Although not entirely new, the hotel is in good condition. The staff are friendly and helpful. A hotel to feel good.

We have been several times at this magnificent place. It is pure luxury. Everything works nicely; the rooms, the bar, the spa area and the food is outstanding as well. The service is at its best too. We will definitely come again.

Nice hotel with a good SPA area, but very uncomfortable pillows.

For really very pleasant holidays in an excellent AROSA — resort I would like to express my thanks. The service, the equipment, the wonderful weather and of course the surrounding landscape left virtually nothing to be desired. Like to come back.

The stay in AROSA Sylt was without exception very pleasant and relaxing. From the friendly welcome at reception, lovely large and very clean room with great view, really generously-sized bathroom, very friendly and caring treatment at Breakfast with a Breakfast buffet that is hard to beat in terms of the huge selection barely, to the kindness and attention that was brought to us really the opposite of each employee. In short the holiday in AROSA Sylt was a great success.

Pleasant and attentive staff, we got the same room as the previous stay, good service on arrival — vehicle in the garage, suitcases to the room, everything unexcited without any own intervention. We will certainly book again.

Great hotel. We felt very comfortable here. We had a room with a direct sea view. The half-board is highly recommended. The food is overall high quality and super tasty. There are fresh fish or seafood every night. The staff is courteous and very friendly. This hotel is our absolute favourite on the island of Sylt.

I would like to see an extension of childcare, that children under the age of 3 can also be cared for. It would be enough to have just one or two hours to enjoy the wonderful sauna landscape as a parent in peace and quiet.
The evening buffet was opened in our hotel only from 6pm. It's a bit late with kids. It would be nice if at least the children could eat a little earlier or a children's dinner could be offered.

Very nice and quiet hotel, which invites you to relax. The spa area is large and offers enough space for both young and old. The evening buffet is relatively small and could have offered a little more choice. In addition, some of the captions were missing, which raised questions in the dessert. Otherwise everything is perfect. The staff gets 6 out of 5 stars. Absolutely perfect service in all areas.

Particularly noteworthy is the breakfast offer as well as the local service, both "top"!
Also commendable is the reception, explicitly the handling of "complaints/remarks" in the spa area!
Also the room service is impeccable!
Also the reception staff (including the gentleman who pays attention to the luggage and the vehicles) were always very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately not at all commendable is the service in the bar in the evening.
There is a big minus for this. However, it is fair to say that this assessment is only valid for one of the gentlemen there! The one who serves the guests with no euphoria, he runs only three times past a before he mercy to take an order! You don't necessarily feel welcome here. That was also the reason why we always stayed briefly in the bar. There is an urgent need for improvement! Unless you don't want to make sales with the bar.
In summary we have had a nice time and will certainly come back!

We were pleasantly surprised by the large swimming pool and sauna area. Here was pure relaxation. The staff were very friendly and the Saunaufguss was a new experience every day.
We liked the best of the birch branches.

Informal and personal (especially at check in) Atmosphere pleasant and well thought-out interior in the room-friendly staff, you will be greeted at any time very appealing and imaginative buffets tip: note signs to the lobby would be nice if you can get out of the Ample underground parking is.

The Hotel was great until we arrived in the Evening to eat. I thought at first that I would be a whining crank, but it seems to be the strategy of the arosa to scare the regulars (look at the comments of other guests). U. G. "canteen". Food (soup) was cold, little selection and for the kids (only our were Babies in the Hotel) there was a huge bowl with about 200 Bockwurst and potato salad. Nothing else. Could also be made on request (I brought something for you from the Gosch). The plates were not cleared (we then need to bring yourself way) and the wrong side of the served … With 5 stars, this has little to do. A pity, as the room was nice.

Very nice hotel. Architectural as well as the location.
However, there was no fresh fruit in the sauna area and no newspapers or magazines in the relaxation area.
Rooms were OK, except for spider weaving on the ceiling.
Despite the location on the North Sea, there was unfortunately no crab salad at the very extensive breakfast buffet.

Disaster… Suite booked and we were assigned a suite in the evening on arrival, where the ventilation sounds from the kitchen are audible. Was known and nevertheless brought back to man, had been empty for a long time… To offer a family with a toddler, just outrageous…
Simply poor service… Only overpriced…
We travel again, … Never again…

One of the most beautiful hotel complexes on Sylt. From opulent breakfast to several Gängemenue, it's just all right. The staff really make every effort to keep this arguably unique exclusivity that precedes the hotel. Unfortunately, some guests say that they have also rented this exclusivity at the Einquecken.

