Small but fine hotel. The rooms were very clean and cozy. The breakfast was good and our HP dinner delicious (and far too much). The staff all very attentive and friendly — here some large house can still look at something.

Super delicious food, for which we gladly waited 5minutes longer. The service is top, the ambience good. Only the artificial flowers I didn't like so much, but we'll be back for sure!

We have come here to have dinner. Restaurant was very well attended. Friendly welcome, appealing ambience. Menu very good, plentiful selection of soups, meat dishes, fish, vegetarian, desserts etc. At reasonable prices. The food was served perfectly, it was super prepared and tasted excellent. We highly recommend a visit — we will also stop here again.

A beautiful little hotel that can score points with cleanliness and friendly staff. A spa area and massage chairs are excellent. Exploring the Harz from here is highly recommended. In the restaurant you can eat very well and the chef is a force. My salmon fillet deserved a star. So on the whole, a visit is highly recommended.

Very nice clean house. The rooms are bright and clean. The staff is super friendly. The food is delicious and plentiful! From this standpoint, you can reach all the sights, well with the public.

We wanted to enjoy a nice dinner, but the feeling of "friendliness" of the waiter puts the guest rather close to apologize for his coming.

Spa centre opposite, unfortunately closed for years! All that remains is the spa hotel. Food and drink are fine, serving friendly.

It is a good, small hotel located at the Spa Park. You have a quiet place and you get everything from breakfast to supper. Moreover, MAM is in one of the most beautiful cities of the Harz.

Food is lonely tip. Goods for candle Light Dinner. Mega good food and friendly staff.

We know somewhat friendly welcome in a hotel. The boss had probably caught a bad day. Satisfaction is different. If the shower remains cold and it must only be reported (was already known) can be not satisfied. Also, we would have eaten like once a potato dish during our 5tägigen stay. Apparently there is no this in bad Suderode! (once were 4 croquettes). Unfortunately only noodles and rice gave it in the Exchange. For a foot reflex zone massage, an advertisement was on our dining table for €26 abzügl. Discount promises. I had given it to me. Unfortunately, the price was a trap. Because it was the valid. According to the question, the price should be €35. Bye, I have never paid them for such a massage. A very bad trick. After all, we have paid daily €100 as a married couple for these 5 days! This should actually everything else agree — or not? We can only warn!

We ate in the restaurant. But the food was top. Very friendly service. Super.
