Schlosshotel Domäne Walberberg Hotel

On 1.6.2019 we celebrated our church wedding ceremony in the domain Of Walberberg. We had a very nice day. We celebrated in the newly renovated auditorium with barbecue buffet. The layout of the entrance hall, the auditorium itself and the attached garden are a dream.
We can also speak positively about the cooperation with Natascha Woocker on the settlement. We met with her quite often and talked about our wishes. Whether barbecue buffet, juice bar, or additional table in front of the building — everything was made. For this a big praise and thank you for the flexibility.
Of course, the possibility of accommodation in the domain is also practical. Our guests felt very comfortable in the hotel and the breakfast is also more than sufficient.
Finally and in summary, we would decide again for the domain and can highly recommend the Schlosshotel.

A nice hotel, very quietly located. The double room was large and had a very modern bathroom. The double bed consists only of two single beds pushed together, which can be dangerous at night if they slip apart quietly and secretly.
The area is ideal for celebrations.
However, there is a point deduction at breakfast. This is offered until 10 a. M. And is touted as a rich buffet. 9:15 a. M. However, there were no more buns, the scrambled eggs were all drunk and the orange juice was empty. Unfortunately, this has not been replenished any more. So only the early risers can enjoy the richness, the rest is hopefully on Choco pops and portions welded pumpernickel.

Beautiful location, with great Trausaaal and beautiful courtyard. Service also reacted quickly to outgoing drinks, etc.

Good day. So we celebrated a wedding and then slept there. The insulated property looks very well maintained from the outside but the rooms are poorly equipped. On the floor of our room there was a multiple socket in the middle of the room a very nice stumbling block. In the shower was mold and in the wall in the bathroom was a hole. The breakfast the next day was delicious, there was also plenty of choice. The service staff at the celebration was quite ok.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere. The rooms are lovingly renovated, even if my mattress home is better. The bathroom was large and clean. The staff is very nice. The food was fine, but nothing I'll cry to later. The proximity to Phantasialand is probably very good, the access is also correspondingly easy.

Das Hotel ist ein ehemaliges Kloster und liegt recht abgeschieden. Zum Phantasialand sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Auch wenn die Zimmer klein sind ist das Ambiente sehr schön. Getränke und Snacks sind inklusive. Für den Besuch des Phantasialands oder geschäftliche Veranstaltungen sehr zu empfehlen.

Experience gastronomy times different never someone at the reception, heating without function or even in places removed. I've been freezing for three nights. Breakfast is minimal, people without shoes sleep in the breakfast room, one sits a meter next to it and is supposed to have breakfast comfortably? Coffee machine Defective. Building and furnishings need renovation, care is missing in places completely. Doors of the side wings are always open, door cannot be closed from the inside, ground poorly lit, no telephone list and no channel list in the room, everywhere cable and extension cable in the room, bed catastrophic, mattress through located and vagitosis. A perfect accommodation for pacific islanders very accomodative.

Wonderful place for a wedding. We were able to stay with our family 2 + 3 children in a large family room. The price is reasonable.
Nice breakfast and quiet location with good cross-regional transport links to the highway.

Very rude and service is not capitalized here. Have changed to the hotel Wieler, highly recommend to book new rooms!

I can imagine that the domain is somewhat polarized, at least for now. The green areas around and in the courtyard look more like Schrebergarten, At the parking lot and at some back of the buildings you can see the decay quite bluntly. Who wants to be dazzled by the name "Schlosshotel" and at his wedding bling bling one on princess: No. At least not at the moment.
Why I still forgive five stars and am overjoyed to have married right there: it has its charm. Added to this is the great care provided by Mrs Woocker and, in particular, the care provided by the staff on the day of the celebration. Very easy, super nice, every wish was fulfilled.
However, there is one point of criticism: some things discussed in advance were not passed on or were not passed on correctly. This has led to some unnecessary discussions. In the end, however, everything was eliminated.
Oh, please throw out this blue LED tree. It really doesn't work! :D.

We celebrated our wedding here.
It was all super. The service and the preparations ran without any problems. Our requests were received at any time and everything went smoothly.
The rooms were clean and nice sized. None of our guests complained about anything.
The service staff in the evening was one of the nicest teams I know!
A huge compliment and a big thank you for the wonderful day!

It was perfect for our wedding party. Enough space for the children to play, the ballroom had the perfect size and the buffet was excellent. We had many guests from outside, so the hotel was the best solution for us, everyone could fall straight from the celebration to bed. And the boys and girls from the service were very accommodating and extremely attentive. We'll be back for another celebration!

My stay at the Schlosshotel Domäne is not as a paying customer, rather seasonal accommodation as a part of working in Phantasialand.

Rarely so unproffessionelles and unorganisiertes staff seen. If the "staff" at all, look left. Not a single Cent of value. It should be the point of the weddings from the deal altogether.
