➜ The fact that the supposedly barrier-free room is hardly suitable for a wheelchair user (you can hardly get between door and bed into the room, otherwise it does not fit at all) is disappointing.
The fact that there was nothing to order in the restaurant ("we were not supplied today") is embarrassing.
The fact that the pizza delivery man was given a key card from the room and that he could have gone into the room alone (if he had not been discovered by chance by my companion) clearly goes too far.
I must warn against visiting this House!
