Excellent cuisine, very friendly staff.

Am here with a bus group, all good, very nice and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet rich. For dinner there is also a rich 3-course menu.

Again I was a business traveller at the Parkhotel Emden. And again I have to say excellent service / assistance in the implementation of my order. And this despite the fact that I had only booked for one night. Thank you very much for that!

Great atmosphere, staff very friendly and accommodating room neat and well equipped, great breakfast buffet food very tasty.

Very nice, large and clean rooms, very good restaurant, great atmosphere, top location, very friendly staff… very much happy to return.

The Service in the Restaurant and on the room, it was the man looked completely satisfied, we needed a shower seat and there are no efforts were spared to get one. We will come back for sure.

Yesterday we were to have Brunch there. Sorry, there are no 5 star-rich, alone, the Person I would give 10. Very friendly staff. Always a fun on their lips. It was quickly helped and felt were so little kitchen elves are at work. The Buffet is very individual. Who as he says doesn't find anything, the is not going to help. For Allergy sufferers suitable. If I know as Allergy sufferers about what I'm allowed to, you quickly notice that there are very good products and I claim nothing has been cooked with the bag. The additions were due to my Allergy time is not clear, so I was able to ask and quickly got a response. Again and again. We were there yesterday for the first Time.

Very nice hotel, great beer (light red), great rooms and a hotel that has submitted to values and mission that can be experienced. I think it's great! The customer will thus have added value and thus also the hotel.

Nice hotell with good rooms.

The hotel was very comfortable and luxurious. Employees very friendly and courteous. Breakfast left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, free water was only provided on the day of arrival. Emden is a beautiful city with many opportunities for leisure activities.

Location close to the centre is good, about 10 minutes to the port in the city. Selection of breakfast is sufficient but also not exceptional. Parking at the hotel very good. Nice and helpful service. Rooms are sufficiently old, but also a bit old. But also everything clean. Overall, price performance is fully ok. Recommendation.

Brilliant hotel excellent service and food emden town is a 10 minute walk away.

We were there yesterday for brunch and I have to praise the quite nice and attentive service.
There was nothing wrong with the food… super tasty we will definitely be back!

Very nice staff, good breakfast buffet. The wellness area is located almost above the rooftops of Emden, but is clearly arranged with a sauna and a bio sauna.

Good 4-star hotel with slight flaws (loose heating panel, stain on the armchair, narrow beds). But you can live with it. Friendly and attentive staff. The price of the room was very good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. There was nothing missing, for every taste there was something, high quality. Gladly again.

We have been received very nicely. The hotel is clean. We had a special offer with 4Gang menu. The food was delicious and the welcome drink was very successful.

"Experience Emden" — 4 days incl. Kunsthalle, bicycle tour, day trip to Borkum and HP. Very relaxing, extremely relaxing. Recommended.

6-course menu for Valentine's Day. Pleasant atmosphere, courteous service, very well coordinated corridors at a fair price, which ultimately led to a very nice evening.

We were very pleased. The breakfast buffet was great. The staff were all totally nice. The only thing I didn't like was that the carpet in the room had huge stains. But all in all I would recommend the hotel to anyone!

A class location with great service.

We had a meeting at this hotel and were super satisfied. Everything went well! Nice and very helpful staff at reception, technology, banquet and Restaurant! And still very very nice and sympathetic to everything. We had vegan, vegetarian and meat food and everyone was thrilled! Everything went so smoothly and great that we would love to come back anytime! Thank you!

Currently, best hotel in Emden. Rooms not so impressive, guest phones don't always ring, internet sometimes spotty — however, nice location, terrific restaurant w buffet breakfast included, expansive sauna complex w rooftop relaxation area (open till 10p. M. ), and wonderful staff. Also quality bikes for hire, which I whole-heartedly recommend for getting around Emden.

The location is very central… The hotel has modern facilities, there are elevators available and a very friendly staff. Really recommended.

Three great and relaxing days spent in a really good hotel with excellent cuisine and excellent breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to spend a short break here. — — details would make the house even better. For example, if In the driveway in front of the entrance, not always the two same cars would park and make it impossible to be or unload your own car. Or the empty beer bottles are not inviting in front of the front door, picturesque with a crumpled cigarette pack next to it. The not overly charged reception pointed out, did not respond after three hours. Or the defective shower faucet in the daily only superficially cleaned room. Or the cobwebs in the designer lamps in the restaurant — not particularly appetizing. But as I said, this is a complaint at the highest level. We would love to come back.

Me and my husband had a lovely meal there for anniversary I think we made a gud choice food was brilliant well presented and the staff were very nice.

We stayed for two night and had a wonderful stay at the Upstalsboom Parkhotel in Emden. The reception was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the staff. Our room was clean, roomy and very comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, plentiful and the buffet had a good selection of items to choose from. We enjoyed using the outdoor seating area for a nightcap. We had a very nice stay!

Stayed only for one night. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was ok. My only negative experience there was a faint tobacco-smoke smell in my room.

Meat was awesome and the people nice and very fast with everything.

Very good hotel, again and again!

Upstalsboom is probably the best hotel in Emden. It is located close to the city centre. My single room was very friendly and clean. The equipment is a conference hotel. The breakfast was plentiful. The staff was very friendly.

Have the Sunday brunch participated, the recommended. Good selection of dishes, which are prepared accordingly. Dessert's also delicious. The staff is polite and very attentive, which was not granted. The Restaurant is a pleasant atmosphere, but a bit long in the tooth, but what the coziness doesn't detract. The price / performance ratio is good, especially as coffee and juices were on offer.

Regular office party at were always done! Lunch menu good, quick, tasty and a price that really is okay.

The room was nice and bright and spacious. DasFernsehbild was bad. In the food court lacked trained personnel. Us was food and drinks, which we did not ordered. The Breakfast buffet was rich, only sausage and cheese were dried up. Even if later. This is not quite 4****.
