The room is clean, but not in the detail.
Room was huge, but looked very used, craftsmanship does not deserve the word craft.

Very extraordinary stay. Super-large bed, clean, large walk-in shower, where unfortunately the controller of the rainforest shower head was defective. Useful things, such as disposable toothbrush/paste, nail arrows, disposable razors, etc. Were thought of, especially since we spontaneously decided to stay in Cologne and had nothing with them. Sufficient hand/bath towels available. Bathrobes and slippers were also happily available. Reception lady was very nice. Unfortunately, unfortunately it was quite cold. There was only one radiator on the upper bathroom level, and that was just lukewarm. Unfortunately, the reception is open until about 10 p. M. We noticed this with the heating at night. As a result, we were unable to report it. Mini bar was well stocked, but at an extra cost. There was coffee for free, the. You could prepare yourself using an existing kettle… by and large was nevertheless very nice❤

I would love to give this "hotel" no stars at all, absolute rot.
We had booked 2 nights and paid directly, when we arrived on the first evening after a long journey due to a traffic jam after 10 pm no one could be found anymore, at the front door hung a note with a 24/7 emergency number which we called directly, we were told that he was only responsible for technical problems, that we could no longer check into our room and that we would have to spend the night in another hotel, of course at his own expense.
Stupidly run we thought. When we finally wanted to move into the booked room on the second day, we were told by the incompetent receptionist that our loft had already been passed on to someone else, even though we had already paid for it, as we had not checked in the day before! And as if that hadn't been the hardship, the whole hotel was fully booked at once and no spare room available, but we could spend the night in another hotel, of course again at our own expense.
I summarize:
2 nights paid and none of them spent at the Gallery Loft Hotel, instead we had to pay an additional 2 nights in another hotel … Ameron Regent Hotel, highly recommended!
When asked how you would do this with people who are stuck in traffic jams, we were told that you would recommend them to book a hotel with a 24-hour reception. As if you knew something like that in advance. Underground service!

Let's start with the positive one: the ceilings are really 6 meters high. Unfortunately, it was already what remained of the charm of the pictures and awards after opening the room. After a completely overwhelmed receptionist told us that breakfast would not be available until after 8 o'clock we were taken to our room by a long walk, styled with too much love for the industrial chick.
The first impression was unfortunately already a bad ohmen. The walls were painted beautifully white at some point, but unfortunately every guest here has immortalized himself individually by black straps or small holes. The wood processed in the room not only looked bad, but was also of inferior quality, which led to a dangerous evasive play around the wooden shards on the stairs to the bed. Arriving at the bed, we discovered a bath tub right next to it, which was not only small, but also provided with a free-standing fitting that was not only a bit wobbling.
In the course of the evening we found next to ripped floor coverings, non-closing bathtub closures and jumped mirrors still the gallows humour and after about 2 hours of continuous ventilation it was finally as far as we could think of sleeping.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel at all. Neither for business travellers (like us) nor for holidaymakers. Such a beautiful idea so poorly maintained and implemented for these horrendous prices is almost a naughty thing.

Went like that. Breakfast is not worth the Money. You prefer to go to the Baker for breakfast. I as not a coffee drinker had to look silly out of the Laundry. There was no Tea. There was just Coffee …
Little Things were not so great in the Room now, but something else. But again, I wouldn't book that again.

Room is beautiful, the Rooms to The Green Way side are a little noisy in the Morning, as passersby run right past the Windows. You can park for 10 Euros, with a bit of Luck you can even find a free Parking space. The Reception is helpful, but sometimes on the road for some Time, as the large Rooms naturally lead to long distances. The Area is not very welcoming (Industrial Area, right next to Aldi), but you should expect that with a Loft.

I love the concept, but unfortunately this place is really, really bad. = ( The shower in the room wouldn't drain, so I couldn't use it. I tried to figure out what was wrong with it, and it was clogged with all kinds of hair and gross-smelling crud. I asked the staff to fix it, and they appear to have tried, but they didn't succeed. I wasn't able to use the shower for my whole stay. One of the welds holding the stairwell railing to its vertical support (baluster) has broken. This is a safety concern. Also, the entryway carpeting is torn and peeling back, which you tend to stumble over every time you come into your room. My room had a crack in the wall, just to the side of the bed, which to my surprise, went all the way to the outside. This didn't really bother me, except when it let in cigarette smoke from the people standing outside on the sidewalk, partying at 2am because of the nightclub attached to the hotel. Someone walked into my room at 1:30am the first night I was there. I have no idea how this happened — — it doesn't seem like you can open the room doors from the outside without a key. Thankfully my "Hallo!?! " was answered with an "Enschultigung" from the darkness, and they left again. To round it all off, the Wi-Fi works intermittently, the rooms are dark, and the entire place is scuffed and dented, looking like nobody cares about maintenance. This place is better than sleeping on a park bench in the Stadtgarten, but not by much.

Somehow I have the Feeling that I also got a lower Quality room due to the Booking Genius savings price. The Ceiling was damp and there was a crash in front of the Window throughout. Furthermore, there was a high Humidity in the Room, which most likely had to do with the damp Ceiling. The Equipment also looked very inexpensive on Closer inspection.

