The Hotel makes a clean impression. The staff is friendly and the food good.

My family enjoyed a lovely dinner at their historic restaurant. Great classic German cuisine, generous portions and friendly service.

We were there for a party. Prima rich buffet, from brunch to coffee. Plenty of space. Fit everything.

Friendly staff, quick check-in. Only double rooms booked and get apartment. Ser clean and spacious. Mill Museum Gifhorn in 10min. Old town Gifhorn in approx. 30min. Within walking distance. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. However, it only runs every hour. Those who come by car will find a large parking lot at the hotel. Breakfast buffet good and rich. TV and Wi-Fi available in the room. We liked it.

It would be nice if you are also welcome as a smoker, standing outside without weather protection is not really inviting otherwise there is nothing to complain about. Class restaurant and very friendly staff.

Nice hotel, could use a fan in the rooms as there's no air-con.

Room functional and clean. Breakfast was everything you need. I wouldn't take permanent leave, but for transit okay.

Beautifully located hotel, nice ambience and very hospitable service which is very attentive to the guests. The rooms in rooms 501 to 510 take some getting used to in terms of cleanliness but on the whole they make a neat impression. I would of course recommend this hotel to others. I rate the food with 3, 5 stars point the rooms I rate with three stars. I rate the service with 4 stars. The maximum number of stars is always 5 stars.

This hotel has decent quality at a low cost. Watch out for their cancellation policy. They are very inflexible for reservation changes, my secretary booked two nights by mistake, I only needed one but was forced to pay in advance for two nights. Robbery! Restaurant is ok but service is slow. Got a hair in my food.

Staff are very inflexible and do not meet customer requests or make an effort. It's being pissy-reacts.
Food is not always refilled or cold. Very much with finished products is cooked in the kitchen.
Only positive is the room it is clean and the ambience has good comfort.

Years ago once recommended by a fellow boss of the East, we drive to this hotel at least once a year. The All-Inking Mottoparties are the reason to visit this hotel again and again. The last motto was the Assumption of the Treck, with a number of partly older guests (we are 47) pulled through the forest, The nice, partly very young staff got us under the eyes of the owner as always excellent, then tent section, the following day in the own disco (The DJ as always great) was a lot of fun the weekend as always.
These are the reasons why the hotel did not receive a "very good": The rooms: Depending on the accommodation, the exterior buildings have earned only 3 stars, the new building has earned 4, 5 stars according to price category. The extra charge is worth it.
The kitchen: Qualitatively 4 stars, unfortunately a bit unimaginative. (But only point out if you go there more often).
The service: 5 stars, no matter who, no matter where, no matter when.
If you go there more often, you meet like-minded people who always come back. Last time we even sat at the same table. We will definitely come back.
Update dez. 2017 We were back again, and we had some really fun again. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has diminished somewhat. The hotel should rather raise prices than reduce the quality of the food. Nevertheless, we will come back.
UPDATE May 2018 we have come back, the May party was so far OK.

In general everything well, the kitchen well and very accessible and attentive, bad cleaning the room that leaves the soap until it disappears and does not clean well.

A wonderful place to relax, with a cup of coffee, a boat trip, or delicious food, with family, partner or solo.

Nice but with simple rooms. And a slow internet.

We are now almost one of our regular guests. It drives us again and again for an experience weekend with good half board and discotheque and many like-minded here. The arrangements are popular and inexpensive.

All crap, just don't leave the car alone in the parking lot. That could look like that.

Rooms are nice and clean. Unfortunately only 0815 kitchen. For a so-called Galabüffett very uneasy. Nothing special in taste. Always use fresh products. The cake was still partly frozen in the afternoon. In the evening the parties were nice. Good DJ.

Very nice hotel right on the lake. Friendly service. Soup was unfortunately completely tasteless.

Hotel are good. Food in restaurant are not. It's all about these place.

Nice hotel, with a relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and countrylike surroundings. Rooms are good, standard, slightly above average (the ones I saw), and the hotel seems ok maintained, and clean.

Clean and comfortable hotel for reasonable price…

Overall nice hotel. Typical German furniture. Rooms are OK. Bathroom was modern and beds were good. There was a bar in the lobby, but it was only for the show, the bottles were fake and the fridge empty. Breakfest was above expectings. Enough choice.

Negative noticed that's me good for breakfast is 50 percent of the tables already reserved although I in the 45 min the I breakfasts anyone has used this table. However, many guests have desperately searched for a table. Better line reserve the tables.

Value for money is Top, the rooms very clean, well equipped and quiet, staff very friendly. Swimming pool and Sauna, I have not used, but the pool looked cozy and clean. Breakfast included in the room rate, Aatuswahl completely i. O To me it has a very good fallen and I can the Hotel in any case further-recommend also the attached restaurant has very good food is served here also, the value for money Top.

Customer service is very limited! From unforeseen reasons, a visit to the house will not be possible. Immediately after booking is cancelled Hotel is still on payment of 80 % of the room rate because I booked directly with the Hotel have. If a third-party would have one to two days (! ) before cancel free of charge. A booking, however, was due to non-existing credit card is not possible. Customer-oriented is different…

I was in the past few months, several times a guest in this Hotel. The staff has the greatest praise worthy! No matter how much is going on, it is ALWAYS very accommodating and courteous. I am already looking forward to my next stay in September.

Stayed in Feb. 2015 for 2 days in this hotel. Very clean and nice environment and the facility quite modern and tasteful. The breakfast buffet is great with high quality. The staff is very kind. I paid EUR 90 per night incl. Breakfast. The parking lot is without extra charge. A very recommendable and comfortable 4-star hotel. However, I have to take away 1 star from my review, because there was no mini bar in the single room.

Everything is just right here! This Hotel definitely deserves more than 3 stars! The room was cozy and comfortable, very, very, very clean, nice bath, good beds, we slept wonderfully! The food is top, everything, lot, and delicious! the staff rushes and smiles, we have our drinks in about 4 minutes, although the Restaurant was a lot going on, very many guests. The operation but it has managed, easy-going and friendly to stay and at the same time, fast to serve, HAT! The excursion and leisure opportunities are also great, one has to do well: many boats go, after Gifhorn with Heath-Molli (the old town is worth a visit, the midday snack at Pauly's right on the water as well), alone mills Museum is worth the trip! But the Hammer is, of course, the bells-Palace! Necessarily look at! So, a lot of fun! And we will come back.

A hotel with the basic. It is not Gran Turismo but it has everything you need.
