We were here for a family party. All very clean. Very nice but partially overstretched staff. If I know I have 2 celebrations and hotel guests, then I can't just use 2 people! Spatial planning should also be reconsidered. We sat in the main room as if on the presentation plate. The conservatory would have been cosier. The cakes have been delicious. The dinner was delicious, but it lacked something or salted.

Very nice ambiance, delicious food, cheap sleep and food.

Great ambiance, not only front also in winter/summer garden, food is top, nice, courteous staff. Keep it up:-)

Invitation of the Children A nice Gift, even if what went wrong when making a reservation. But quick Reaction from the Staff and already we had a Table in the Basement.

Was a super room I was totally satisfied and a great service.

Very friendly staff and owner. Room spacious, nice and clean. Interior cafe and basement very welcoming and very great ambiance. Kitchen outstanding. What does man want more. For me a very clearly recommended.
PS: And who likes to have a super delicious Croque Monsieur is supposed to access here (not such a 08.15 Croque with 1 slice of ham and cheese, but one that can properly breastfeed the hunger and also still tastes excellent). The best Croque in the world!

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Nice and quiet location. And a rich breakfast.

Nice hotel, centrally located all very clean, very comfortable beds great breakfast very individually prepared and also the food in the restaurant very tasty with friendly service, really recommend, here fits price — performance!

Delicious cuisine and super breakfast with "bakery Rolls" which is no longer a standard… Always happy to come here.

04.09.15 — direct telephone booking (2 pers. ) with the note from the hotel: (75.00 €79, 00) — "All cheap rooms are booked out" was more of a rip-off in this rather unattractive area. 05.09.15 — arrival at 16:00 as agreed — Hotel hardly accessible since town festival in Elsterwerda — only blocked streets and contrary to the one-way road accessible at the check-in we get informed that City Festival is and our rooms facing the street (market square with main stage) and against! Is 24:00 rest — Dalton — 03:00 stopped the annoying band from Reichenbach, V. (air line 150 m) the so called "Comfort room"! was a simple knock-offs of usual 45.00 €60.00 rooms (double bed, wardrobe, desk, Wi-Fi, table, 2 seating areas, shower, hair dryer and TV) — but very clean. Dinner no! reserved tables (at least 2) for hotel guests, as the authorities from Elsterwerda in the cellar restaurant allowed himself to alcohol. Only after bad calls from the room a table in the winter garden has been reserved with a very very not and hardly comprehensible menu, because the main map to town festival was not valid — Abzockemethode! This inclusive breakfast > oh, oh, oh — but at least the buns were fresh from the bakery… on Sunday … und I know what I'm talking about since I am professional guest throughout Europe annually in about 40-60 hotels! Finger away — rip off.

The Hotel is located in the City, in a quiet area. Plenty Of Parking Space. ROOM are spacious, the normal set up and clean. Floors are sometimes slightly creaky. Breakfast adequate and oK. Service is friendly and good. Kitchen in old cellars. Traditional cuisine, very good to good. — Tendency good.

Class food, service very good.
