As a stay during GamesCom 2018 really super. In the village there are enough shops and also all kinds of restaurants.
The hotel itself is designed with a lot of love, as well as the very friendly staff takes care of the wishes of the guests.
Definitely highly recommended!
Unfortunately, we were not able to use the W-Lan during our stay in room 19, but this will probably be fixed as part of the current renovation measures. Maybe there will be 5* on your next stay.

Small but fine hotel in Bergheim. The décor is modern and the service at reception and at breakfast is excellent! Beds are very comfortable and the city location perfect. Parking is available and if you do not arrive with your own car, there is even the possibility to book a rental car (30€/day) through the hotel. Breakfast selection is rich and egg dishes are freshly prepared. The accommodation may cost a lot more than in the surrounding hotels (some of which have come in the years), but the guest will receive a modern and right-wing new hotel with a lot of attention to detail.

This is a really modern exceptional hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful. I'd really recommend this hotel.

Absolutely recommended! We just sit at breakfast and enjoy it. Great selection, Wundeschön presents, clean. The coffee is btw outstanding. You can see that this is working with your heart and mind — that you like to work here. The rooms are large, modern furnishings and hygienic tip top. Hotelbestitzer and staff are friendly, adorable and also very anxious. You feel comfortable from the beginning and the ambiance invites you to come back. Which we will definitely do again. Good value for the price. 5 stars and still a personal plus for cleanliness and friendliness!

Top Hotel for business travel. The Parking space in the underground garage is free of charge and the Wi-Fi in the room is also neat. Super room and impeccable bathroom. Friendly Service from check in to departure, and a rich Breakfast buffet are also available. Another plus point is the rooms are quiet as the Hotel is located in a street with little traffic.

Breakfast buffet for 8, 50€ for what is served up too expensive and that still someone sits and lines leads what you take I find very unpleasant immediately again re-ordered.

I would like to rate the visit very nice reception! I also believe a good hotel for me unfortunately to be yours as it will be paid for by my company otherwise always gladly.

Nice and cosy new rooms with big flat screen and quite comfortable beds. Nice and clean bathroom. There is no problem if you have a room with windows to the street, because there is no trafic in the night and you don't hear a highway. They have a fastest Wi-Fi I have ever had in a hotel, but there are a lot of ports banned. You don't have any air conditioning, so it could get really warm in the summer. You have a posibility to park your car in an underground parking lot. Breackfast ist ok with enough possibilites to grab something to eat. They will make you fresh egs if you want. I could give 5 stars, but there is no restaurant in the hotel. You have a plenty possibilites where to go, but you have to walk for a couple of minutes.

I have traveled and stayed all over the world, and value for money, service, hospitality, cleanliness, you name it, Hotel52 is right up there for this class of hotel. They actually made me feel like I was "staying at home"! RUN, don't walk there if in the area. You won't be disappointed!

Quiet cheap Hotel. Of course, not a 5 star luxury Hotel but very nice staff, affordable prices and clean rooms. From me 5 stars.

Great Hotel with a great Team. Very conveniently located, The rooms could use Flat screen TV stand. Otherwise, everything is great.

I was already more often to stay in the Hotel Bergheim, however, I was the first time in A wing of the hotel, instead of in the main building. This was a little Surprise. Because, unlike in the main house, the room was in the A-tract well worth seeing. Nevertheless reminded of the probably outdated carpet of my mind that the rooms are always beautifully decorated, but the Hygiene and the cleanliness of the Hotel left something to be desired. However, you can't really complain. Because the prices of the Hotels are always very low.
