I was in Hamburg over Christmas and stayed in Hansehus South.
It was all quite straightforward. In advance, I booked the room via the reception by telephone. Already on the phone the staff were very friendly and even helped me with the approach planning. The employee was quickly on site and did the check with me in friendly. The room was clean and we were able to take good care of ourselves in the kitchen.
