Great place, great food, great customer service from all staff.

Great hotel in hurry. I couldn't figure out how to make the Wi-Fi work. Reception said it was not password protected, but I met the pay wall every time I attempted to use it. So I gave up and used my phone. Also, the quilt on the bed was to hot for me. It is for winter and it is late summer. There were no other blankets. The food was great. Best steak I have had in a long time. Room service great. I would recommend the hotel.

This hotel is great. Has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was great and very helpful in person as well as via email. I will be staying here again on my next trip. The breakfast is good. Lots of varieties of fruit and veggies, fresh bread, cereal, and meats and cheeses.

Our stay was amazing in every way. The recepcion people, the restaurant staff, the shuttle drivers… everyone went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Vivaldi restaurant is amazingly good. The waiters, specially the ones in the evening shift, went above and beyond to please us. The food is delicious. The breakfast is good too, though a bit repetitive. The location near the airport and train station turned out to be very convenient since they have a shuttle going to the airport every 15 min. We Definitely recommend it for all kinds of purposes.

My favorite hotel in the Cologne area. Nothing to complain about.

It was a hassle at first the get to know where the shuttle bus would await us. We were told we can use the shuttle bus only when checking in and again when checking out. However, the shuttle bus goes to the airport every 15 minutes… why can we not use the shuttle should we want to go to the airport to buy some snacks, etc. Bedroom was not made up on Day 1. When the cleaners came I was still busy in the room but once finished I put the sign on the door to clean the room. This was not done. The 2nd day during our conference breaks there was no fruit juices. Why not? Also the selection of snacks were much less than on Day 1… why? But overall a very good experience staying at your hotel.

Very noisy, needs better window noise cancelling glass. Sunlight came into the room when trying to sleep during the day due poor curtain quality and size. Rude bar/reception staff… and I was only there a few hours… poor… very very poor.

Attention, fellow car drivers! As a registered visitor of this Hotel I unfortunately can’t say much about the accommodation and the service itself, but the one biggest impression that I was given is about the horrendous parking fees with which these guys manage to rip off even their own guests. If you‘re planning to leave your car at this hotel‘s parking lot, be prepared to pay outrageous fees of 2.00€ per hour for every single hour that it stays here. Just a single short appointment in the morning had cost me a whopping 8.00€ — not even including a car park service, cleaning or anything else that you might imagine is possibly included with the price. Those fees are literally just to put your car here. The reception then even has the audacity to call this service “cheap, since you pay at least double the price anywhere else”. But don’t be fooled! You can just as well take a look around a couple of blocks to find a *free* parking space on the street… or even at the airport’s much cheaper car park, if nothing else. There are no signs that indicate these kind of parking fees prior to entering the hotel establishment, so I unfortunately couldn’t know any better at that time. But the least I can do now is warn everyone else here.

Nice hotel with big room. The resturant is very nice and the staff is friendly. I always stay here when I fly to Cologne. Airport is 7min away walking and the have 24h shuttle bus service for free. If you want to stay close to the airport this is the hotel you want.

Very close to Bonn airport. They'll find you. The restaurant has in menu of the day and letter.

A bit of a year old room, yet cozy and clean. I really like the fact that you get even smoking rooms here. However, it is a mystery to me how this is compatible with today's legislation.
Nice staff, which is dedicated, and very accommodating.
The breakfast is very reasonable, yet rich and tasty.
Free shuttle bus to nearby airport at almost a minute.

Hello. We stayed for one night before our holiday trip at the Leonardo Hotel Köln-Bonn airport. Which prompted me to answer this mail, or To make the assessment is the striking and outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff with whom we had contact.

Very nice hotel restaurant not bad.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are large and modern. But why I get a room with an old bathroom remains a mystery to me.
The breakfast buffet is also open on weekends only until 10:00, 1 star deduction. Until around 11:00, that should go. Sleep and breakfast do not go here… you have to decide.

Nice atmosphere, very helpful staff. Good food. Also at meetings you will be greeted and served as a guest very accommodating. Here was everything to my full satisfaction. Top. Continue so.

It went very well.
We were very surprised by the size of the beds 2 people, for the kids it was ok but for my husband and I it seemed very small. We also did not understand the size of the duvets, enough for one person but you can not sleep at 2 with this duvet!

