Great place to enjoy exploring Hamburg if you don't want to stay in the middle of town Good transport lonks to the city centre and harbour.

We were very satisfied very good Breakfast, Rooms were clean partially a little outdated but is not dramatic.
The Hotel has a Top Location that has many Shopping Opportunities nearby and you can get from there very well to the other Cities.
Staff were very friendly.
Disadvantage is unfortunately the high Parking Fees (but can be quickly avoided if you park in the next to Streets) Overall we were very satisfied and would come back!

We won't be back. All very worn out. The reading lights fall almost on your head. The room wasn't sucked and the sheets weren't properly clean. Plus spider weaving next to the bed. I can't judge breakfast yet as it's only tomorrow morning. The only cool one is the fridge in the room.

Ok if you are visiting companies in the area. Nothing special about this place. Some of their people at the front desk need to be trained on how to interact with customers.

We booket a room for three people that should have been non-smoke. When we arrived late at night the first day, we were given our room. When we arrived at the room, we noticed a powerful smoking smell from the room. We informed the front desk at once and heard that this was the only room available at the moment and that we had to wait until the next morning to get a new room. It was suggested at this time that they were surprised that there was such a powerful smell from the room. The room was also not prepared for three people, but only for two people. So we had to wait a while to get extra towel and duvet/blanket. When the gentleman from the front desk came to the room with the extra towel and blanket, he admitted and said «yeah, I can smell the smoke. I’m a smoker, but this is a bit too much even for me». The front desk at this time said that all their rooms in the hotel is non-smoke rooms. The next morning we came down to the front desk (reception) and informed them about the conversation with the night shift the night before. We were told that they did not have more available rooms of the kind we had paid for, but we could get smaller rooms (after a long discussion). We where put in three small single rooms, and in addition to this, we would not have to pay for our parking at the hotel as a compensation (€ 24) because the inconvenience with the rooms and that it was so much back and forth and that they could not give us the room we had paid for.

Worst hotel experience ever! Most arrogant stuff I have ever met!

Brilliant but basic comfortable rooms. In house bar and restaurant. Breakfast and saunas. Main road easy entry and exit. Very family orientated. Mp.

I have spent a weekend with my family, but I have to say that even if the hotel is not the latest, it is still a nice weekend for us! And as SCHIMM as it was described here it is not! The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable! Of course the carpets is not the most beautiful model anymore, but clean! Also not quite as bad was the bathroom is all right so far! The staff was very nice! The breakfast was very tasty and also a very large selection was available! So on the whole it was a nice weekend for us!

Not recommended
Biscuit for coffee expired in December 2017.
Breakfast, scrambled eggs were cold, bowls were dirty.
Staff unfriendly.
Wi-Fi was not possible, allegedly the technician was there. But the whole weekend the bug hadn't been fixed.
Bathroom old and off.
Toilet flushing is just a disaster.
Conclusion: once and never again!

Not recommended very worn and old to do very unprofessional staff. The breakfast was already very grassy at 9 o'clock and the scrambled eggs just wet. But the best was the cleaning lady who came in without knocking! Absolutely not recommended.

You can be mistaken in the hallways and room numbers as it is somewhat windy built. It's a fun encounter. The elevators are quite narrow and not to be found alike. Otherwise everything is fine. Underground Garage is however the use to inquire exactly. There's a barrier to the driveway.

The paint is off, as it is called so beautiful. If the trade fair price is still applicable, the price-performance is completely out of the joints. Unfortunately, only the phrase pig is happy at the end. What a pity.

The Parkhotel was advertised with a parking lot or an underground car park which can be easily reached by the hotel without having to find a parking space in the surrounding area.
Neither parking nor underground garage were found on site and the driveway was not passable due to construction measures.
A further offer was a sauna and a fitness room.
There are 3 beds available in the sauna area, but there is room for 4 people in the sauna room. Towels are available free of charge and otherwise there is nothing to complain about.
However, the gym was nowhere to be found.
After the first night we noticed a foul smell. This came from the sewage which ran through the drain into the tub.
After we changed the room, we experienced a surprise late at night when other guests suddenly stood in our room. Obviously the reception room had twice forgiven.
In addition, you had to log in to the free Wi-Fi every time during activation, which was very nerve-wracking in the long run.
For a weekend getaway for 2 people it is enough, but not for one or more weeks.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Short taxi drive from the airport, buses outside or an 800m walk to the train. Not very warm rooms and they failed to do a wake up call that we asked for the night before.

I was in the hotel around for breakfast and on this occasion looked at the premises and was fully satisfied. It is renewed in many areas. Only the toilets in front of the breakfast room are not suitable for wheelchair users also walks from the elevator a staircase to the breakfast room.

The very modern hall, does not coincide with the rooms that are clean but old, with carpeting and the bathroom needs a renovation as there is rust in faucets and mold in the screen.

Good room (single). Good personnel. Good food. Every day room cleaning. Close to bus and rtain station. Free internet. 25 min by bus (4) to the city center.

For one night OK, the reception still looks quite modern but woe is approaching the rooms. They're very much in need of renovation. The varnish leaves from the doors, the carpet is felt 40 years old just like the interior. The staff was friendly, the breakfast very basic. The coffee machine was unfortunately defective so no "specialties" could be offered.

Nice hotel. Modest but clean.

We had a double room with twin beds, free of charge!
Very clean and well kept. Of course age z B. On the bathroom door burst off paint down and something closely. Otherwise quiet, since room to the rear. It's just Hamburg. What do you expect in a world city? The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers almost everything the heart desires. The beds are super. I sleep at home not so well. We had a minibar plus water kettle for tea and coffee to the BREW in the room. Wi-Fi including TV as well. There were 3 great days and like to come again. Breakfast is available from 6:30 am for early risers who want to do something.

A room facing the street were out, is unfortunately a bit loud.
Room a wacky stilmix is beautifully papered and old furniture familiar from. Would choose another hotel during my next visit to Hamburg. Parking for 12 euros per day is an impudence. Cleanliness OK.

Basic midrange hotel. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Would return.

Positive: Staff very friendly and obliging.
Rooms clean. Minibar is available and also a kettle.
W-LAN free of charge had available, as well as the sauna.
Breakfast has a good selection.
Shopping facilities are also available.
Negative: Some might some things renewed are.

We have used this hotel for one night.
The rooms to the side or to the back are quiet!
The S-Bahn is 900 meters on foot with connection in to the city centre and more directions, a bus stop is also at the doorstep of the hotel.
All previous agreements on the basis of an event with the hotel have been met.
Staff is very friendly and helpful!
The breakfast buffet is rich for 12, 50 euro per person.
To recommend for a short holiday!
