Hotel price, quality. So to speak, no frills! Pleased hospitable, Russian staff. Good breakfast.

I have never seen anything like this and the hotel has three stars in life… Got a room what an emergency exit WASR what you could not finish… so that's the stop.

Underground what is understood here under cleanliness. The rooms need to be refurbished. Unfortunately not recommended.

Rooms do not lock if they have alarms on as they're fire doors so valuables are vunerable which are on every floor. Rooms very run down and the beds our group had we're slightly broken and had received repair the slates myself. The carpets in the hotel we're bleached and could do with replacing. The saving grace of this hotel is the good breakfast, the staff are very nice and it's in a great location.

Old, unkempt, not cleanly cleaned. The only plus was the friendly lady at the reception.
No WLAN in room 106, although the gentleman at the reception claims that it is functioning. Over the old worn carpet in the room one would prefer to be able to float.
To all the big people: the beds have a foot — I had to sleep across the bed with my barely 2Meter size.

Location great. Staff Nice. Room/Hotel but badly in need of renovation, old furniture, carpet with one or another stain. Volume in room with closed window… loud. It's central. Bed and bathroom were clean. Breakfast cannot be judged as not mitgebuch. But there are enough alternatives. Parking is not quite optimal, as surrounding parking garages have to be used, which can be expensive depending on the price. Conclusion: For a party night okay, for longer stays well.

Very nice and helpful reception, all room wares occupied, but Mrs. Eckert has reserved for us from Novum Hotel Plaza Room and sent us there. Thank you Mrs Eckert and Mrs ECE.

Well, 60 EUR/night is not much in DUS but still I think I overpaid vs quality.

We stayed December 2017 great location basic but clean and tidy, staff very helpful.

It's cold in the room. Very cold.

Cheap hotel on the edge of the old town. Beautiful is different. Also very noisy and very hot in summer.

5 stars for the location — however, due to the location it can also be noisy at night/early. The room is OK, but it smells really uncomfortable. The curtains and the carpet are filthy and old. A renovation would be appropriate.

Shabby, awfully unfriendly staff. Dirty room, disgusting bathroom. Blood stains on the wall. Plaster crumbles from the walls.
With parking advertised but no parking available (expensive parking garage the only alternative).

Very loud guests below us and could not sleep from 230-4 am one night. Other than that, very good. Great location for Xmas markets.

The lie starts from the threshold-no parking, no as a fact. The staff on it does not react, says it is a mistake, there is no parking and everything. Prepare to add another minimum of 35 euros for a terribly uncomfortable parking lot.
The service, furnishings and condition of the room are worse than two stars in the wild area of Egypt. Everything is terribly old (not to be confused with antique), sticking bare no covered wires in the bathroom above the lamp (photo attached), hot water No, there is a little warm, the temperature in the room is controlled by opening the door and propped by a chair (latch also not), The staff does not know English, keychain on the keys with a half a kilo, as to take the unknown especially in summer.

It's enough to sleep. Breakfast I can not judge as not booked. Unfortunately, the service and the Freundlicheleit of the reception staff as well as the comfort is something to be expected, but the location is top.

Old hotel with broken and useless wooden furniture, they take up space for nothing.

Carpet was dirty and ecklig, bathroom was dirty, the TV worked but unfortunately a very loud beeping incidentally, mold in the bathroom, ancient furniture.

Old hotel and it's typical in german, there's no AC in the room. So, it was super warm in the night, which made me uncomfortable to sleep. For the inexpensive price, it is still worth it and the hotel is located exactly in the city center.

Great location, Sanierungsnedürftig… Staff was nice… Beds clean… Shower clean… but all ancient… Stained carpets… I would not go again… Breakfast was extra and there was no parking so I had to go to a parking garage for an extra fee…

Reasonable price but charged me £4 extra. I don't know what was that for.

Rooms do not have any air conditioning (it was 35 degrees outside). Old and outdated furniture which are heavily used. Bed felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board without a matres. However, the bathroom looked ok. The only positive thing I could think of, sadly…

Room fairly large buffet breakfast and service of quality.

A budget hotel. But rooms are clean. Location is awesome. A big shopping mall and shopping street is just a few steps aways. Foods points are also at few foot steps.

Despite the cheap prices and the city centre location. The rooms were very dirty and lacking in necessities. The lifts were broken, carpet smelled of urine, toilets without tissues, occassional hot water, semi friendly staff, pillow with weird red stains, bed that gives you itches when you wake up. The entire hotel is in dire need of refurbishment.
