We liked it — uncomplicated and almost familiar despite the "castle hotel" the atmosphere. The view from the top room unique — you would only have to build a balcony and it would be a dream on such a balmy summer evening with a view over the world heritage Quedlinburg. No elevator, but 24h sauna. The breakfast on the terrace delicious — also here rather home-cooked food instead of luxury frills.

Very nice family-run hotel a few minutes from the city center. Family atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. Great historical building — worthwhile asking for a building tour — some rooms are amazing, still saving old wall paintings. You will have a great city view from the accessible roof, and even greater city view if you ask for an access to the tower — absolutely amazing. There is a free parking if you drive in. Nice breakfast. One drawback — no elevator, so you have to drag your luggage couple floors by yourself, and these are schloss-size floors) ) ) All in all — truly recommend the place.

The 1905 completed neo-Gothic villa is a dream from the outside and promises romance. At check-in we received a small house tour through private conference rooms and the office of the owner personally. The welcome drink and our booked cultural package had to wait and should be presented to us the next day 13:00 by the receptionist. No problem, we thought of going to the room and a prosecco from the minibar. Arrived in the room neither the worn-out, torn-up towels, nor the long-expired O-juice and beer had our mood over there. The view of Quedlingburg and the unfortunately dilapidated watchtower of the ensemble was to our liking. The creaky bed is an original.
The breakfast room has a family atmosphere thanks to the 12 rooms.
Anyone who is expecting a varied breakfast with baked goods and sausages, cheese from the region will be disappointed, there are well-known brands from the discount stores to the delightful buffet furniture.
A novelty everything cooled with blue cold packs, which one knows from the cooler bag, certainly not in the sense of the health office.
The historical backdrop of the city and the friendly Quedlinburgern compensated us. At 13:00 we came to the reception, here we were told that there is currently no night watchman tour, the Brocken train tour can take place the next day and the normal city tour today would only be possible at 14:00. With the vouchers issued from the hotel we should go to tourist info.

We were cordially received, we would be shown and explained everything. The problem with the room was also promptly resolved. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and rich, we did not expect this wide selection. All employees were friendly and competent at all times. The way to the city is about 5 minutes. We had a super nice weekend. Thank you very much.

Very nice and classic example of a super Hotel.

We were two people for the booked hotel. As far as everything went quite well. Reception in the cellar, the room under the roof. Room at the first was enter a WOW effect and the view was really good. Unfortunately there were in this room a very rustic smell with 10 min window open which was bearable. 2. Dinner at the entry to the room, it was a very worse smell of sewage pit and you had to aerate the room to normal smell can already a full hour. And also there were some small but visible defects. In the bath in front of the bathroom tiles were loose and or no longer present grout. If man had showered the entrance hall swam because there was no edge that could stop the water. No idea who this hotel grants a 4stars but with 3Sternen it would be probably better described.
