Good hotel, clean, friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed in a very spacious room with two bathrooms and a large closet.
The whole hotel is renovated and modern.
The on-site restaurant offers very good quality food at reasonable prices. All products are organic and regional.

The small Cologne cult hotel. Nice staff, close to the city and stylish.

Not sure which idiot designed this hotel, but there was a 1cm gap at the bottom of the door to my room. Why?! So I can hear all the other doors slamming all night, and the guests partying non-stop at the end of the corridor? Never again!

Good central location. Is an artist hotel. What you see in one room or another. I'm sure you'll come back.

Great artist Hotel right in Cologne all within walking distance.

Well-groomed, cosy, charty. Nice Staff, and the accompanying Café Central has the tastiest Coffee!

Has good location and clean, same as the pictures.

Clean and spacious room, especially the bathroom. Only real negative point is the lack of dedicated parking space, we didn't thought of that. Luckily we could park our car for 4 euro's a day within 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Don't forget coins because the parking meters only accept coins.

Front desk staff very nice and helpful, they will hold on to your luggage if you arrive before checkin and want to explore the area, they will provide you with an umbrella if it's raining. Room was clean and upto date, needed light dusting, had finger prints on TV noticed dead bugs in the bathroom light fixtures, the shower head was loose I had to constantly hold it upright, water temp in shower fluctuated every 5 seconds, and low water pressure. A 10 minute shower ended up taking 30.

Good Service, nice rooms, near the City Center.

No ironing board in the room. The room was very hot despite the heating being off. Single pane glass noisy outside. Easy to hear other guests in the hotel. Room was clean, bathroom is new and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tiny elevator.

Nice hotel. A little loud because of the street noise. Very close to all of all cologne. The downstairs cafe and bar is also pretty nice :)

The Hotel Chelsea — the mother of all European artist hotels — is still "state of the art". Both in terms of the flexibility of the reception, as well as in terms of the equipment of the rooms as well as in terms of… Ever! Gaaaaaanz great cinema! heili rikommended! ;-)

Quiet and good customer service.

Unfortunately, disappointing! Room (front out) at night, loud even with the Windows closed. Narrow Hallways. Carpeting in the rooms. Breakfast buffet in the icy room fell out, because according to the young lady in the Restaurant and Hotel too weak was occupied.

I am a long-stay guests and was already as good as all of the rooms time "beschlafen". Feel home away from home here is the moth, and I can only underline. Not only the house and the rooms are great, all the staff are very nice and Helpful. I can Chelsea only weierempfehlen. There is also for the art and Architekturbegeisterten is still a lot to marvel at.

Really bad: Make reservations and be without a phone call again taken out because the trainees are not entitled to has been a reservation. Well, now we sit Sylvester at home around. Incredibly unprofessional.
