The complete team, from the director to the dishwasher are always all friendly, polite and anxious to satisfy the guest every wish, if somehow possible.

The service is simply great, the staff super attentive and helpful. Very family and child-friendly.

This is the fourth time we have been here.
There is never anything to complain about, nothing to complain about — therefore you don't have to annoy the otherwise very friendly staff ;-)
But if you are looking for relaxation without children, this is wrong, definitely a family hotel.
However, the charging policy of the electric charging column should be reconsidered. Although this is really expensive from the Sylter energy supplier, but to charge at least 12€ for the charging process.
Other hotels can do this better (and often free of charge).
Nevertheless, I don't like to be here!

For families simply super Hotel! Very friendly staff!

Offer a holiday with your dog but the dog may then not to the Restaurant. At Breakfast you have to sit secluded in the Bar. A no-Go. Price performance is not justified. Shower gurgles so la la. Unfriendly service staff and also at the reception. … We certainly will not book here again.

It was a great holiday in the village hotel Rantum. Not only is the weather God, no much in the Hotel has done us very well. Very friendly staff, great kids club, very nice, clean Apartments, large swimming pool, many, of, Pastime, and then the food… was over the top. Thank you, we 11 say. Ps. What we have not understood: why must cost a kids — Cocktail-rate of€ 10 per child? 50€ was too much.

We would always drive to the village hotel that breakfast is very varied and for me the filter coffee is the perfect coffee for breakfast. The food in the restaurant exceeded my expectations, I haven't eaten that well in a restaurant in a long time. The only thing that wasn't my case was the tomato soup, but I can look past that. Some reviews I can't understand, but some people can never do anything. The staff were friendly.

Really very nice, courteous Staff. Great Rooms. Sauna, Gym, great. Food = great price/performance ratio. Breakfast, very varied. Happy again, at the great Proximity To the beach.

I first had to get used to the "Village character" of the Hotel.
Childcare was not used by our Daughter. She preferred To enjoy time with us.
The Food, as well as the Breakfast, were great. Great Choice!
The Service at the new Restaurant, unfortunately, was not quite as compelling.

We have been to the village hotel Sylt several times … Some things have deteriorated … There are no smoothies left for breakfast … Only the juice from the vending machine … This one is only diluted with water edible … Filter coffee for breakfast doesn't taste like it at all … For latte macchiato etc. You have to pay extra … You can't do it at all, considering what breakfast alone costs, if it's not included … Service personnel partially too quickly clear away during dishes … There was also a female employee who, despite pleas, completely ignored one … The evening buffet is very positive … There's something for everyone …

Affordable and well-equipped apartment complex. We were unfortunately only three nights there. Sauna area very nice and long open. Only the little shop that belongs to it is no good. Exorbitant prices, bad offer and no more buns at the time.

We live in rant. A small quiet place. Large beach and wide.

Our spontaneous holiday on Sylt was simply fantastic especially because we were able to book such a great hotel despite the short term. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and tip top. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Breakfast plentiful and very good, great choice. We can recommend the hotel without any restrictions.

Have lived here a nice short break. Nice staff, good breakfast and very nice apartments. Family apartment has two bedrooms and a small living room with kitchen. It should be a bit more spacious here, but it's OK. Just the couch could be a little bigger, cozy in front of the TV cuddling with family is not. The children are enthusiastic about the youth club. At this point the warmest greetings to the caregivers of our children! Clear recommendation from us! We are happy to come back!

Unique. Unfortunately I was working here and had little time to enjoy the hotel. The restaurant was a bit more than average.

Great facility on Sylt. Highly recommended for families and for couples there are also very nice offers. The house we had related to 4 people and were not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location of the hotel. The bread service also worked out perfectly.

Fully OK and central location on the islands. Fish, however, is preferable to where else. Gosch for example.

Beautiful family-friendly apartment complex within a short distance from the North Sea beach but also from the Watt-site, for recreation with children recommended.

Great location, only 300 metres from the sandy beach, cute Apartments, good bus connections.

Nice facility with good Spa offer for the family. Rich and high quality breakfast. The apartment type 2 is well cut for 4 people. The mattresses were very hard though. The apartment was not completely clean (hair) and there were some things in bad condition, defective or not there (vacuum cleaner, hand brush, broom, bench seat at the dining table). The maintenance flap in the bathroom was not locked. That's why we're pulling a star.

Sand gets everywhere, in the coffee maker was still on the used Filter from the Vo… rgänger (OK, we have our own, so for us this is not so relevant). The soap dispenser in the bathroom was also empty. In the cupboards a lot of dust. The next day at Breakfast no coffee at the buffet-style restaurant brought to the table. The receptionist that there would be in this Restaurant is not meant. OK, in the past few years, I still need to take care of me never to have my coffee by myself : — (so Must be new. We were delighted on the morning of the "Swimming lesson" at the Spa. My daughter (11) is a competitive swimmer and has problems, to swimming in the afternoon with the "plant rulers" of your tracks. Unfortunately, she couldn't go to the bathroom, because children are allowed only from 8:00 o'clock in the Morning. You should think again about it. Service is very good! It is clean tidy and all present. The view from the rooms is not exactly as described.

Hotel and service very good. Could be something clean. Funny thing is, if exchanged for 7 days stay on the second day the towels. Happy to be back. To notice is that the hotel is also very easy to reach the bus.

We probably felt all around in our spacious, very well maintained apartment, the spa area left nothing to be desired, like we can come back.

Were for 5 nights with our twins (14 months). Rooms were big enough, also has room for 2 baby cots in advance provided in the room. On demand we received 2 stair gate installed. Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. The luggage carts and no lift was somewhat difficult. Buffet breakfast was good. Service throughout friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and free child care were welcome diversions that we like to have tried. In 5 minutes, one is with the stroller on the beach, bike and trailer is Westerland and the Zanzibar within easy reach. For comparable offers something expensive, therefore a point deduction.

In Internet advertising, one with a thatched main building, we were there, this is a photo montage. Advertised as a family hotel, the sterile facility, this claim is not just. The rooms are much too small, dearless furnished (Ikea, in contrast, is TOP stylish) and are only available at extra cost cleaned, no fresh towels, garbage is not brought out, etc, And for that price, this is a rip-off. The Breakfast is extensive, but just like everything else the same every day. Recommendation for brunch in the Zanzibar drive.