Stayed for 3 nights at Cologne recently during a business trip. The staff at the front desk was helpful and attentive. My room, which was on 34, was larger than I expected (about 60 square meters in size) and beautiful and modern black design decorated, with lamps and marble tables. The bathroom was clean and luxurious and had a good water pressure. Definitely a good value for the price I paid. The best of all was that it was within walking distance of City Center and train station Ehrenfeld, but without so much hustle and bustle. For those who complain about noise, c'mon — it's cologne! I would stay here again.

Nice spacious rooms but non curtains in front of the windows resulting in a lot of light entering the room early in the morning.

The only reason it has one star… the staff do there best with a pig's ear. Disco next door and death trap mismatched stairs can earn you a visit to the ER …

I have stayed here for one night during a business trip in one of their "upgraded" rooms. The whole room was clean and tidy but the quality of finish to certain things could definitely be improved. Chipped corners of the shelves, wear and tear of the shower, just little things that all add up to just 3 stars. Also the reception seem to operate some strange opening hours and you have to check in before 10pm.

Be careful of their early deadline for check in of 10pm. I was not able to meet this as my flight was delayed, so had to cancel my booking and was charged 80% of room price. At the rates they charge I would expect a more flexible check in.

Clean and well furnished room had. Parking fee. Gastronomy does not exist, but walking quickly away. Everything ok.

Cons: no breakfast and restaurant in the House. — Advantages: Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Breakfast is not included in the price. Clean rooms. Close to live music hall, underground and subway. Supermarkets and shops nearby. Plenty of parking spaces.

Nice night in Cologne. Recommendation. The room is small but we love it. Very modern hotel. Love this Hotel! One of the great thing was a coffee machine in the room — a brilliant modern hotel.

Neat and clean Hotel. Very modern and thus very relaxing. Room 8 has the most beautiful and best Design. The whole Crew is super friendly and helpful, especially the colleague, Stefan. He has great tips, including where the best Clubs in the surrounding area.

Cool Hotel with great Lofts — I was with my friends there and for me it was a great experience! Awesome!

Super Loft Hotel! Finally a lot of space and beautiful Design in one. Who is really Authentic Loft living in an old factory stands should definitely have stayed! A good alternative to the usual small hotel rooms in Cologne. Will definitely come back again. The city is just 3km away.

Tip top! only Pei's performance is to be improved. Otherwise ingenious loft!

Friendly staff, spacious establishment, performance-to-price ratio is just ok, hip area, worth a visit.

The rooms are magnificent, just great! But unfortunately the people who "work" there do not have the faintest idea how to run a hotel. They never (really never! ) answer the telephone, don't listen to their voicemail, do not note the reservation. And we were not able to check out in the morning, because there was nobody at the reception. We waited till approximately 12.00 and finally we saw somebody from housecleaning in one of the rooms… he was able to return our deposit of 50 euro and to take in the keys. Finally we could leave. Too bad, this place could be terrific, when run by the right people.

Never again! 500km journey, and in spite of a written reservation confirmation in the Hand are suddenly no free Lofts available. The potential guest in front of me at the reception fared well. The lady at the Desk then provides a Ersatzzimmer and sends a then kindly velvet heavy Luggage to walk 15 minutes through Cologne (is just around the corner…). Once there would Ersatzzimmer for 2 people even still about twice the Lofts cost. Caution for bookings! Not recommended!

My visit to the Gallery Loft Cologne was unfortunately more than sobering, and I can only each guest a booking advise. We had three Lofts reserved and these were also already paid for. Upon arrival, if you wanted us to first make it clear that you have not yet paid for his. We have rented 1 Loft for our new commercial and I must say that I am very impressed. All furniture are matched to each other, room size is top, staff very attentive, ingenious design. Eigentllich if you want like myself in it live, but unfortunately I was allowed to spend only 1 night. Real insider tip.

Super lofts, because of 1 Street from the live music hall — easy access to various friends recommended reason busy — ubahnen and trains — over the bridge — various supermärtkte well to "navigate" — the restaurants almost around the corner — negative extremely in 5 minutes and didn't expect: because the front is an older factory doors are "Steel doors" directly in the Hall — in plain text, drunks or small children will hardly get on that! Stunning Fabriklofts with a minimalist décor. The receptionists were super accommodating and nice. Great experience I, the something special you want to see, want to leave.

We were completely satisfied with our stay can I join the critics. Just a top hotel with the service which you can expect. The design of the room is really impressive because the walls have been very high. And you can expect a glass shower in addition to the underfloor heating. The glass shower is completely transparent. Yes exactly transparent, so stay with my mother would probably not go :) And whether Lindenberg now that is or was not me anyway — like the guys not so. The clamor of the fans is pretty annoyed. Parking costs extra, I find not good. Slightly different aiming-looking, but very friendly staff. First should get a room, which although relatively chic, but not really that would have been worth 100 euros, as the photos on the website promised much more. But then, after consultation, we got a chic loft, which was both visually and austattungstechnisch much better. Fridge doesn't cool. Freitstehende bath tub right next to the bed, cool. Everything clean. Stupid only that the heating for our taste much too high, it was but no possibility of control (thermostat absent) gave and opens one of the Windows don't let. Upon check in, we were warned that the neighbor with his band plays live music, but "only up to 12". Because we were not on a business trip and would have gone otherwise hardly before 12 in the bed, that shouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, the guys were still happy after 3: 00 a. M. Most music and be heard clearly. Can nothing but of course the employees of loft and travel for. All in all OK, come back ;).
