Lobby and breakfast area please swell — the pub is really quaint.
For guests from business onwards, the lounge is a fine place.

Friendly Staff. Beautiful rooms and good food.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Es wird sogar veganes Essen angeboten: Soja — und Reis-Drink zum Frühstück. Nudeln + vegane Carbonara und verschiedene Gemüse zum Buffet.

The room was very nice and clean. Bed was comforable. Breakfast buffet big with a good selection, very delicious. The staff was very nice.

Very nice and large rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy. Very good breakfast. The reception service is a little bit disappointing, five receptionists but only two of them were able to check guests in (we had been a large group of 50 persons)

Very good hotel for Private and Business Trips. Loved the room, especially the bed was very comfortable. Good coffee and a great Swimmingpool!

The most frozen hotel in the last 10 years. I live in hotels once a week. Just crooks. Don't give them a card. They took a 60 euro deposit. Then 1. We didn't have five months. Then after a series of calls returned. And then they wrote off 20. There's no remorse. And yesterday, another 675 euros were written off the card. I know we'll figure it out and figure it out, but I have to spend my time going to the bank. Do you need it? It's better not to live in this hotel.

Let's start with the positive, excellent housekeeping, cleaned always well, in the princes there are no claims all at the height. The reception at the spa/pool is also great. That's it. Terrible service at reception, can not solve the problem, do not know anything. The restaurant service is great then terrible. The hotel apparently knows that the mass is close, the people will be. Management is terrible, the motto is that customers are all lies to us. We had a junior suite plus a lounge. The site is a bathroom or shower, turns out to be a shower everywhere. We wanted to make an abgreite, the hotel requested not a small amount and the price of each manager was different. Like a bazaar. We almost got to the general manager, and the same song. The whole idea of my comment: The management of the hotel spits on the customers, only tells tales, and offer a solution can not. It's especially a shame if you paid a lot of money for a room. No more foot in the chain of these hotels, but so simple we will not leave them, the whole week was spoiled.

Beautiful, modern Hotel, with great Service and attentive Staff. The Rooms are beautifully bright and generous. Always like to.
Small Shortcoming: Unfortunately a good Deal away from the Center, without a Car you are thrown up.

Very modern, clean hotel. Right next door a shopping mall and a train stop nearby, very convenient. Excellent breakfast and really very warm and helpful staff. We'll definitely be back!

I was completely satisfied. Beautiful, tastefully furnished rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly staff. Good accessibility. An Irish pub is still rounding out the whole thing.

Excellent ratio quality/price. All very clean, nice staff, excellent swimming pool/jacuzzi/sauna/fitness center. I recommend. Out of the city.

Very nice hotel. The staff is courteous and very friendly. The breakfast is plentiful and really leaves nothing to be desired. Only the room was not completely clean, here a slightly better cleaning would be desirable. We were very satisfied overall.

I have nothing to complain about. The hotel is top! The rooms are really spacious and stylish. The staff is very helpful, courteous and competent! Small extra requests were fulfilled as a matter of course. I really could not express criticism.

Were there for a meeting. Super renovated. Staff were very accommodating. The rooms clean. The food delicious. Happy to return. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, we were unable to use the spa.

Did not pick hotel it was part of a coach tour of Xmas markets. Still it wasn't bad food good rooms good.

Great hotel outside the city. Easily reached by light rail in 20min. The fair in a few minutes. The room was super nice on the 5th floor. Was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there were no bathrobes in the room for the booked room (according to booking). Note from the reception "Had you been able to get in touch"
Breakfast was great. Unfortunately, one coffee machine was defective and the second one tried in vain to get it going. Okay can happen but with two vending machines a bit stupid.

Super hotel, super nice and friendly staff. Price performance ratio also very good only breakfast gets a point deduction.
The quality was good but unfortunately the staff did not follow up with the feeling.
After the boiled eggs (liquid) were complained about (liquid), they were taken from the buffet and not replaced within 3/4 hours.
But is whining at a high level.

