We wanted to relax for a few days, the surroundings really invited you to hike and relax — but that's it.
The room has come of age, rusty heating in the bathroom or black spots on the wall of dead flies, a pity that you can not transmit the smell.
The food and service was really good!

Unfortunately, there are too few benches to relax and the small beach at the lake is manageable.

Unfortunately we will not come back.

A wonderful place of relaxation. The quiet and dreamlike location directly on the lake invites you to relax on the beach, especially in this beautiful weather. Really very tasty food and very friendly and dedicated staff. I will recommend this hotel and will be happy to come back.

We were there for a big family birthday. The small boathouse was rented. Personal service was excellent! The table and everything around it was very nicely covered! The room very nice comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and choice!

No air conditioning because of monument protection, which is also fine. Unfortunately, the hotel room had no other devices to cool the room temperature and in summer temperatures this is stressful (at night you don't fall asleep and in the morning you wake up too early).

The hotel has a fantastic location in the middle of a huge pine forest, with access to the beautiful, peaceful Döllnsee. The service is partly very professional and partly still in training, but for this everyone is very friendly and attentive. The food is rather mediocre, but you sit nicely on the terrace. There is probably a safe and a balcony in the room for a 4-star level, but there is enough space and comfortable armchairs to sit. For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle for a while and appreciate nature, this hotel is definitely worth a recommendation!

Nice and quite hotel. Surrounded by woods, near a lake. Spend our wedding day here. Quite good food at the restaurant, although a bit too pricy for what you'll get: especially the drinks. Rooms are good. Bathrooms could use a makeover.

Wonderfully located in the Schorfheide, pure idyll, bordering the lake. Delicious food, not cheap, good wines, great terrace, super swimming pool, nice rooms, staff accommodating, bikes somewhat rickety in part, breakfast appropriate.

The service was outstanding. The rooms were clean and spacious with large Tv and equipped with Sky. Unfortunately, the rooms were very warm and there was no air conditioning. Unfortunately, the duvets were also too warm for the temperatures. Otherwise, the pool and the general location to the lake was great. The food is unbeatable. Despite the buffet, the food had a very high quality (the lamb steaks from the buffet were perfect medium and very well seasoned). Highly recommended!

Price/performance Perfect. Great location for relaxing and refueling for the next business day. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Well this here and there the renovation jam is visible, otherwise the hotel would be hard to afford. Parking, mineral water, breakfast, indoor swimming pool… The "outhouse" is about 100 meters from the reception. The walk over the park or parking lot is unfortunately inevitable. For those with a level of savings, the hotel is the hammer!

Visited in the context of a brunch. The location on the lake is fantastic. The facility makes a very well-kept impression and offers many possibilities of relaxation and relaxation. The value for money from the brunch was OK, the selection good and manageable. The staff was very accommodating. As tips: on the plate with filled egg halves, a spoon is better than forks, where the egg easily escapes the guest towards the floor. Store the ladle for the soup in the best possible way on an extra plate, because when you stay in the pot the ladle becomes so hot that the touch is uncomfortable.

The hotel lives at the expense of the substance! Price probably still okay. Buffet was also fully in order.

We participated in the Good Friday lunch on 30.03.2018. The food was okay but with 24, 50 euros per person also quite expensive. At a four-star hotel, however, you can expect better gastronomy. All kinds of fish were offered together in a bowl, there was only broccoli and cauliflower as vegetables, hardly any salads and only one sort of dessert. It was tasty and was fed up, but the buffet showed clear shortcomings and the value for money did not match.
We had a table reserved at the window. The request was confirmed in writing by mail, but we did not get a window seat but a table on the wall. Poor service.

Very nice location. Something in the years. Room * * * * large, spacious good TV. Bathroom * * Too small, need renovation, the old bathtub should be exchanged for a shower, then you would also gain some space. WLAN *, free Wi-Fi is slow and breaks down more often. I have not tried the "PremiumWLAN" because I think it is no longer modern for WLAN in the hotel to charge extra charge. Breakfast * * * Actually everything okay just two cheeses are a little weak.

The hotel is beautifully located in the Schorfheide off the main road. I was invited there for breakfast and loved the quality of the food. Wonderful selection of fresh food. Genuine recommendation.

