Were a day at the estate Klostermühle to relax.
Very nice, located in the middle of nature — perfect for unwinding. The wellness area has two sauns and two steam baths. In addition, the indoor, outdoor pool, a Kneipp station and an application area.
We were able to make the infusions ourselves in the Finnish sauna. There is a spacious sunbathing lawn and a sauna garden. Everything very well maintained.

Restaurant: The menu and portions are not very extensive, but the food has the highest quality and freshness. The slightly higher prices in the restaurant are therefore justified.

Improvement points: cleanliness of the shower fittings in the wellness area (ceiling fitting), loose hooks in men's dressing room, as well as wellness area, way to the restaurant could be expanded, some cupboards in the men's dressing room do not close properly.

All in all a very nice facility if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Helpful staff, clean wellness area. Small errors have to be corrected — but do not cancel the overall impression.

We were there 10 years ago before the hotel really opened. We were the first guests, the breakfast was improvised — very lovingly — the location and tranquility at the lake unsurpassed. And the nearby Castle Alt Madlitz invites you to a guided walk through the castle park.

How people can make a dreamhotel complex a pleasure. The hotel itself is a place to slow down. We came here for the third time and took 700 km for it. And we haven't visited another hotel for the second time. We have therefore had the pleasure with three different room categories. They were all wonderfully decorated and had little cause for complaint. Also, it is cleaned and cleaned properly. Unfortunately, within three days, neither the fiepsende bath ventilation nor the completely calcified shower head were taken care of. The facility itself is a dream. The lake and the forest invite you to a tour. There are two good Rastaurants, a wonderful and cozy breakfast room and a parlour. Unfortunately, however, we have never seen the latter occupied. Like extinct. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff has also declined extremely over the years. When the guests start to put on jackets while eating and we ask if you can't heat the fireplace in November, a short answer follows: "I ask. ". ". The complex is beautiful.
The wellness and spa area is a dream.
But the service and staff are poor underground.
Arrogant and overbearing. They forget they have to be there for the guests and not the other way around. The behaviour of some staff is creepy. Too bad actually.
When eating, price/performance is not right.

A perfect place to switch off, lots of nature and very secluded. The wellness offer is extensive and the food delicious. Through the spacious grounds, the walk for breakfast can resemble a walk. So you should be good on foot. In addition, fresh air suffers from and on the otherwise heart-hearted air due to the strong orientation towards equestrian sport.

Gut Klostermühle is a patch of peace and relaxation, just let it dangle around the soul. Gastronomy and service are very good. Hiking, swimming, horseback riding, rowing, running — everything possible.
Just not too much advertising. Tour groups and mass tourism do not suit this place.

We were in the monastery barn last year in December.
Everything was perfect, the food (half a duck with green and red cabbage) was a dream.
There were relatively few guests there, the fireplace burned the staff was friendly. Great.
Now in April we wanted to repeat this positive experience.
In a short time we drove to the monastery barn in the most beautiful weather.
It was relatively crowded and we didn't immediately find a place outside.
Our question whether we can also sit by the water where a large empty table was found was politely answered, it was not a problem the company that sat there was already gone.
Said Done.
Shortly thereafter, a waitress removed the tablecloths without a word and began to put the table in individual tables with no further words. Chairs Scharrten as well as tables over the ground nothing was raised. Her face spoke volumes.
The order was made by a very nice lady who, according to her own testimony, was from another area. One of the Menüekarten we were able to reach was empty. A total of 4 employees were at the table one after the other. Everything seemed kind of hectic.
When we wanted to pay inside after a long time, we asked a bar or card. My answer depending on how much solved questioning looks and bass answers.
It is also unpleasant when guests get to see how the staff quarrels with each other at the checkout.
Apparently, a reckoning didn't match.

A perfect place to unwind, lots of nature and very secluded. The spa is extensive and the food delicious. Through you weitläuftge facility, the walk can be similar to a walk for breakfast. So you should be well on foot. In addition, due to the strong orientation to the equestrian and the otherwise fresh air suffers.

Moin, short stay 1ÜN, facility nicely done and clean. Room OK, quiet and with beautiful view. Bathroom clean and functional. Balcony in bad condition, tiles and furniture, discs dusted or Long not cleaned, too bad. Staff in the "barn" was completely beside himself or overwhelmed at noon. Food was very good. The dinner in the restaurant was sensational! The staff terrific that eating a treat. Five stars alone. The spa area was OK, nothing special but happy to return at any time. With the mounts we had nothing on the hat, therefore no opinion. All in all, yes we'll be back.

Beautifully quiet location with great spa facilities and three restaurants, but not all of them are always open. We have tested all three and were very happy with price performance.
In the spa and at the lake you can spend the whole day relaxing and relax, so the monastery mill is also worth your money.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, great spa, perfect for a small time-out. But, they could definitely make the food selection in the restaurant a bit more interesting, add some better wines to the wine menu and please use multiple playlists in the restaurant as well. Think we heard "this is a man's world" and "my girl" 25 times over two dinners.

