It's just fantastic. The food the service the owners.

We spent 3 beautiful nights at the beach hotel 4 seasons in Buckow. It wasn't a problem to spontaneously extend a night.
Room was very nice, bed very comfortable, we slept great. Breakfast is worth its price. Great selection and quality. Sitting on the terrace in the evening is a dream. (our highlight) There is also a small sweet beach and boats.

We were there with our son, the hotel is very child-friendly.

Too bad that the restaurant has Monday and Tuesday rest day. (we can understand that it is not possible in the low season otherwise)

We felt very comfortable and will be back soon.

A beautiful hotel with a prime location by the lake and private lake access. The rooms with terrace are just Fantastic. Admittedly a little small, but no one can do anything about it, these are simply the premises!
It is well-kept and clean. You can go boating all day or just relax and forget about everyday life. In any case, this is possible!

A very big praise to the boss, I was rarely received so hospitable and yet relaxed! You feel right at home!

We spent three wonderful days there. The location of the hotel is fantastic, the day can end on the terrace at sunset.
The food in the restaurant has also been very good for us, the cuisine convinces with modern, creative dishes.
The staff we experienced friendly and open-minded, small extra wishes were willingly fulfilled.
We are already planning our next stay!

Super nice hotel! The beach hotel Four Seasons lives up to its name. With a small private beach where you can relax, bathe and use the hotel's own boats, you can spend a short break. From the hotel you can also walk to the village centre, where small, cute coffees are waiting. In the evening, the hotel's own restaurant is clearly recommended. From the rooms, my recommendation is to avoid the small double rooms and prefer to spend some more money on the larger rooms. Then you have a great getaway ahead of you.

We chose the Hotel because the reviews were quite good and it is not far from the Spa clinic. I would recommend neither book again. The staff was unfriendly. First of all, the lady at the front Desk, when they asked you whether you could possibly check in early (watch only after repeated questions), and the Lord in the evening in the Bar, was not interested in starting at 21: 00 really to sales. (told us the same … But only one for the road…)
The cleanliness in the rooms left a lot to be desired. (The bathroom hair from the predecessor, and dirt on the floor), The ceiling has not been mounted properly. The garden and the bridge to the jetty, very unkempt. The Breakfast was okay but nothing special! We have indicated this already at the time of departure, however, it was only taken note of!

Nice view. Special requests have been received. A point deduction due to fairly high prices in relation to the amount of food. Staff friendly.

5 stars for the Beach Hotel Four seasons in Buckow. Who wants to relax, enjoy a great view and damn good food is right here. The owners of this hotel are lonely lace, attentive, always have a great saying in stock and take care immediately, should something be missing. You notice that there is a lot of love in this project and the food is really tasty and fresh. Our four-legged guests are also very welcome and visibly comfortable. What the two have created is great and it's always fun to let the beach hotel unwind. We are definitely looking forward to the next time.

We were already 3x there: with 4 dogs in the room on the slope to the lake, with 1 dog at the top of the hotel and New Year's Eve we almost crumbled from Berlin and saved our dog pack the big city pounding.
We were always welcomed by the boss. Our dogs behaved exemplary, so we were allowed and allowed to come back. We'll do that too!
The food is delicious, really large portions and great ideas implemented on the plate.
We can relax there so wonderfully… walk, sit on the lakeside of the hotel, go to the sauna…
The route from Western Berlin to Buckow is managed in just under 1 hour.
So, for Berliners (and of course other travellers) the way to Märkische Switzerland, to the idyllic Buckow and of course especially to the "Beach Hotel Four Seasons" with this great lake view is really worth a trip.

We stayed for a weekend spot, it is a very family hotel which surprised us positively.
The rooms were clean also the breakfast was varied.
Especially nice the view from the terrace.

At the Beach Hotel you can simply relax and unwind. If you can't do this, it's probably nowhere. Great team. Great service. Renovated rooms. Delicious food. The panorama over the lake. No more. Because the weather didn't play so much, we spent more time at the hotel than we thought. No one can do anything for the weather, all the more great was the service offered. We did not read every wish from the eyes, but immediately met upon demand. Prima! Just what we had hoped for as a short time out from the urban jungle. We'll be back.

Great location in great location. Were very well cared for from start to finish, felt well absorbed as part of the family.
If we celebrate again then here we are guilty of our guests. They praised the food, the friendly service and everything else in all dimensions.

