Happy to return for the price everything fits clean bright room, bad top for me important hot water immediately turn on the water for this extra a star and a warm bath top. For the price I would not have expected this.

Neat, clean with mini fridge and TV… free Wi-Fi and an excellent bed… Clean bathroom, very spacious… Service insists on trust is very close to the Phantasialand and has super delivery facilities nearby.

Good hotel. Very good value. However, only good when you are mobile.

Called: I need a room for period. Statement: There are no more rooms free because of mass.
I: But there are still rooms displayed on booking.

I just spend one night at your hotel, and this was the worst hotel night I have ever had. We arrived around 3.15 pm yesterday, someone who wasn't speaking English at the desk gave me the person in charge on the phone and this person said it was ok for our booked room. He didn't even ask my ID, I thought it was weird but ok. We had the key room n°111, remember this number. After our setup in the room, we left and we went in the center of Cologne for visiting. We came back around 11 AM at the hotel, exhausted and frozen. I opened the door and what did I see? Lights, TV ON, bed devastated, cigarettes smell, bottle of wine next to the bed, some belongings from other people. Is it for real? It was the room 111, no doubt about this, OUR room. There was nobody in it. While we were attempting to reach you by phone, we waited the unknown people in the hallway. After 30 to 40min, they showed up, a couple. They had the key n°111 and they were heading to our door. We stopped them. We talked a bit, they do realized we were occupying the place before them (our bags were inside with other stuff of us; we used a towel and some soap too) but still, they didn't bother, they had sex in there (we found some obvious evidences), they drank wine, they smoked (a lot, it smelled really bad, I even found ashes in MY reservation paper they used as ashtray, can you imagine that? ), in OUR room we've paid for. They left the hotel and we got the room back after a little chat.

Incredibly clean, very comfortable hard mattresses, the bathroom tip top and newly renovated, there was nothing objectionable here! Service perfect, through tel. Accessibility we were able to check in earlier than we should, one was here more than accommodating! I would book the hotel again — good solid accommodation and not expensive considering we were there at the carnival season where other hotels like to hit it!

We were really very satisfied. The cleanliness of our room was exemplary! All were very friendly, both at reception, as well as other staff, such as the nice ladies, the rooms so nice and clean keep. So definitely recommended.

The hotel is nice clean. The room has fridge, TV, bathroom with shower. At the end of the corridor is a very good kitchen with two plates, refrigerator, kitchenware and a coffee machine. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Wi-Fi not. You can get a router for 5 Euro but I have never worked even once. Is not very good, from the train to go 20 minutes the bus only goes to 19: 00 but I never saw it. Around the hotel Parking of heavy trucks window view to a scrap yard in General industrial area around the hotel If a little out of it via the railway track you get to the outskirts of Bruhl's behind the mesh Apple plantations (small as in all of Germany) and the apples are large.
