➜ Man can only park for a fee. All around only with a parking card. So 7 or 9 euros you have to plan daily for parking. Breakfast is not free as indicated here in the description but 10 euros. O-juice was all in the morning and was not refilled during my breakfast When you open the window you can hear train noise from the four-track railway line in front of the door.
➜ Hotel is good. Food and service are good. Great breakfast buffet, everyone will find something. A plus is the pool. Unfortunately, the city of Merseburg is not so great.

We stayed in Merseburg for an extended weekend.
First, to the positive:
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was ok.
On the negative:
The parking costs extra, 8 euros per night when you are outside. You can buy a bottle of water for 3, 90!
The restaurant was too, the bar too. Since we did not have a balcony, there was no possibility to have a beer in the evening.
Coffee could be made in the room, soluble in small bags. So far ok, but if they are not replenished doof. Towel change and cleaning does not take place due to coronas. The wellness area was too (we were told before), the breakfast was a kind of buffet. But for 4 stars very simple! You can put a lot of things on Corona, but every day the same, tired cheese slices are anything but 4 stars!
And if so much is different than usual, a concession from the hotel would have been nice.
All in all, it is clear to us that this hotel will probably not be visited again! Too bad, Best Western I know very differently!
