The Hotel is in a very good area, very quiet and beautiful.

Great Hotel and Service, we were again very satisfied.

It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was very friendly.

And the staff was topp.

Well-run, sometimes a little overcrowded, hotel operation.
The surrounding area can almost be discovered as a 'park'-like facility and yet there are sufficiently well differentiated parking spaces to be found.
The menu is clear, but of selected finesse and not infrequently with nice surprising gadgets.
Worth a recommendation!

Super Hotel is worth every star. In my view, it deserves one more. Beautiful large rooms, good breakfast and a delicious kitchen. Friendly staff.

We liked it very much at the Spreewald Parkhotel Bersteland. The hotel makes a beautiful and also relatively redesigned impression. The only thing you can complain about is the rooms. These are a bit older, but still everything is totally clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

Very easy to find, and accesible BUT… Rooms could be cleaned better, mirror was filled with smudge. And the bed was harder then the floor. For the price of the bridesuite this is unacceptable. When telling the staff about it, they dismissed me and said: too bad. Would give 0 stars if possible. This hotel is NOT van der valk worthy.

Good food but slow service.

On the day of arrival, an event took place in the premises of the hotel until deep into the night. There was very (! ) loud music with such strong bass that walls and floor vibrated. This music ran until about two o'clock at night. Despite complaint by the reception unfortunately did absolutely nothing against this rest disturbance. The music continued even after two o'clock at night, a little quieter, until about four o'clock in the morning. Sleeping was unfortunately not possible with this nightly terror, so the following day was just as badly affected.

An inquire at the reception the next morning revealed that some other guests also complained, which is not surprising. As compensation, however, only a discount was offered in the already expensive hotel restaurant or instead a reduction of the room price of only 7 EUR per person. In view of the hours of nightrest disturbance caused by the hotel, this is absolutely nothing.

Never again!

Room and bathroom generous, unfortunately missing in the shower a shelf for soaps. Everything on the ground has to be turned off. For older people who find it difficult to bend down a unding. I haven't experienced a hotel like that in a hotel.

Too Bad, too bad. We knew the van der Valk in Hildesheim. No Comparison. Building is getting older, Service leaves a lot to be desired. Certainly not here again.

Large hotel with good breakfast. However, the rooms are quite unusual. The shower head in the old bath was totally calcified and squirmed cross and cross accordingly. At the water tap the same game. Sad that not even such small things are maintained here. By the way, it does not help exactly nothing to put up a sign at the reception when a wedding with a corresponding party takes place. It would be fair to inform the guests at the time of booking.

We celebrated our dream wedding in this beautiful Hotel … There was nothing missing. All the staff have been very loving to us and our guests. Also, short-term Changes ran without problems over the stage. Simply to further recommend it. Especially thanks to Mrs. Lehmann and Rico.

Quite big, slightly off the beaten house. Our room was very spacious and radiated 90s charm. The lower floor is modernized, overall the hotel looks more conservative-dignified without being comfortable. The service was changeable: Mostly rather cool and short-connected. Dinner was fine, regional and seasonal dishes are found.

A van der Valk in the countryside. It is a perfect conference hotel without the distraction of a city. Van der Valk, as usual at a high level. The staff is friendly and the rooms spacious.

A good location for our meeting. Food was delicious the conference rooms quiet and well equipped. Good location on the highway makes searching easy.

We expected pleasant and well maintained rooms, an extensive breakfast and courteous staff. It was noticeable that a family structure moved through the house. Also the outdoor areas are beautiful and invite you to stay. However, the hotel is somewhat secluded, even if there are numerous offers in the nearby Lübbenau. Stars: 4, 5

Nice clean hotel with grösszügigen rooms.
The hotel is located a little away in a quiet location.
There is a small playground and a pond with a seating area at the hotel.
Ideal for a small walk.
The restaurant is very cozy, waitresses are friendly and the food tastes very good.

If you are on very fine and noble ambiance, then you are there very well.
I can't recommend this hotel to families with children. The prices for the hotel restaurant are enormous. It tastes great but unfortunately the portions are very low for expensive money.

We made a coffee break while the car was loaded. Unfortunately there was no cake for coffee. We didn't expect that. That's why there's a star vent. The staff was friendly.

Have a short break with the grandson to Tropical island made breakfast buffet has us all threes-fresh, versatile quiet room was very spacious — bathroom huge with shower and bathtub dinner was also tasty, only on the menu was missing something " Gemüsiges " (came to the little man right) — so he got some of US staff young, friendly and competent.

Tasteful and quiet hotel with many tour groups. Although the highway is not far away, no traffic noise is heard. Very good beds, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast round off the stay. Interesting combinations with a one-day stay in tropical island, which is not far away.

We were once with voucher here (standart room) and now normally booked (comfort room) both male top! The negative reviews are total squeai. The décor is just a matter of taste. We like the size of the rooms and the bathrooms! Breakfast buffet is also great.

Really nice hotel. Nice scenarie. Rooms are big and comfortable. The only negative thing is the personal are not good with other languages than german, which is a little weird when they do promote tourists.

Right away, without a car or bike is here. Hotel is all in all something bleak and the facility has seen quite a few guests. Breakfast was ok, but I personally would have liked more choice and variety. Staff was friendly and the room clean.

We spent here two nights. It was a very nice hotel, clean with helpful and friendly staff, though at the reception they didn't really speak English (we only met 2 receptionist so may others do) — for us it wasn't such a big problem, we could make us understood in German as well. We didn't particularly want to stay in a 4 star hotel but for those who want a real 4-star quality, I don't recommend. It felt like, they only have a so-called gym and sauna etc. For fulfilling the requirements but I'd rather say, it's a 3-starts quality. All in all, we were satisfied and had no problems at all, just they are less (I think) than other 4-star hotels, however the prices fit.

Situated in the middle of nowhere between Berlin and Dresden, this nostalgic hotel… The hotel offers good and clean rooms with good beds, flat screen TV (NW European channels) a balcony and a spacious clean bathroom (outdated look, but everything is "as good as new"). Free Wi-Fi is available but mainly covers the lobby and restaurant area. Breakfast is at "Valk standard", good. Diner menu is limited to a mix of a handful of ingredients at acceptable prices. Friendly staff… Has been some years that I received an actual key with a heavy key hanger… Why not 5 stars: the bathroom is too noisy; you hear the neighbors all too well. Redo the bathroom, the menu, the door locks, up the Wi-Fi… But then prices may become less friendly.

A very poor Service After asking one of the Steakmessers I just got a butter knife and a very raw Steak, that tasted like rubber, and to question whether there is a Medium could be held, there are only a bit warm as one would piss me want to. The appetizer and The hauptspeiße was just ungeniesbar. The price and the quality is just not acceptable.
