➜ Dinner on business trip as part of an extended evening walk I passed the Parkhotel and saw a big sign "wiener schnitzel from the calf" so around shortly after 20:00 I came into the restaurant and was reminded that the kitchen just wants to close… Which was also understandable, it was very empty in the restaurant.
There was a small salad from the buffet. The one on the edge was unfortunately already a little brown dried up and the remaining ingredients were average.
There were three roasted little Weißbrote with a delicious curd cream. Well.
The Wiener schnitzel from the calf was about 1cm thick and with fried! Parsley…
Decoration of the dish was good.
Outside good golden brown fried it looked yummy, inside it was bloody (grill). Veal should be served at least à point. It just tasted good in the fringe areas, the inner area of the schnitzel had a smack.
By about 21:00 gave the last call…

Very friendly staff, rooms are very well equipped and clean, unfortunately in summer too hot but this is not at the hotel, am now the 2nd time here and feel very comfortable. I can't say anything about the restaurant because I'm self-sufficient.