Das Hotel befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Flughafen Köln/Bonn. Man hat die Möglichkeit auf dem eigenen Parkplatz des Hotels zu parken, dies kostet jedoch 15€ pro Tag. Ich finde das ist zu teuer, in anbetracht das ich für eine Übernachtung mit Frühstück viel Geld zahle. Günstig sind die Zimmer nicht. Das Ambiente und der Eingangsbereich sind sehr Modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist zudem sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer hingegen sind eine 3-. Im ersten Zimmer war ich ca. 5min. Nachdem ich eine komplett durchgebrochene Toilettenbrille fand rief ich das Personal, der mir sofort ein neues Zimmer anbot. Nach 10min. Im Hotel habe ich zwei Zimmer kennen gelernt. Das 1. Zimmer war groß mit einem Kingsize Bett. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig. Das 2. Zimmer hingegen war klein und klobig. Das Bett war nur halb so groß und auch hier fand ich viele zerkratzte Möbel. Was mich aber geärgert hat ist das auch das 2. Zimmer im bad ein undichtes Rohr hatte, dass auf den Boden tropfte. Nochmal rief ich das Personal nicht an. Am nächsten Morgen informierte ich beim Auschecken das Personal, die sich vielmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigten und mir das Parkplatzticket erstattet haben, Schokolade gab es auch noch. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist lecker und vielseitig. Alles in allem war es etwas schade mit den Zimmern, aber sonst hatte ich ein angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Very close to the airport. Ideal if you want to start your holiday early and have to arrive from outside. See nice reception at reception and our room was huge. The view was not so nice, but that's why we didn't come. Unfortunately the mattresses were very soft or we were too heavy to find a quiet sleep.
Thanks to the Prima shuttle service to the departure terminal, we have come to our holiday plane quickly and safely.

We got put up here after a connecting flight was cancelled. This is a pretty fancy hotel, though the beds aren't quite as comfy as they look. The restaurant though is actually great, and caters really well to vegans. It's super expensive, but if you're here and you're not rich then there's a good chance your flight company has given you a voucher anyway.

Tipical airport hotel with its upsides and downsides. It is really close to the airport, very easy to find. Rooms are sort of clean, but despite it beeing a non smoking hotel it was really stinky… Checkin was fast, no problems there. The restaurant/bar is also no surprise, but it just did it for me this time. Booked in the last minute, so the price was not the lowest rate as well, but it was totally acceptable.

Top Hotel which is only a 10 minute walk from the airport terminal. Airport shuttle is offered. Very large rooms with super soundproof and free Wi-Fi. Star deduction for the €15 parking fee.

A super hotel If the cook were not. I had such a heartburn all night that I thought I was going to burn inside. Tip Hotel Restaurant Avoid.

Curtains are too small for the windows, which isn't too helpful when you've worked all night and only have a few hours to get some sleep before catching a flight. The rest of the hotel was decent — good size rooms, very clean and good selection for breakfast. All the reception/ dining room staff were faultless too.

Very convenient, from the airport can be reached on foot, literally 10 minutes. The cost was about 100 euros per night. Polite staff speaking several languages (German, English, Turkish). A lot of representatives of airlines, whole groups (pilots, flight attendants and flight attendants) settle down.

Great hotel perfect service from reception to restaurant and bar everything is excellent. The kitchen also convinces with quality. The free shuttle service is there the I'll be happy to come back…

Good hotel in close proximity to Cologne airport. However, we only used the conference rooms. Food and drinks were good and the staff very friendly.

Excellent lunch buffet with a huge selection of appetizers and delicious desserts. Of really excellent quality. We always like to come back!

I repeat that the bar fridge cannot be empty in such a hotel.

Airporthotel a short distance from Cologne/Bonn. Airport Free shuttle. Room somewhat in the years but clean and well equipped. Friendly staff and good food. Cosy bar. I will be happy to book again if needed.

Nice large rooms with good amenities for an airport hotel. I appreciated the bath tub (even if there were remnants of a previous guest's hair in and around it). Wi-Fi is TERRIBLE — I paid for the upgrade (6 eu/day) and it's still not enough to stream Netflix and constantly drops (M3connect — Leonardo please DUMP your Wi-Fi supplier and get a real supplier). 6e extra and it barely loads Facebook. The hotel is slightly dated design-wise, but the staff were very friendly and amenable.

Convenient location for early flights or late arrivals. 10min walk or hotel shuttle picks up anytime. Hotel offers good full buffet breakfast anf even early bird breakfast of coffee snd croissants. Staff is helpful. Car parking is either included in the room rate or 2€/hour.

I was there three times only during the day to the company seminars. The hotel makes a good overall impression. The breakfast in the form of a buffet was very varied and of good quality. Organisation and service were running smoothly.

I find it very pleasant to stay at Leonardo Hotel Köln Bonn Airport. I love the free airport shuttle to and from the hotel for convenience. I also want to mention the welcome amenities in the room (free bottle water and a jar of confections), the afternoon till early evening free cocktail drink and snacks at the lobby, as well as free morning coffee and croissant at the lobby as well. Staff are friendly and professional. Overall for business traveller like me, it is in the small details that Leonardo Hotel makes you feel welcomed and pampered.

