Room was very comfortable especially the bed. All you need for your stay. In the heart of the city so you don’t have too far to walk for local attractions. Staff very attentive and nice. Nice breakfast.

5 stars but a bit not so clean.

The house and the house are a bit old, but clean and tidy. Some rooms near the railway, coupled with poor sound insulation of the windows, will make more noise during morning and evening breaks.

An old Hotel. The rooms are good but nothing spectacular not in housekeeping or in furniture. Breakfast is a little bit scarce.

Für günstigen Preis kriegt man hier ein Hotel, was "nur zum übernachten" reicht, d. H. Es ist sauber. Einladend ist es aber nicht. Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und bekam ein Zweibettzimmer. Ach was, direkt eine "Suite" bestehend aus drei Zimmern und Bad. Diese Suite war zwar sauber, aber steril und unpersönlich, wie eine Wohnung während eines Umzugs. An den Wänden war Spachtelmasse in Bohrlöchern. In einem Zimmer war eine schäbige Küchenzeile, komplett ohne Geschirr oder sonstwas, aber mit dreckigen Herdplatten. Das Bad ist etwas funzelig beleuchtet, der Spiegel ist gar nicht beleuchtet. Die Wannentür ist viel zu klein, nach dem Duschen steht das Bad unter Wasser. Dem gegenüber steht das recht bequeme Boxspringbett und ordentlich feste Kissen. Gut schlafen kann man wohl, auch wenn die "Suite" für eine Person halt viel zu groß ist, und der Fernseher komisch platziert ist. Der Teppich im Flur ist dagegen leider sehr fleckig… aber das Personal ist zumindest freundlich und bemüht. Für längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet, würde ich sagen, auch nicht um auf Geschäftsreisen abends zu entspannen. Um nur zu schlafen, mit geringen Ansprüchen, sei es um auf einen Flieger zu warten oder sowas, ist dieses leicht schäbige, aber saubere und bemühte Hotel gut geeignet.

Very noisy as it is directly on the train.

Very warm service. The lighting system is normal.

Not too bad, but the room will be a little bit near the railroad. So will have a little noise here.

Very good position, conditions and great staff. Not 5 stars because of the same brakfast in 2 weeks and lack of free Wi-Fi.

The Kempe Komfort Hotel is the worst hotel I stayed!
The rooms are tiny with two beds that prevent to circulate in the room.
The rooms are dirty.
The bathroom is passable but he is of the strong upwellings of smell (in January! )
The worst is the unbearable noise of the railway that passes in front of the hotel.
No insulation at all.
I slept with earplugs for 10 days.
The breakfast is awful with products very low end.
The staff sucks.
Avoid at all costs!

Very conveniently located Hotel. The roads in the City, you can very well within walking distance. Stops of S-Bahn and Tram in the immediate vicinity. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The Breakfast room could however a renovation stand. The Breakfast selection is very good, although the seats are now and again limited. We are pleased because of the price/Leistungangebot is true and we will come back.

The location of the hotel is very conveniently located. All stops within walking distance. The center is but also to foot very easy to reach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is however in the years to come and very noisy. In addition, a total of a little dingy, especially the carpet. The Breakfast was also rather poor. 3 star …? no idea what the awards were. For a night it goes if you cheap would like to stay. Recommend I can but it's not.

The main point of criticism is the adjacent railway line, a restful sleep is almost impossible and it is in a Hotel, after all, right? Even with the Windows closed was the Zuglärm (and it is one of the "Hauptzubringer" for the main station), clearly noticeable. The room itself was a little into the years came. The mattress was sags, the carpet stained and the bathroom had the shower curtain mold stains. The latter was on request without hesitation replaced. The hotel staff was always extremely friendly and accommodating. The Breakfast buffet was ok — however, you can during a stay during the week no culinary Highlights await. Personally, I would this Hotel not again visit and can also include any recommendation.

Nice modern apart-hotel close to the city centre, big clean comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Good place to stay.

3 Sterne und nicht mehr. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Bett ultraklein und Teppichboden geht gar nicht.

Massively over priced during conferences, massively! Paid 4.5 times the normal rate and for what? For a poor quality room in a drab part of town and a "hotel" with a depressing atmosphere and questionable facilities. Badly fitted windows that let in noise and appalling curtains that let in light. Only saving graces were the friendly staff on reception and a shuttle to the station.

Good hotel airport nearby. Absulut good price performance again and again.

Beter don't waste your money. This hotel has out dated furniture. Rooms aren't very clean. The employees werent very friendly at all. This is no place to take your family for a nice xmas market trip. Never again.

My company booked this hotel so that I could attend the MEDICA trade fair. Demand for hotels is high at this time, so the Kempe Komfort charged hundreds of Euros for just two nights in a single room. This is not acceptable. The carpets are dirty, the TV doesn't work. The phone doesn't call to reception. There is no heating and all the furnishings are old. The bedding and towels are worn and grey. The curtains don't even reach right across the window. If the price had been f…air, this would be tolerable, but I feel genuinely conned here. I'm sure the team at reception were laughing as I checked in. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to commit suicide. On a more positive note, the staff are friendly and they serve homemade brownies at breakfast! It is 20 mins walk to the old town, which looks a lot more welcoming after you've been in the Kempe Komfort.

Super nice staff and above all are all very friendly.

Overall ambience is good. Sumptuous breakfast. Close to Dusseldorf bhf with lot of Tram, Train & bus connections. Smiling and helpful Staff. :-)