We stayed with friends at the last we in the hotel and were very enthusiastic about it even at this time of year you can take a lot of business and the offer from the hotel… The rooms are clean and tidy as they are furnished is a matter of taste but in my opinion it all fit… Since I also come from the gastronomy I can praise the staff only quite a little, they all have mastered all their tasks and have met all our special requests and have fulfilled them immediately… For this we would like to thank all four of us again… Another big compliment to the kitchen (I am also a cook) seldom ate as tasty and fresh as here… Wow always happy and I will also recommend it to anyone who asks me to spend some nice days… Even the prices for drinks in a 4 star hotel are not overpriced as one unfortunately has very often… I noticed it most at the bottle prices of wine…
Ride all there it is worthwhile and who likes nature and wellness is there in good hands… We like to be promised again…

Review refers to the restaurant: This is fantastic, with regional card, exceptionally tasty meat/fish and appealing, fresh dishes. Also the service is attentive and friendly. The prices are appropriate to the level. Outstanding cuisine in the region.

Very nicely located hotel upper price range, right on the lake. Really nice. Unfortunately, this hotel has been a bit over the years and the next renovation should not be so long in coming.

For 5 stars, two more degrees were missing in the pool. Staff very friendly, great location and very good food. Except for a waitress all very child friendly. Rooms cozy with a unique view of the forest and the lake.

Great idyllic location on the lake in the Schorfheide. Rooms are large, padsable to good bathrooms. Great restaurant with great buffet and friendly, helpful service. Warm pool (12m-Bahn), small sauna area and excellent massages. There is also a romantic sauna room directly at the lake (after early registration). The only negative point during our short break was the service at the registration (probably twice the bad form of the hotel).

All in all OK, good value for money. Friendly staff, good service. Room (we were in the sidelines) i. O. But very small. Also smelled Müffelig, but clean. All in all recommended!

The rooms are in good condition even if they have some frumpy effect. The landscape is relatively beautiful, in summer probably even picturesque. Breakfast is in the upper midfield, lunch — and dinner were pretty good though.

Unfortunately, we haven't seen much from the plant and use the service.
We were at the wedding there. But what we've seen has been good.
Visually a very nice facility and the rooms are okay too have been.

It was a great weekend in a great hotel, eat simply super, staff friendly and helpful and the various location were the hammer we meet again probably.

Great location directly on the Lake, surrounded by much forest which you can walk through, and of course in the middle in recent history. Which can be still here and guess there and visit.

Class hotel in the Green! From the friendly staff to delicious meal a round thing. We are always happy to recharge our batteries.

We had brunch there. The selection is good and tasty. The ambience suits.
To highlight is the beautiful location in the middle of the forest on the East.

The hotel is beautifully situated, the food very tasty. What we were not at all agree, is the service. Already at the reception desk we not welcome to felt. About the range of services was informed only on demand (bathrobes, Wi-Fi use, etc. ) The service in the restaurant was unfortunately underground. All tables were reserved, we stood just a table available, which was neither covered nor equipped with chairs. Looking for us, the chairs, the high chair and the menus after quite some delay itself, because no one felt responsible. We expect a service zuvorkommenderen 4 stars and the price of accommodation. Compared to other houses in Germany, unfortunately only a 2 star rating.

Here everything just fits! In addition to the super nice staff and service, chic and clean rooms with the comfortable Bettn, the food is wonderfully tasty and it has a huge selection. In addition, the hotel has a fancy Spa. In the Dreamtime lounge, the spa treatments were the highlight of our getaways. We were received directly from the hotel's own physiotherapist Nadin Lorenzen and all the time kindly and lovingly cared for and pampered. A better care could have it not. After the sauna, exfoliation, aroma bath and massage, we were then super relaxed. After the check-in and a small break we have directly a little explored the beautiful property. Bicycles could we easily borrow after that and then 5 hours by the Schorfheide cycle. Later, we were still down on the Döllensee and on the large Jetty facility that belongs to the hotel. We would still prefer there all in all. A great experience and a really relaxing short holiday. We have to complain about anything! A praise to all! We are always happy again!
