➜ Tastefully furnished rooms with plenty of space to feel good. All tip-top new and clean. Very warm and friendly hosts, we will be happy to come back!
➜ I can only recommend excellent rooms, everything very nicely decorated. Indirect lighting, as well as mild light through a lamp. Many sockets and an inductive charging field installed in the desk. Large closet and hanger. A very nice bathroom, with indirect lighting behind the mirror and ceiling lighting. Beautiful shower with adjustable shower head and control for water pressure as well as temperature. Excellent beds with warm blankets, I had a very good sleep. Very nice breakfast with lots of choice. Very loving and nice service. All in all a truly commendable hotel, just recommended.

A reservation made via HRS was not taken into account. I was informed about this by a colleague who had arrived a day earlier. After I had called there, I would first be informed that bookings via HRS would be crap anyway and that it would be better to book directly there by phone. When asked why one was listed at HRS, the conversation escalated. Service or customer orientation does not seem to exist in the philosophy of the house.
In the end I am quite glad that they are not able to process a booking properly because I found such a nice hotel with friendly people in Cloppenburg!