We, 2 people, were 2 days with a Groupon coupon that supposedly had a value of €266. The view is beautiful. The restaurant staff very nice and eager. The "Queen double" approx. 11qm with a tiny shower cell. Cheap furniture. The employee at the reception has claimed the bed sei180 cm wide (160 after measured for 2 persons). Between bed and heating, also after measured, 40cm, above it still a cradle with TV at 150cm height. Head trigger for the person in the left bed pre-programmed. On our complaint the lady was very rude and was also unable to move to a change, supposedly booked out. Our "Dinner by the lake" belonged to the voucher consisted of a turnip soup, a dry cooked chicken with an indefinable dark brown sauce, must and potato. The card sounds very good, but we got nothing of it. We will certainly go back to Buckow, as it is nice there but will certainly not stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend this hotel. In our room there was black mould in the bedroom and in the bathroom. When we complained about this hies it was just "this is because the rooms are located close to the lake" the windows were leaking and there was a puddle at the window.
The room was filthy and full of dog hair on the floor and in the corners.
The hotel management, Mrs. Ten Naples, had put on the day an arrogant, pretentious and repellent way, as I have never experienced in any of my many hotel stays.
The term cleanliness and service knows, or does not want to know in this hotel.
The breakfast is not as remote as what is offered on the website.
Nothing is replenished and the boss prefers to smoke in front of the hotel than to take care of the breakfast. The coffee was tilted from two Thermos flasks before our eyes and was lukewarm and stale.
When asked about a fresh coffee or maybe a cappuccino we were told the coffee is fresh and cappuccino does not go as the machine is defective at the moment, furthermore we could not use the sauna as promised. According to the staff, the permanent excuse of the boss is that the sauna area is only usable from spring. Whatever the reason, since it is included in the offer.
At checkout, we were not charged the price sent by confirmation, but €20 more per person.
When we complained about this hies it stands in the system.

I was there for a weekend trip with my friend and it was just gorgeous. The view to the lake is great! The staff and food tip! Even if it was short, I was able to recover really well.

We had the opportunity to work with the hotel more often, it always worked out great, you always have a contact person and the owners and the staff are very anxious to make the guests an unforgettable celebration.

This hotel is a dream for me. I didn't know what to expect when I arrived and I was immediately amazed by the atmosphere, the tranquility and the idyllic location.
The food was awesome, the staff is extremely accommodating.
I stayed in one of the lodges and the next morning had a beautiful view of the beautiful lake.
I've been there twice and I'm going to go there more often. It is wellness for the soul. Unfortunately, only 5 stars can be awarded…

Juhu since October I have been working there firmly and I am still impressed by the view. You look from the terrace exactly to the lake.

Service-oriented and staff very friendly, tie-like. Breakfast buffet highly recommended, rooms a little small but without any problems on request to change, very good location.

Unfortunately, the hotel disappointed us.
Rooms: Our room was partially renovated and newly equipped. The bedroom was in good condition with new furniture. However, the bathroom disappoints: Wobbling closed-glass, buckled shower hose and no way to fix the shower shower to shower underneath. The cleanliness left something to be desired. In our bathroom, a battered mosquito stuck to the tiles and even the floor was not clean.
Hotel: The hotel makes a high-quality impression. Located right by the lake and with a beautiful garden, it invites you to relax in summer.
Staff: Underground! I booked a short trip including a 3-course meal. There were no choices for the menu (e. G. Whether with or without meat) — there was no query of any allergic/intolerances. Since the superior foods didn't exist in the variation on the map, we assume we got what was left at the end of the day. The food was put on the table by the waiter without further comment. On demand, as we have just been put forward, the response was reacted very briefly and unkindly. Empty beverage glasses were skillfully ignored; Serving new drinks took a long time — in some cases you sat with no drink to eat.
Food: Breakfast was also included in our arrangement (otherwise €7, €50 p. P. /Tag). The website advertised a rich breakfast buffet.

The restaurant was understaffed and it took one hour to have our food at the table. The food was amazing, though. The place and the view are beautiful.

Very nice Hotel that is in some corners but a little into the years came. Regardless of this, a good stay, also the Breakfast on the terrace over the lake is unforgettable.

The stay was a pure pleasure. In such a short time is an impressive result. Pure relaxation, not only by the outstanding Location, but just by the professional and yet friendly Team. I booked for my in-laws — the feedback was positive and they intend to travel soon again to Buckow. Like they will stay at the four seasons again.
The rooms of the restaurant area are clean tastefully decorated, and the views over dreamy about the Schermützelsee.
They were excited by quality of the food, the breakfast buffet and the attentive service.
Clear recommendation!

We were on the 3.5.2014 by the uncle to the eat invited, because he was already once there. The food itself was only the portions good, really "very clearly". The service was however unfortunately at all not suitable for a "classy" restaurant. The young waitress was obviously no expert: the cover of our cutlery, geränke and dine came noisily & across the table (no serve from the right), I had to ask extra napkins and tables at all were candles — it burned but no. And in the passage space on the away the tables were still remains of breakfast buffets.
two cyclists most table opposite wanted to eat at 13:30 still a trifle, but it was because the kitchen already "out", although our eat shortly after that first were served.
my man and my uncle found it fine, however, I was quite disappointed in this "class". But maybe we were just unlucky with the young backup : — (
