central location. Single room-Booking via the website, with early bird discount. Single room with a comfortable 140cm mattress. Solid Price/Performance Ratio. Minor cleanliness defects, but is rather less worth talking about. SkyTV and Wi-Fi (15mbit line, logging in via phone or Mail). Noise protection window. Friendly Reception/Check-In/Reception. Air conditioning/heating is individually adjustable. Plenty of Parking behind the Hotel. Please, not slacking, good Job. :-)

I have to say we were on the whole pleased with our 3 bed room, but breakfast has ruined our beautiful stay in Dusseldorf the next morning. We have never seen such an unfriendly breakfast Lady!
The first thing said the good lady to us was, let's see if I have something for you. After we three breakfast wanted and only two buns there, did we kindly point out, have received the reply, then she would have to buy new for us in the cold!
When we asked around half ten, after boiled eggs, we got in response, that it would take at least 20 minutes which hard boiled eggs need the 20 minutes? Did the good lady but then again willing. At 9:00 was started, to dismantle the breakfast, without once to ask if we need anything else. A short time later the importance in the entire room went out the! It was the 10:05 hrs, the lady came to us and said ' I must she now throw out "
So I tell you, our day began thus really crappy. Because had we can spend also cosy €7, 50 at the bakery and will we ever see the B&B visit again, not the breakfast is booked, because we would be so undesirable still never treated.

The room was clean and well Soundproofed. Check-in very friendly and customer orintiert. The Breakfast for very little money is absolutely Okay.

The hotel has no central heating! Only air conditioning! The winter is too cold and climate is hilfslos! As extra desire, I have written the rooms page on Court, not on the street. She was ignored!

Hotel has smoking rooms — perfect! Clean and very well-thought-out room (charging station for mobile phones at the writing desk, etc. ). Parking and Wi-Fi free — perfect.
At the reception desk we were served on both days from different ladies with exquisite kindness — thanks, this was perfect service!
The shock was however the breakfast — a buffet of packed plastic boxes and canteen sausage and cheese… a sheer disaster. As we were, then still very unfriendly kicked off the dining room with the note, we could sit in the lobby and continue talking, we were horrified. Coronation asked us in frechstem tone, whether we wanted to steal the coffee mugs, because we wanted to take our still full cups in the lobby and drink out there. It also had the instruction then, that we have to return to the front desk so.
Next morning we have saved the money for breakfast and are returned to at the Baker — with friendly service.
Sleep — like again, but please without breakfast.

The room was very clean, the staff is overall super nice and helpful. The equipment was reduced to what you need. It really sufficient. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient — no huge selection, but there was something for everyone.
The only, what with not so liked, was the volume of the road that penetrated but also through the window. But the hotel is located just right on a main road — and thus of course very central.
Absolutely sufficient for a professional stay. Private I would find probably something cozy, which is somewhat secluded.

The room was on the main road out. It was very loud. Also the breakfast buffet was not that great. It was a selection of bread and bread varieties. Otherwise, the room was ok. The staff was very friendly.

We have 2 nights in B&B Hotel spent and were with 2 adults and a child on the way. The room is not clean objectionable, we were already several times in this Hotel, however there were the last years at the vending machine (drinks) for Breakfast, Multivitamin juice and Apple juice, Now at once was Multi, and orange juice. My son is unfortunately a bit picky and don't like orange juice, always looked forward to the Apple juice there. This gave a whining. The next day we had him as far as he milk had been drinking. Unfortunately, related to the Frühstücksproblem not only Small, but also us. This was the first morning only coffee in the machine, all of the other hot drinks empty. Obviously, were probably nothing to Refill have been there. THE next Morning, the hot drinks again completely. The Wi-Fi phenomenon in the Hotel is every time the same… our well-known mobile phones have automatically WAN, without the need to login, just a new device I had to once register. I also think that when I next visit easily Wi-Fi have. Unfortunately, this has certainly nothing to do with it. (I have nothing against Wi-Fi, just should login in to a Hotel but will eventually expire, or? )

Positive: + always have a Parking get + cozy rooms + I feel great shower + Breakfast buffet is absolutely fine + quiet rooms Negative: — The Flurtüren popping loudly, especially at Night you can hear the sound in each room — No bottled water at the Breakfast buffet Negative for the cleaner: — room was dusty — Rotschimmel on the lower side of the shower — Hair in the toilet on arrival Faucets in the bathroom full with fingerprints and stained The Hotel, the location, the rooms are great, and the price we could not complain. The Negative points tend not to be so bad to watch because you really only on closer inspection were detected.

In principle ok, but: Why is burning in the rooms, in the bathroom the whole day the light if no one Is in there? Why are there hooks for towels in the bathroom when the towels no hangers for them? For this Senseless waste of energy resources, there are stay away!

The rooms are clean and the parking is free. It's located nearby the metro, so it's easy to get into the center of Düsseldorf.

The Hotel is good, however, was the ride through the current site is a bit more complicated. I have to me via E-Mail Link, checked in, paid by Paypal and the room Code is — it works very well. I accidentally a Smoking room booked, so I had to live… The Wi-Fi had its pitfalls — the Code was not used, but the Smartphone could not be connected. The Notebook went for it immediately. The arrival proved to be a little difficult because in front of the door on the day 2 of demonstrations have taken place (incl. Polizeihundertschaften, road closures, etc). However, we were about a day before, informed as us, someone from the Hotel called and notice has been given (Many thanks! ). The Online Checkin was unfamiliar (number and Code, without the "normal" Check-in) but easily, the rooms are bright, friendly, clean and for a family of 4 big enough. However, in a family room which is booked for 4 people is just the double bed for the parents, partly self-referred must be I was NOT ok. I had the front Desk call to tell me to leave 1. Where I get my bedding find 2. I may me in the bed but to please themselves. Nevertheless, we were with the stay satisfied, without the action, the bedding could have done it in the full score.

As with all B&B Hotels is the establishment of appropriate and viable. What makes this B&B Hotel from all others in Germany is different, this is the Team. From the owner to Housekeeping, all employees are very courteous and helpful and especially To guests with Handicaps in a very special degree received. It is an art in a B&B Hotel to feel at home, but in the B&B Hotel Düsseldorf HBF, this comes easily.

The Hotel corresponded fully to my expectations. It offers everything you necessarily for a Kurzurlaubsaufenthalt needed. Not more but also not less. There is absolutely value for money. Bit noisy in front to the street. But to endure. Attention at the Park. The underground car park has a very steep on — and off drive. Has, but this is one advantage in the dry.
Room was cleaned properly every day, hairdryer can be borrowed on deposit at the reception. Is slightly undersized.
All in all a good hotel. Metro directly across from the hotel.
