Desire regarding bed was taken into account, very centrally located.
Very nice and friendly pension couple.
Rooms modernized and tastefully decorated.
Breakfast very good and rich. It was decoratively arranged on a wooden board.
Hygiene regulations were, of course, complied with.
Parking is available, as well as outdoor seating.
5***** stars of us!

Friendly, courteous and always a real smile for the guests.
The rooms very cozy and nicely furnished, whereby was a plus that had informed my wife before the start of the trip, which with me, due to my size (2 meters) would be best a bed, without a board at the foot end, which was also implemented.
Breakfast rich, very nicely prepared and served.
The showers and toilets clean and tidy.
A pension that we would recommend without hesitation and will also visit again.

Very nice hosts, all neat and clean. The breakfast is perfect. We felt very comfortable and therefore booked again for June.

It was a super great holiday. The hosts are nice and very accommodating. The rooms are modern in a rustic style. Everything is super clean. You just feel comfortable and like in a family. The Breakfast is very well stocked and offers every day a change. We will certainly go there again.

On 23rd April, I booked a week long stay for end of May. All good. After all my planning, budgeting and routing schedules etc, the hotel sent me a message and asked to me to cancel my booking as their system was not working correctly. More time wasted planning and budgeting to find other accommodation. So I can't even review it's facilities, but it's systems need work. Good luck!

Clean rooms, reasonable beds. Very friendly owner. Very centrally located (approx. 350 m) in the pedestrian zone and yet very quiet. We will go there again.

Nice little Pension centrally located, and cheap rates whether with child or dogs, there is all round in good hands.

We have spent three great days in Bad Harzburg. The guest house is beautiful and decorated in a modern style. We have felt ourselves super well. Many thanks to the two owners.

How had a great holiday with the whole family! The rooms are simple but individually decorated, the owners very friendly and the breakfast/the packed lunches delicious. A park and the strolling alley are right outside the door and also our dog felt very comfortable. We are happy to come back!

Despite request and binding reservation (and confirmation from the house), no room was available for us. In addition, I suddenly received email data from other guests; These were certainly not intended for me. The only positive thing was the effort to find another room for us. Nevertheless, this was a very unpleasant experience — binding bookings and reservation confirmations should be reliable (and data will be treated confidentially). What a pity.

Cosy little guesthouse with a friendly and previously coming hostess.

I was a guest in the pension Trautheim in mid-December for the duration of 4 days. If you want a homely, cosy and clean accommodation, this is the place to be. Friendliness is capitalized in this House. The breakfast buffet is absolutely sufficient and very varied. Another important plus point is the unbeatable location of the house. It is only a 3 minute walk to the city centre. I felt really comfortable here and would love to come back at any time.

Very nice young host. You are very keen to meet the wishes of our guests. Flexibility is provided on request. The breakfast is really good, we didn't miss anything. The pension is very convenient. It is quiet and yet you are quickly in the small center. For the way to restaurants or to Edeka you hardly need 10 minutes. In principle, hiking can be started directly. The "House of Nature" needs about 10 minutes. From here there are several hiking routes.
The house has come a little into the years. This is also seen in the rooms (it is in the rooms but clean and tidy just anything but modern even if that fits the flair of bad Harzburg). However, the hosts have recently taken over the pension. The renovation is to be done gradually.
We can definitely recommend the guesthouse. Very good value for money.

I was a guest at the guesthouse for the first time and am thrilled. The hosts are very dear, friendly and courteous people with whom you immediately * Welcome * feel. The guesthouse and the room were very clean and the breakfast was delicious and sufficient. The house is very central, you are on foot in a few minutes in the "Bummelallee" where there are shops, restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours. The Sole Therme, the cable car and the treetop path are also within a 13-minute walk. In the beautiful garden behind the house it is great to sit or relax on a lounger with a good book. Despite the central location, there is a heavenly tranquility. And the price/performance ratio is top. It was a super nice stay with you, unfortunately only 2 nights but I will come back. Thanks for everything.
