Very nice country hotel with a good but not cheap restaurant. Unfortunately, the Internet is very slow here.

Hardly any reception and the WLAN does not work properly, thin walls so you hear everything from the neighbors.

I was a guest with several people last week in the old country house Buddenberg and must say I have been very disappointed since I heard of tales that it should be so beautiful there. I wanted to convince myself, the ambiance is very nice, generally the whole house in itself has been very well restored. The beef cheek was very leckkeerr! But the cream shout was just liquid the bad thing is something you see, why do you give something to the guest instead of saying one has no then it was still together gefuscht with a 3cm thick sugar layer. Too bad actually since it's such a great dessert. In the time we waited for the main course, I had to go to the toilet on the way there you get past the kitchen which also looked very filthy from also the cupboards where the plates were lying were very verschmirrt, from the point I had almost no hunger anymore. Then on the way back to the table it was so noisy in the kitchen the service has yelled at the young chef who has done me a lot of pain in the moment. And I want to know what a boss in the store is. I wasn't sure, but I think it was the same in the suit that screamed out loud. Above all my question to the Landhaus Buddenberg why don't you have uniform clothes. One of them is not running around with a suit.
But well every remnant murmurs has its flaws…!

So we were in the Landhaus Buddenberg for brunch. Unfortunately, I have to say that I do not know why this is called "brunch" and not "breakfast". A brunch makes for me the mixture of cold and hot food. So breakfast along with a light lunch.
The selection was unfortunately very limited, for example only 3 types of rolls or sausage. Furthermore, the food was not labelled at all, neither the jams, nor the quark or the yogurt. Except of course the packaged yogurt. Butter was individually packaged, just like Nutella or honey. Would have preferred a nice regional honey here at least with honey. All food was not cooled, which can be problematic on hot days.
The only hot food was either a boiled egg or scrambled eggs, which was freshly prepared at the table. At the beginning of the breakfast, tea and coffee were served in small pots. Unfortunately, it stayed with only one jug, the waitress was once at our table, but unfortunately did not ask if you would like another coffee or tea. After that they were no longer seen, disappeared somewhere towards the hotel or kitchen.
At the reservation we were told that, as a small table, we would just fit into the plan, otherwise they would be booked out. Well, we were the only guests in the restaurant… so something peculiar. Well, half of the tables were also already covered again for lunch or evening.

We were just there for dinner.
The food was top and without complaint. Unfortunately, it takes a little while to get our food. But all in all a very delicious meal!

Very nice, rooms, staff and location. The restaurang is really great… I allways try to stay here while I'm in the area.
