It's a cozy hotel. The room per person is shallow and sometimes stuffy, the room is without air conditioning, but there is a fan that saves a bit. Also, sometimes the elevator does not work, but it is extremely rare. Delicious breakfast. Very friendly staff, ready to help at any time of the day. The hotel is within walking distance of shops with food, coffee shops and restaurants, laundry and various attractions.

Recomended hotel, good prece, good service, good breakfast, nice rooms.

The best thing in this hotel is the location near to the Bahnhof and Dom all must visit places in Köln.

Super value for money! Very nice newly renovated rooms, central location in the city centre right next to the cathedral. Clean rooms and good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

Have stayed here after a one-long long flight, 24H reception is friendly and helpful that breakfast is very good and appropriate, the rooms are very clean and quiet.

Small hotel that has come into the years. Location perfect near Dom. Not usable due to construction work during the day (noise). Dirt everywhere, very cheap. Breakfast good.

I was already in a lot of hotels and could only report positives so far. Unfortunately, the three kings in the hotel are different. The hotel is filthy. Messy and spoil. Unfortunately, everywhere.
Never again.

Should be titled more as a hostel.
Rooms in the years come with bad look destroyed spotty carpets, poorly running shower taps, Quitschenden beds etc. As a departing to sleep and breakfast OK but for everything else inappropriate.
In addition, at our time in the 5 floor was refurbished which was impossible to sleep at the impact drill at 10 o'clock.

Holla — that's already ' hard tobacco '. And at fair prices in Cologne almost unaffordable…
The staff is certainly adequately friendly — but the rooms mock every description regarding cleanliness and amenities. After all, it seems to be being rebuilt… After the renovation it will probably be better…

The hotel itself had a warm and cosy atmosphere. The staff were all very nice. The rooms were well priced. The bathroom was for the most part very clean except for the shower but also there was fine. From the hotel you could very well connect to the subway and S Bahn.

Good location, 10 minutes ' walk from the train station, near a good Asian restaurant, not too warm, not many breakfast fruit types.

Very bad hotel, even for the price. We entered the room at 9pm on a December night and the window was wide open, the room was freezing. After closing the window and waking up the next morning we found out why: the room smells terribly. The paint, carpet and furnishings are all in very bad shape. The free breakfast was fine, but aside from that this hotel is terrible. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra $30 and book a nicer hotel. Staff was friendly and location is good, but the whole inside needs to be completely redone.

The hotel was under renovation. Not mentioned when booking. Good location. You can park your car at train station, short 6 minute walk. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

OK hotel, especially when you consider price. They are refurbishing the outside during daytime. Note the backside is looking over the Cologne central station and tracks which is quiet from around 2300 until about 0500, so be prepared for some noise outside those hours. Front side is along a one way road with not too much traffic. Friendly people with nice German style breakfast.

Service was good. It was all clean. Unfortunately, we were there during the construction phase. So the hotel is a bit older and it is being refurbished so unfortunately it cannot be avoided. And it's good for future guests.

The hotel was under reconstruction, we stayed in ground floor room. Room cleanse need to be improved.

Great location, breakfast ok, staff ok but the rest really bad…

This hotel is in a very poor state of repair. Renovation outside with scaffolding, shame the renovation wasn't inside! The interior is very tired with horrendous stains on my carpet, holes in the duvet cover and a below average bathroom offering — in particular, an old shower curtain and even older frayed towels. There was no Wi-Fi and no lift — both broken. The hostel next door looked like a much better option. The breakfast was quite nice and the ocarina is excellent. I paid £63 a night, and it was too much. I emailed the booking agent to get out after 1 night (of 2). I'm afraid I wouldn't stay again for any price.

Shabby but not too expensive hotel so you get what you pay for. At least there was a reasonable breakfast included. I found the staff to be polite and friendly.

Linen cabinets filthy, dirty, disgusting bathroom (hair everywhere), carpet not clean… not to recommend.

The shower had no shower curtain, the lamps were broken, and there was no mini fridge (which you should by a three-star hotel demand). It was very loud the train route to the hotel leads the breakfast but it very good.

Very central and you can get everywhere on foot to attractions. Top!
Breakfast was quite ok. Staff unfriendly and you get to the part of stupid comments raised. The carpet in the room very dirty, with cuddle in bed as two beds together ran are pushed there is nothing. Morning slices coat, mould in the bathroom and despite very stuffy air.

Not recommended! the rooms are dirty (dirt between the closet and bed, carpet stained, dusty, bathroom very worn and the shower curtain just appalling here, nothing is done so you come back or feel comfortable and at ease. ) and not particularly modern, and went to sleep hardly as the main train station less than 100 meters in a straight line away and the roar of trains to ensure that you are not eye zubekommt. Small Hotel with 30 rooms located between the train station and the Dom, only 3 min walk. Friendly staff, small but clean rooms, furniture with traces of use, a little noisy. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Relatively cheap, DZ 82 Euro per night. TV and free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, only a seat, i. E. Breakfast was big and tasty small rooms, but good enough when all you need is somewhere to sleep. Very close to the Dom (5 mins walk) would go again.