Nice, clean, modern furnishings and uncomplicated. The food was delicious, the staff nice and helpful and the conference rooms spacious and very pleasant. In the evening, the Irish Pub was able to chat and relax with a few beers. Overall a relaxing stay.

One of the best in the locality I had to travel to travel to Hannover for a conference and stayed in H4, Lasse. The way the hotel has thought through even small things in the room and in the boundaries of the hotel, I think they really stand out. Starting from the reception, bar, restarant, assistance during conference, kitchen — staff is really courteous and polite. In all the touchpoints, I see a higher quality compared to the average across other hotels. I see a great quality even in basic things like cofee and tea. Good quality espresso machine is provided in the room with two varieties of coffee capsules. Tea bags are of great quality and I see a different kind of design for the first time in the tea bags. They have a very decent sized fridge with enough room for our own stuff as well. I like the number of power points in the room. When it comes to the restaurant there is a great variety of food. If you like cereal for breakfast, you wont be disappointed, they have about 8 varieties. Same goes for the juices, salad, meat, and even yoghurt. If they have more bread varieties, that would be really nice, all they have just a small sized white bread. Fruits and mint water are always available at the reception for casual consumption. Being a Vegetarian, I was not expecting a lot of choices, but to my surprise, there were plenty, including my favourite Pasta.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. The staff is attentive, nice and friendly but thankfully not intrusive. Great rooms with a feel-good guarantee.

We had a very nice room on the 4 floor (everything looked pretty new). The breakfast was very extensive and also in the evening we ate very well in the restaurant.

The restaurant spoiled the hotel's better rating. A four-star house where told me will take you buffet card there is not. The next waiter takes order from the card and explains to the noodles you have to wait about an hour. I and also my three companions were very disappointed.

For me one of the best hotels I've had lately slept. Beds Super comfortable, room large and clean as well as bright. The bathroom can also be easily tolerated by 2 people. The breakfast more than convincing, versatile, plentiful and above all delicious. Staff friendly and courteous. It's a pleasure to come back. Thank you.

Very nice and trendy hotel. Renovations on going but did not disturb us at all. Nice breakfast included in the room rate. Thermostat in the room was broken, ac did not work to well.

Stuff didn't feel me very welcome when I was checking in. Thermostat in the room didn't work propertly so it was a hot night. Hotel and room was superb and clean. And junior suite had very nice Size. Breakfast was great.

The hotel is lovely and clean and a sumptuous breakfast. However the same can't be said of dinner. There is a nice pool, sauna and gym. The staff are very unhelpful and everything is too much trouble for them. The restaurant staff are the same. At dinner after sitting down for our meal we were told that we could not sit at this table as it was not designated to our party. This was after we had already had dinner the night before at any table of our choosing. We then had to wait neatly 10 minutes to pay for 2 bottles of water while the waiter stood and chatted with somebody. All in all a lovely hotel just needs a change of staff.

A very nice hotel, located conveniently near the exhibition centres (approx 10 min drive). I stayed for 1 night for work and had a room on the 5th floor, while the view wasn't anything spectacular it was quiet despite being on an intersection. The room itself was very nice, furnishing was slightly dated but in good condition. I had to move the bedside table to get to a plug socket though which was somewhat annoying. The bathroom was a nice size and my favourite feature was the collapsible ironing board/trouser press in a small section of the wardrobe. Very useful after packing shirts in a bag. The Irish bar was also good for an evening drink, not too busy and with good service. Breakfast in the morning was a large buffet with both continental style cold-cuts and hot foods (sausages, eggs, bacon etc). I didn't get to try out the sauna / wellness area though there were complementary towels and slippers in the room and lots of people seemed to be heading down in the evening. I would definitely return next time I'm in the area.

Quiet Hotel equipped with a very cozy place where you can relax while drinking good beer. Quite comfortable room (I vistodi better) with a good cleaning of the environment. Friendly staff.

Great rooms, very quiet, friendly front Desk, great bed, everything clean, good Wellness offer and Restaurants in the SI center in the house. Price/performance is absolutely ok.
