Very nice, clean, cozy hotel with quite large pool and a well equipped gym. The food as part of our booked arrangement was very good, as was the breakfast buffet. From our room — with balcony — on the 7th floor we had a very nice view of the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge. The staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel rooms and friendly, attentive staff.

Food top. Service more than attentive. The sometimes very young service staff was very careful and committed. A great and successful business event.

Stayed here 1 week in seminary. Simply class: The service friendly, helpful and accurate. The food consistently very good to excellent, both in taste and appearance. The location between the large harbour and Banter See is very charming and quite maritime. Of course, Wilhelmshaven is not Sylt, but it has its own charm. Anyone who gets involved will have a nice time here. ;-)

Quiet place and very nice staff!

In advance, staff friendly and helpful.
Restaurant and bar has zero charm. Eating in the restaurant has lasted forever and even for 'anorexic' it would be too little. It was even embarrassing for the staff to bring such portions to the table. Breakfast on Sunday we waited 45 minutes in line for a place because rooms were blocked for an event. Room 'ok' but also loud from the street. Spa? Sorry but that's definitely nothing for a hotel in the league. Claim and reality are quite different.

Rooms are beautiful. And relatively clean. In the corners some spin weave and in a room ashes on the floor.

Staff very unfriendly and not helpful.
Restaurant completely overwhelmed and overloaded. One hour waiting time with toddler. 3 dishes were no longer available at 8 p. M.
Far too expensive for what is served. I expect something better in terms of prices.
Waiting time at breakfast just under half an hour because an external event has been added. Don't go!
On the last evening it was not possible to eat in the restaurant. Can happen. However, we were not informed even though there were two mobile phone numbers. So we spent the evening looking for something to eat and had to go back to the city centre. There was no excuse let alone some help. With some negotiation we got a later check out the next day and the parking fees were waived. But this had to be negotiated.
We are happy to come back with other staff. But not so.

Beautiful, clean rooms, super view, the staff very animal-loving, dogs are welcome, good breakfast buffet…

Beautiful Rooms. Good sleeping comfort, excellent mattresses. Very clean wet cells. Friendly and attentive staff. Good Kitchen.

Für Schulungen sehr gut! Wir schlafen nur für den Preis lieber in einer Ferienwohnung. Das Mittagsbuffet ist sehr lecker, besteht leider nur aus 2 Möglichkeiten!

Good location of the hotel. The staff are very cordial. As guests we would be very well received. The wellness facility is modern and not crowded with people (although there was nothing going on here in the morning or late at night. ;-). Breakfast was spectacular with very nice staff. Unfortunately, the prices are somewhat high.

In June we spent a weekend at the Hotel Atlantik in Wilhemshaven. Our wishes expressed in advance have been very well taken into account. The reservation in the restaurant Strom also worked very well. The room was bright, friendly and very clean with a magnificent view. The staff were very friendly and attentive, we will be back soon.

I really enjoyed the stay, perfect place to stay when you are in wilhelmshaven, very nice view.

Very nice staff at the reception. Super great view from the room (back). The ambience is very stylish. Breakfast is good, there is everything your heart desires. The menu in the evening is limited. Beautiful excursion destinations in the area. Also very easy to reach on foot.

The nice lady who served us at breakfast in the morning, one has to give a big praise. Blonde, long-haired, with a little accent. But great was you! Very attentive. Please pass on this praise to her. Nothing and no one could have replaced you :-) ❤️

Room as far as okay, except for the Shower. Unfortunately, it splashed the Water everywhere, so that the Water ran under the Door shower into the Bathroom. That's why we could only use the Hand Shower. Everything Else was great, the Staff always tried very hard, the Room was always tidy (we always left no Dirt as far as possible) 5 Stars. Breakfast was great, too. But One thing is not possible: Cocktails, too much Ice cream and so everything Else is missing, especially Alcohol, one simply did not taste the Difference between Alcohol and Alcohol-free. Everything Else could be drunk.
Is recommended overall.

Good hotel, clean rooms but sometimes non-functioning or switchable air conditioning. The televisions are a bit small but still in the frame. The staff tries to follow the wishes, only the bar + staff is bad. Long waits for orders and completely disinterested staff, prefer to talk privately than to serve customers.

We had a few hot drinks outside, very nice seaside view, the staff rearranged the beach chairs so we could sit in a big group on the grass. The Ostfriesentorte was pretty nice.

Romms are excellent, nice view to habour and dightseeings of Wilhelshaven. Servic very friendly and helpful. Location situated pretty nice arrounded to nice places. Ö

A gorgeous hotel, great rooms with a beautiful view of the harbour and the North Sea. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I will most certainly come back.

We have been here many times, although the beds (except suites) are only 160cm wide. That's too narrow for us, but the super nice location and great breakfast keeps us coming back. I would be super happy to replace the beds to the port side with 180x210. The room is sufficiently large.