I didn't say a few weeks ago for an Overnight stay in the house and must, that I find the prices accordingly. The room was clean, but really not nice and unrenovated. For 250€ the night can be expected in each case. But above all, the room looked completely different as on the photos on the Website. I wouldn't watch this in the first place, there was no Similarity. Furthermore, we had booked the Ayurveda Kennenlernpa… ket, after consultation with the 'Doctor'. We had a 1stündiges consultation and an Ayurvedic Massage, and Ayurvedic food. The conversation was fine, the Massage was great. The food was really Mensa level. As we were checking out, the Surprise came: we should have to pay for 2 persons and above-described services 520€! The night was already paid 520€ only for the introductory offer. An absolute rip-off! Especially since the Doctor was also the masseuse. All a bit bizarre. The Massage was a maximum of€ 90 value, in an expensive Hotel may be a little more expensive. To request for Massage and conversation, but 270€ per Person, absolute joke really is. Since the level of the house is just not really 5 star level. Overall, a night with Ayurveda offer has cost us so in the end, almost 800€. You would have been able to indulge in a really luxurious Hotel for a break. It was really disappointing for us because it was our gift (we are students) to my mother for her birthday and we wanted to take a mother-daughter getaway and we felt from Minute 1 to uncomfortable.

I come here twice a year to relax and unplug, it's perfect place to unplug for a weekend from busy Berlin city life. Perfect to rejuvenate at the relaxing spa area, wandering around and skinny dipping into the lake is a great way to reconnect with the nature. Having dinner in the evening in one of the restaurants is nourishment for the belly and soul. The staff is very friendly and well informed to help with any questions. Price range is acceptable for service you get. Also the free pickup service from nearby train station is a bonus, not many hotels offer something like that for free. Just an hour outside of Berlin, can't recommend enough to just book, hop on the train and get here to relax.

With high expectations for the hotel travel we and disappointed again. The price is not right for a hotel of this class. A beautiful plant, but gastronomically disappointing. Absolutely sad service.
In the evening it is neither friendly welcomed as a guest in the local, nor can be arranged on request a table so that we can enjoy dining outside in the bright evening sun. More demand we may take place on the adjacent terrace, but it would not operate there. The waiters seem to provide the service idea in the background, so we get brought also a drink only after repeated eye contact and inquiries to our second gear.
The BBQ buffet is very simple, grilled sausages, neck steak, highlight were salmon and wild boar sausage! The inserts are therefore easy potatoes unfortunately not through and cold, the arugula salads partly welk, etc.
Breakfast designed culinary as well by the service far better than the dinner, but there lacks variation and creativity.
Good average, but nothing out of the ordinary.
The Spa welcomes us to our applications without any instruction in the spa area, let alone with a personal greeting.
I would have liked all in all just far aufmerksameres staff.
At check out will not demand unfortunately, whether the stay because we liked, but only conceded.

Honestly 270€ the night for all the white sausages burst at breakfast and
dry, no latte macchiato is possible because the latte glasses have run out, you order a sparkling wine and get in response that takes a little but a little because we are very busy… On top are unfortunately no more wellness treatments possible in a spa hotel today because EVERYTHING is already fully booked! Tip of the reception: Book the spa treatments right when booking a hotel! A little tip from me: People for being here in Frankfurt Oder you should think about your pricing policy and guest offer! We were a Voltigiertunier there, and very pleasantly surprised. You could have in the middle of forest is not expected. For horse lovers, definitely recommended.

The occasion: a mini-break with a dog Staff: very friendly and flexible, especially for dog owners For our needs, beautiful scenery (lake and forest). An indoor pool and an outdoor pool (think of may — September), two saunas and two steam rooms. Everything is very chic. Breakfast was o. K. For a 4 stars hotel, we had even better. Restaurants: Two were on the ground. The mill we have not visited. First, it was initially closed. Secondly, we were in our room the menu take a closer look. The choice of the food there were very clear and the only court which I am somewhat appealing, cost 29 €. So we ate two evenings in the Klosterscheune. Very nicely equipped. Also here friendly operations. The food itself, was also o. K. Taste good, without which it knocks my socks off. But here, too, the menu is manageable and price not just the lowest category. All in all, but o. K. I think you should really be one or two weeks, you have to look around for Alternatives, and these are few and far between. A Tip: The Restaurant Schweizerhaus Falkenhagen. 6 Km away and there we were thrilled. Conclusion. Beautiful property, nice staff, great Spa area. For relaxing getaways highly recommended. For a longer holiday, it would be at least for us, yet quiet and secluded.

I absolutely love this place. It has saved me many times from the stresses of living in urban life. It is a perfect balance of beautiful nature, very well managed spa facilities, and a kind and service oriented staff. I've also taken a group of yoga students here and the staff was very accommodating. Everyone is always patient with me even though I'm unable to speak German. The massages are very good and the breakfast buffet is always such a treat. I also think that for the price, it is a great value. From Berlin it is a one hour train ride and you feel like you enter a new world upon arriving. The kind staff offers a complimentary pickup from the Briesen Mark station. I did however notice something strange on my last visit: 1. I was given vouchers to receive 2 welcome drinks at the spa, only to find out later that I was charged 10 euros for them. That would have been fine if it were fresh juice or something, but it was Vitamin Water which contains a lot of sugar so I didn't even drink it. This seemed off to me and unusual.

The location is really 1A, the facility is very well maintained and quiet, almost like a Sanatorium. The Spa area, I would go with a very good rate. One must, however, be afraid to get lost. Unfortunately, it was difficult from one day to the other, nor any applications to book courses? — that you have everything booked. We come to the price. Too expensive. The whole area is economically a Disaster, there is also no chance of escaping culinary nature, even in Frankfurt/Or none. Therefore, 2x daily mill? The food quality is ok, but under 50-60 EUR for 2 adults +1 child not to make. The restaurant offers no food under 30 EUR, you also like. For the bad weather can now be what no one but me has at the end a little, the tears in the eyes driven in the face of the bill. Only the dog that was perfectly happy.
