Well, has a bit of the charm of the 70s, but it is clean. The breakfast is good.

Good breakfast but no restaurant to eat dinner. Taxi transfer from the Trade Center may take up to one hour.

We stayed in a triple room. There was nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, the noises of street and other hotel guests are noticeable. The TV is tiny, the program variety is modest. Wi-Fi is not secured, but it is acceptable fast. Parking spaces are available in very narrow backyard around 8 €/day. Compared with other 4stars hotels in Germany This is not really competitive, have expected more. The room is adequate in size, a refrigerator is available. The atmosphere in the breakfast room and bar is convenient. Activities for leisure are to be explored outside the hotel.
First class is the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed.
The traffic is good, regular parking in the area is very scarce.

The hotel is awful, dirty, old, in the shower fungus, covering in the room of 30 or more years, parking is absent at all in the district and from the doorstep declare that it at all they do not have. Living here is not to be respected. There is no service at all. The smell in the room from the Prokurennosti. Not even a cheap hostel. Short of horror. Such dirt has not met for a long time.

We had a trip in Düsseldorf for 3 days in this hotel. Everything was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. But rooms are rather small. All in all it was ok.

We stayed in the apartment. It was terribly dirty and cold. The sheets in the hair, the toilet was washed only by the bezel. The floors were not washed at all. The Internet was not really and the reaction to requests was zero. At the reception work louts and men cleaners is nonsense. I can't describe in words everything i've been through! See the photo, everything is clear!

I had booked a room for 2 nights. Had also received a confirmation for my reservation. When I arrived I was told that the hotel was fully booked and unfortunately they did not have a room for me.
Very very rude!

Highly recommended if you want to stay centrally and well. Home technology and rooms a bit old, but everything clean and well-groomed. Very pleasant service, friendly welcome

Good service. Location is also good connectivity to all Dusseldorf main area via tram. But very less option of food for pure vegetarian.

Clean and reasonable price per night. Near Dusseldorf arcaden (Mall), you can ride the "Bahn" to the alt Stat and Hauptbahnhoff.

Very close to train stations. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean and had everything in place. But the doors are not noise proof. You will be heard from the corridors. And it was a bit warm inside the room during summer. Other than this everything else was good. Will revisit the hotel again.

Small and cosy… Were there for the third. Mädelswochenende has succeeded. Good connection to the tram, but also on foot you can easily reach cool bars and kebab stalls etc.
We had the room overlooking the main street. But still was quiet and at night you could not hear any cars.
The only thing that was complicated is parking facilities around the hotel. We had to ask where to park. Since it was very difficult to find entrance…

Food was not really warm. Otherwise everything is great.

Were there 3 years ago. Really super satisfied and it was only a short walk from the Rhine, the city and the Old Town.

It is very central to all the public services, service is excellent, cleanliness excellent, the workers are also all nice.

We were unfortunately able to perceive the steps above us.

We have the family room (no. 20) Clean and good bed. Front room is noisier than the back room and not enough car park in the hotel and very small entrance to the carpark anyway. Parking in the area are free but also have to have some luck finding one. The hotel buiding is really close to the road so you have to be more careful witj small kids.

Unfortunately, that was not so good.

When we arrived there were several problems such as the Wi-Fi not working in the rooms and they didn't seem to know anything about the free travel card that was offered on the website when I brought these up they were quick to try and dismiss me. However when I brought proof of the free card they gave it to me and apologized the receptionist also reset the router and the Wi-Fi was working again since then I've had no problems with the staff. The beds are soft and comfortable but the pillows were not and seemed almost empty. The biggest problem was that for the whole hotel there was one toilet and from our rooms we had to walk outside and into the main building to reach it. A cat also lives in the hotel but is not advertised anywhere and although I was promised she didn't go in the rooms whenever I was around the hotel I could feel my allergies affecting me. The location however is spot on and a very short walk to Königsallee and the old town.

Advertised as parking available, but it has only a very restricted few parking places and if you are unlucky it is gone. The vote wasn't very clean, but the rooms are huge with bigger desk than usual if you want to work. Breakfast has the same options as every German hotel with average quality.

Clean Hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are although already somewhat older but Top.

The Service is 1A. The cleaning ladies should clean the toilets better (in the apartments) and the dishes.

We had a very pleasant stay for two nights. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and sized generously. Unfortunately the walls were thin making it easy to hear noise in neighboring rooms and the hallway. Also, parking was limited and we ended up having to park down the road for $8/day.

I have stayed five days in the Hotel and was super satisfied! The friendly staff, the cleanliness and the good Service have really convinced me. The Hotel is centrally located, the S-train is in front of the Hotel long, but you can still sleep through the night. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice rooms for the price. About 10 minutes by tram from the old town and main train station.

We had a very pleasant and nice stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent (although it was not included in the price of the room). Overall, I would recommend anyone staying here either for business or pleasure.
