First time experience here at motel one. So far it is nice and quiet. A big plus.

Top modern, friendly staff and very clean rooms. However, the lamps at the bar could be dusted off. At breakfast I missed scrambled eggs. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. Can only be recommended.

Cosy place right next to the train station. That means you might end up hearing the trains in the middle of the night. The rooms were small but sufficient enough.

Hotel location was very nice. The rooms simple but functional. The service could be a little better and, above all, friendlier. On the whole but recommended as an overnight stay.

A very nice hotel with in the heart of Magdeburg. Breakfast is very plentiful a nice selection but the seating facilities if there is no nice weather and you can sit outside are not very optimal. And the seats outside are nice, but comfortable is different. The hand soap in the rooms is very penetrating in its smell, you could perhaps choose something more neutral.

I was in this hotel for the first time and I have to say I am thrilled. Super clean, nice staff, great breakfast. Definitely a recommendation.

We found the central location of the property particularly good. Rooms keep very clean and the team super friendly. Deductions are available from me at breakfast. The offer is plentiful and varied, but the place leaves something to be desired. In bad weather, the place in the hotel bar is not enough. In good weather, the outdoor area is added, but there are too few chairs there. On the whole we thought it was quite great here, we like to come back here.

Very warm welcome at a nice location. Although it is a budget hotel, the hotel has an excellent location, nice interior and welcoming staff. The single rooms are small but you get a big bed. I was very content with my stay, which was a business trip.

Great hotel. Centrally located, nice design and excellent level of service. Very clean and neat. Rates are also very good. Internet connection is quite fast compared to all the other hotels in the same area. Only downside is the absence of restaurant, but can be easily compensated by the fact that there are many options in the city center. Recommended.

The situation is, without question, the best. Beautifully situated at Magdeburg Cathedral Square. The rooms are sufficiently and beautifully furnished for me. The service is always friendly and attentive. For me, I can book the room without breakfast and book it at short notice at any time. On Sundays also for late risers. Breakfast has everything to suit all tastes. It is always freshly replenished. It's nice that there are also dairy products from Andechs in Bavaria. Delicious. Will continue to be very happy to come to them. Even though I'm travelling in Germany, I prefer the hotels of Motel One.

Chic with excellent service. Good breakfast selection and I liked the variety of places to sit and eat. This enabled me to focus on preparing for the day either individually or with colleagues. Reception happily printed boarding details. A hotel that delivered to their promise.

We slept very well. The hotel is very well located in the city centre.

I like the hotel as well. The minibar is clearly missing for me! But you can live with that. The room was definitely clean, the next day the towels on the floor changed, the shower and the sink clean, the bed made as well as a small tip of the Reinigungsktäfte accepted. I am pleased, because this suggests to me an accepted thank you for the work that has been done, in which nothing is to be faulted. This is to say that this was a business trip taken over by the host. A happy gathering ended at the hotel bar. The host Barstow a round at the bar. After his farewell I decided to order another drink, which I received and wanted to pay at the hotel bar. As a result, the staff at the hotel bar said that I had to pay two drinks. I was puzzled and asked why, since the first round went to the host. The latter tried to make me understand that a man (we were 6 men and a woman) had ordered this drink for me, but she forgot who ordered it — probably for me — and I would have to pay for it.
After the glasses were counted on the table and this said glass was not found, she suggested to us that she doesn't care. It must still be paid.
In the end, we settled the total bill.
Of course, this is a tangled situation, but it is a audacity to say "a man of the round" would have ordered something and billed it to someone, especially since no one was aware of this order and never arrived at the table.
It's only a few euros. There's no question that this is petty.

Room: I really liked the room. After you plugs in the card, the light and the "fireplace" approach. Very cool feature.
Staff: Very friendly staff. You will be greeted warmly, a bit of small talk and a nice smile. And if you forget the toothpaste you will also be happy to help you:)
Gastronomy: Breakfast is very good and rich. There are all the tea — and coffee and the breakfast room is very cosy.
Accessibility: As a train driver, it took me 10 minutes from the HBF. By car it is also not a problem, parking is available.
Conclusion: You feel very comfortable as a guest and I like to stay there again. Thank you very much!

Like all the Motel One I visited so far, nice staff and architecturally well integrated into the surrounding area. Nothing to complain about;-)

Kept in the usual Motel One style, the old building fabric is beautifully integrated here. The bar is well sorted.

What a delightful and amazing hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. I highly recommend this as a choice stay. Now for my fellow Americans remember this is Europe rooms are smaller than your used to but enjoy the this historic buildings.

I only stayed at the hotel for one night. However my stay was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and there were no issues in arriving late. The room was comfortable with one double bed and two blankets. The bathroom was very clean and the shower was of good quality as it was a rain shower. When entering the room relaxing music was playing but it was easily switched off if desired. The option of having a breakfast is there agaibst a Prize. However I did not choose to have breakfast.

I really liked this hotel. Convenient location in the remaining part of town that still has several original buildings.

The room was comfortable, clean and modern furnishings. The hotel makes a well-run impression. Deduction for the calculated extra parking. Wi-Fi is included. The breakfast buffet is a joke for the price however. A bad.

The location is awesome :) Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are not just big, but sufficient if you some nights just want to stay or visit on-site. Otherwise, the rooms are comfortable, very stylish and nicely equipped. To Essenn I can't say anything because we have not taken advantage of…

I say only room 41 Only the princesses room should be even better. I have for a long time on a Overnight stay here happy, and it was even surpassed-Happy again.

We were very satisfied with everything… Great rooms, good location, great Frühstücksbufett and the staff always with a friendly smile for a since, whether in the evening, Marie at the Bar, Ines at the Frühstücksbufett or the ladies at the reception Desk//reception. Also a great Service:the Taxi is called. And in Magedburg there is much to discover… The Cathedral, the Hundertwasserhaus, the Elbe river, all just a few steps from the Hotel, Bus and tram in the immediate vicinity… perfect! We would love to come again!
