Great ambience with impressive views.

The receptionist can spell his name on finger alphabet and is very motivated to learn sign language. I was particularly pleased about that. Especially great is the view of the Autostadt and the bathroom is very romantic. The Autostadt is very family friendly.

Pure luxury, pure relaxation, just relax in the fireplace room with a tea or long drink, plus a super nice service, as you would expect in a five-star hotel. Already at the reception is greeted friendly and invited in, the service always friendly and asks if something is missing or everything is in order. Here you really feel completely comfortable and I can fully recommend it.

Very poor service, I was there in January. I wouldn't be shown my room or my suitcases brought into the room. My complaint would be answered and also written to me that someone is calling me in this regard, only for the last promise that someone will come forward I am waiting for the 25th of April 2020.
So I'm quite honest, I get more service in a hotel with a lot less stars.
I wouldn't sleep there again if I pick up my car.

Here await the guest first-class service, finest cuisine and a modern interior. A recommendation says FrontRowSociety — The Magazine and raises the thumb.

What can you say. Five star hotel with three star in Michelin guide. Top service and accommodation. For a car fan I guess is heaven with the park outside and showrooms. Spa is nice with relax, massage, sauna or swim in outside pool. And a cigarr room of course to spoil yourself.

Above ground good, great room, ingenious breakfast buffet. Super friendly staff who reads every wish from your eyes. Always happy. Thanks also for the ballpoint pen.

A mad hotel that is really worth every penny. The rooms, the beds, the wellness area, the fitness area, the whole ambience leaves nothing to be desired.
I would particularly like to highlight breakfast, there is everything your heart desires and much more. Very nice polite staff that clearly exceeds expectations. You could swarm even more forever.

We spent a night there when we picked up our new car in the Autostadt. Super Chic furnished rooms and a very good hotel. The choice at breakfast was very good and tasty too. All in all we liked it very much. Clear recommendation from us.

Hello guys, we were in the hotel from the 10th 3rd — 11th. We felt very comfortable and would always stay there again. All the staff from the hotel very nice, attentive and always very anxious. That's a good thing. Full 5 stars. Eaten in the restaurant terra-simply lace.

A miraculous beautiful and very modern hotel. The staff very accommodating. Helps at every opportunity and is always available. It is definitely worth a visit if you want to pick up a car in the car city.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The atmosphere is very pleasant. It is highly recommended to stay at the Wolfsburg factory one night before staying there for at least one night to spend the next day resting in peace and then picking up your car if necessary. Great hotel with top service and very good food.

Autoa picked up and stayed, we have to say everything has fit all round, very friendly and attentive. Very nice bar with quiet ambiance and very nice breakfast.

We spent the night at the Ritz-Carlton as part of the vehicle pickup. The service was excellent, the food very tasty and the rooms more than nice! Moreover, the hotel is very well maintained and the staff more than eager to "pamper" the customer.

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton as part of a visit to the Aqua Restaurant (separate guest). Very nice crew. Friendly and prompt reception. Very nice concierge service on our level. The rooms are tastefully decorated apart from the strange pictures put on the shelves anyway. The bathroom has everything you need — the beds are a dream. There is a pillow menu where you can eg. Can order a vein, a Tempur or a Ross hair pillow. All in all a hotel that deserves its 5 stars as well.

We were in the process of picking up a vehicle with our two children at the Ritz Carlton.
From the Welcome to the check-in and the restaurants, all the staff are absolutely friendly and accommodating.
The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. In the bathroom there is a separate shower and additionally a bathtub.
The room also has a great sound system, flat screen and very comfortable beds.
Very nice were the many little touches for the children. There were bathrobes in the right size and appropriate color for girls and boys. On arrival there were some sweet little things on the stalk for the children. The children were able to take part in a treasure hunt at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet is great. Here there is something for everyone and plentiful. Other buffets look very wild after a short time. There is a great deal of trouble here that it always looks perfect and is always there enough.
I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

It is a top class hotel. From start to finish friendly and nice staff. The room was super furnished, the bathroom has tub and shower, the spa area and the gym are appealing and spacious. At this hotel you can notice the 5s stars and you will pay a little more.

A very nice getaway with a great spa, well equipped fitness area, and spectacular restaurants. Rooms are spacious, modern, and well-kept. Whether the club advantages are worth it for you is questionable, though — the regular rooms are just as great.

This is one of the best hotels ive ever stayed in Europe. Design is awesome and the hotel is very new. Rooms are big and very nice. Services are very good, staff are very helpful and friendly. Will definately stay again!

The service was absolutely incredible. We would not make it back in time for cake and coffee time, so they arranged a solo dining session with cakes and coffee in the club level.

Professional staff, tried to be friendly, but I felt little bit cold atmosphere. Hotel interior and rooms are timeless designed. Hotel is accessible by car without problems.

The evaluation is based on multiple visits, but does not relate to overnight stays in the hotel.
For example yesterday had a tea time. To be precise, two Känchen aufgebrühter tea and a three-storey stand with goodies such as scones and Small cake corners.
Everything tasted very good and led to a stunning recovery effect along with the ambience.
The service was very friendly and accommodating and answered confidently even unexpected questions.

Preliminary discussed u confirmed shuttle service didn't work, approved child safety seats properly and ride to wrong address… As a result, our appointment in the water has fallen.

Indispensable in connection with a pick-up in car town. The extra cost compared to the delivery to the dealer is definitely worth. Also the breakfast is great. Located outside a pick-up is hardly affordable for ordinary citizens. Parking for 24 hours costs my memory after around €20.

Best place to stay at Wolfsburg when visiting the Autostadt. The Ritz is the best hotel in Wolfsburg and in car town. The bar was nice and the "in-room" food was super delicious. I have Wiener schnitzel and my brother ate steak. The room was large with a beautiful view on the factory and the Lake. The hammer.

Nice as always. Weather, hotel, service. Has done well to escape from everyday life. And praise to the Terra. Was "sau" tasty :-) The recommendation has changed. We are looking forward to the next short trip to WOB.