The staff was very attentive and very friendly. Spontaneously we also had a guided tour of the event rooms. This hotel is highly recommended for business and leisure guests.
The location is great, the city centre is within walking distance.

Hotel for the price range OK, staff friendly and helpful.
What's not at all is the background music at breakfast! That's where the manager painting really should go. You will be able to enjoy a bar with a well-kept drink in the evening, but it is impossible in the morning!

The hotel is very nicely located and offers a good view of the old port. The interior design and rooms are modern and harmonious. Both the restaurant and the bar are highly recommended. The prices are the same as the upscale gastronomy. Only the spa area does not offer a lot of beds, so it can happen that they are already occupied. Nevertheless, I would like to put the hotel to everyone who wants to spend a good time in Wilhelmshaven.

A really great hotel!
It is modern and timeless classic. The staff is very good and the view of the Harbour Basin is fantastic.
The staff is happy to satisfy even the most extraordinary wishes, for example, each cocktail is also variable on personal request and in case of defects in the room will be taken care of quickly.
The Wellness area offers a lot of rest and relaxation.
My personal highlight, however, was the breakfast on the balcony with a wonderful cup of coffee.

Clean, modern, amazing view on water side, friendly staff, lots of good restaurants in close proximity. Was there for 2 weeks and would move there.

Nice and upscale hotel. Great room, great view. Unfortunately, the prices in the bar and restaurant are very high, so it takes one evening more to one of the adjacent bars.

Very nice hotel with a unique location right on the waterfront. The rooms facing the harbour side have a fantastic view. The bathrooms are very clean and tastefully designed. In the hotel bar there is always something going on in the evening. We like to come back here again and again.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Im Zimmer sind die alkoholfreien Getränke der Minibar inklusive. WLAN ebenso. Leider haben die Zimmer Teppichboden und kein Laminat o. Ä. Der Pool/Sauna-Bereich ist schön gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend mit allem was man sich wünscht incl. Omelette. Der Preis von 10 Euro für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz ist allerdings für WHV völlig überzogen.

We feel very comfortable in their home from the very first hour. The hotel has four stars, but the very nice, attentive and courteous staff lifts the hotel into the 5 star category. A hotel is just as good as the person who works in it. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very large. The breakfast buffet is very rich and leaves nothing to be desired. We were able to enjoy the three-course menu in the very luxurious restaurant overlooking the harbour. It was a very nice evening and the food was excellent. I chose the hotel because I wanted to propose to my girlfriend. I made the right choice! Thank you for the incredible bouquet of roses! We are happy to come back to your house as spouses. How happy we are, but then in summer, when it is warmer ;-)

We have us in the Hotel very felt at ease. The décor and the ambience, you can without compromising lifted as described. Highly recommended, I find the Bar, where in addition to the drinks also a small selection of delicious and freshly prepared food is available. Also the Spa is great. The staff was without exception friendly and helpful. The only point of criticism was partly a lack of attention, above all in the Restaurant. Maybe we had just bad luck and the team was flat. Disease a bit understaffed. We will in any case come back.

Come now, this is the fourth time here in the Hotel, the front Desk, the staff of the Hotel is fabulous Breakfast perfectly adequate in the Restaurant in the evening brilliantly. Feel us like at home.

An increase in customer satisfaction is hardly possible, because… … Everything here has voted, what is a good Hotel, wishes. There is, for example, The feeling that we are already in the lobby have felt comfortable and pleasantly large and bright rooms, with a very comfortable king-size bed, at the foot of a bed, a Ablegebank. As a Service is a nice Bathrobe with Terry cloth Slippers ready. Furthermore, it is in the room with a big LCD TV, a work Desk, a 2-seater Sofa with a Sofa table, on a personal Begrüßungskarte was. The Minibar was "for free" and filled with mineral water, Coca Cola and juices. Still was on the table a large bottle of mineral water to freshen up. Also the bathroom is very stylish, with a very large walk-in shower. The rooms have a view to the Bantersee (input side), and lateral views of the North sea or a view of the Inner harbour (10. — € more expensive), from which one also the North sea can see. Particularly noteworthy is the very, very beautiful Spa area with large Pool, gym, Sauna with an ice machine to cool down and also a steam room is available. For all of this, you should definitely use a little more time to plan to do everything right to be able to enjoy. The Highlight for us was, of course, the high-quality Breakfast, what one is also a little more time should take. It is worthwhile in any case. Have until now hardly a better Breakfast in other Hotels.

The Hotelhighlight in Schlicktown! As a former Wilhelmshavener I come, since it is the Columbia are still rather be in my old home. There are only few Hotels in which I felt so very at home have felt like being there. Even if the price of something is high, it is in relation to what you get is very reasonable. The Breakfast alone is an experience. Only the Parking is likely to be the price like also be included.