Excellent service and very good offer in the restaurant. Inside and outdoor pool well tempered.
It is pleasant that some saunas can be used early in the morning.
Sauna infusions are carried out professionally.
All the staff, by that I really mean everyone, are extraordinarily polite and courteous.
A hotel where there is nothing objectionable. Underground car park with large enough seats.
We like to come back.
But here is another suggestion:
There were some guests cold. There are many doors to open, automatic doors would be ideal for

Were 7 days at the hotel a-Rosa and can say that it is a very nice hotel with excellent cuisine and excellent service as it belongs to a 5 star hotel.
The right thing to recover from pressures.
The only minus point is that for parking both outside and inside is again properly pitched at 20 euros per day I find at a 5 star hotel that is included in the price, especially since the grounds are not accessible to hotel visitors as well.
Or you build the amount in the hotel stay with a because so 20Euro look extra for parking always funny.
Otherwise a really nice place we would like to come back…

A-Rosa Sylt always worth a trip. The food is great. The spa offer as well. Unfortunately, we use it far too little, since we are on the island for almost the whole day, be it on foot or by bike.

Around Package Arosa! We felt comfortable, we also know other resorts.
Note: Unfortunately the Saunbereich was not very clean! Please remove the plastic cups in the Saunbereich. This is not compatible with our environmental attitudes and certainly not according to their ecological orientation! own cups of recyclable substances, perhaps even by name, would certainly be great, even as a memento of a clean environmentally conscious holiday.

We reserved the spices 2 months ago and we were very happy.
Today we arrive at 20.00 and… the restaurant is closed.
The only comment by those responsible: do and sorry, we wish you a nice evening.
We drove 20 km, we were very happy and could not find another restaurant this evening. The restaurant closed because there were too few guests, but didn't even consider it necessary and cancel it (they have our phone number).
We consider this restaurant and the service of Arosa to be "underground"!

The first address on Sylt and definitely 5 star level. Everything fits just here. I'm sure we'll be back.

We were well received and the room as well as the sauna area were good. But the price — performance ratio in terms of restaurant services is not at all agreed. Catastrophic service in the restaurant area. The service staff run around without a plan and overlook guests waiting for a table. Give stroppy nagging answers. Do not vacate or ask for a beverage request. All in all we had the 2x at breakfast and 1x at dinner. In order not to make the hotel even worse, I leave more comments.

We like best the location and the wonderful pool with the Saunalanddchaft.
Also the breakfast have we enjoyed, however it is always chaotic in peak hours, which is our opinion on the lack of experience of the very young staff. I also miss the freshly squeezed orange juice, and the North Sea crabs that existed earlier.

Room decor and atmosphere is terrible. It feels like in an old people's home. The hotel's own Parking in front of the Hotel costs 10.00. Underground garage even more. Too little seats in the Restaurant. At Breakfast there was no place for us. 30 minutes had to at the Bar is free to wait for a table. Rather eat mass-produced goods is high.

A-Rosa Sylt has five stars and gets five stars (would love to raise to six).

Okay the ambiance is not my taste (too modern), but that's just a matter of taste.

The A-Rosa Sylt belongs to me in the four star Plus category. My room (I don't know which category) was spacious. I liked the bathroom with separate toilet and half-open through a sliding door. A little fright in the morning after the shower, I could not find the hair dryer like. * Smile is something hidden in a drawer. For many, perhaps a Riesenaufreger. I'm going to take something with humor.
Very commendable the breakfast buffet: selection huge with fresh preparation, quality very good and a quick friendly service. All in all, it was worth its price.

Nice but great impersonal hotel. Rooms are functional but uncomfortable. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Very small and thin towels in the bathroom. 420 Euro per night in June are way too expensive for a small room with this standard! With the hotel Severin (same price) not comparable!

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially in the Rosini. Our daughter felt very comfortable there.

The Service is absolutely unique and really stands out. The ability to always know what the guest expects and deliver the Service before it is requested, is a rare gift, which the staff possesses.

Great and clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent morning buffet, nice spa. The only negative is the cold water in the outside pool.

From the very first encounter with the staff, they were very friendly, and talkative. Spoke both English and German. The hotel in general was very tidy, clean and elegant with focus on detail. Our room was large and bright with a very luxurious bathroom and comfortable bed. The common areas were elegant and at night they had live music in the bar — this however wasn't elegant, because the musician was subpar to the standard of the venue and they had put up disco lights with different colours flashing to accompany a guy playing saxophone to songs like "I will always love you". Dining area was big with the option to sit both in — and outside and the staff was visible and easy to get in touch with. The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired, it even had a chef ready to take your order on how to cook your egg. However being placed directly in the sun for my breakfast with no option for shade, I felt there could have been more parasols. All in all a pleasant stay, with a few caveats which would need taken care of before I give the hotel all 5 stars.