Beautiful hotel, good service, delicious food of first level, the waiter super attentive I recommend.

Shower is confusing. Hot cold got cold. Rooms are nice but noisy because of the airplanes. No air-conditioning that's why you need to keep windows open.

Good value for money, very comfortable rooms A Stone's throw from the airport.

An extra cost for a pet in the hotel room surprised me because during my stint in May 2017 I did not pay anything. Moreover, there is no mention of additional cost on the website which alone allows me to reserve the room by this system.

Very nice hotel. My partner and I stayed here over night before our flight. The evening meal was nice, the atmosphere was friendly and they provided a wakeup call and an early breakfast for us.

All was good with the hotel itself, confort, location, service… Correspondance didn't seem to work well (I asked when booking if the hotel could be walked from the terminal or if a shuttle would be available and never got an answer) so I finally walked the distance. On the next morning there was an issue with the shuttle driver apparently and we had to wait. No big issue though. What I believe was a strange approach was the breakfast service guy coming to offer black coffee just as a reason to ask the room number…

Hotel "A few steps" from Cologne Airport. I used to go there as part of my profession. This property is well maintained, expensive but good breakfasts.

Here everything fit. Good beds, quiet rooms, friendly staff and the breakfast was wonderful. Despite close to the airport, you can sleep very well. Large parking lot directly in front of the door. Late check out was no problem until 13.

Very schöbes hotel, with wonderful garden for the summer. Although somewhat unfavourably situated for the city centre of Cologne, a perfect place to stay.

We had three nights at the Leonardo Hotel booked, since we are to the Star Wars exhibition wanted. Arrival is according to the Hotel from 15: 00, we arrived at 19:00 and were told that Parking in the car Park for 15 Euro PER DAY costs (in my opinion, really exaggerated) got a very polite young man at the front Desk our room and drove up there. Unfortunately, the room was that we were still not cleaned. It was still a cot in the room and all garbage from the previous guests was in the room around. We called the front Desk for a new room, but the first employee was sent up to see if we also do not lie (at least, it came to me after the performance of the employee as before) After a short time there was a new room in the 6. Floor. The rooms are Relatively large and this was actually very clean. Wi-Fi was free but very slow. And although we had booked a double room, which we got, was only one blanket for two people in bed. So we had again to call the front Desk, and a second ceiling demand. This way you could really save if you are in a double room and TWO Blankets ready. Glad finally after a long ride in the Hotel we tried to sleep, which is quite difficult with the regularity in which the aircraft start, because you hear it loud and clear. The Breakfast was more bad than good. The fist-sized buns were more likely than large Pebble, which from the TK came.

Hotel and rooms are ok, but the shuttle back was a disaster.
The first call stated that the driver was on the way. After a quarter of an hour demand (the hotel is just 5 minutes away), it was claimed that he had been there (excluded, we would have seen him — where has he been? ), but he now come, "pick a guest", as if we were not guests.
We watched in the dark, a guest on the driver take approx. 30 m before the meeting point (directly under the light shield), and he was simply go without looking after us. We have provided us with him and stopped him, so that he had to stop, and have been taken as yet. If we had not stopped the driver, we would probably still there, he doesn't follow the meeting place and simply leaves without looking for other guests.

Remote location. Located in 5-10 minutes walk from the airport. Near Metro and commuter train Köln/Bonn Flughafen, which through 4 you can get off at the railway station, right in front of the Cologne Cathedral.
Breakfast is normal, but not delicious. Dinner is better not to take, not tasty, and prices in restaurants in the Center.
Service specific, hotel better to check by yourself, bring a bill for nonexistent restaurant visits.
Internet in the rooms only via cable, Wi-Fi did not work, but forcibly collected for Internet 3 EUR per day.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good.
But what doesn't, not even is no free Wi-Fi in the lobby and otherwise you'll pay €5 the hour at 250MB maximum.
€18 for the breakfast is also very intense.
Unfortunately not to be recommended.

All in all: okay. Clean, but stale room. Nice staff. No minibar in the room. Breakfast is OK, but not spectacular.

Handy for a night before an early flight — a terminal shuttle works well. Is just a typical airport hotel. Rooms are okay and big. Also the parking is great.
Negative: The reception was overwhelmed both at check-in and check out, because she was not adequately staffed to make a group (15 people) in front of me or early had to take over in the morning even the transfer to the Terminal. The staff itself is very friendly and tried. The Internet could be included in the price.

Generally well run hotel, efficient pick up from the airport, helpful reception staff, nice clean spacious room. Good breakfast. No tea/coffee making facilities in room however. No free mineral water in room. No hotel pool. Generally absolutely fine but at the 160 Euro that I paid plus charges for breakfast plus charges for Internet, it just seemed overpriced to me and taking advantage of the fact that there is not much competition near to the airport.
