Clean rooms and a very good breakfast buffet. The service at the reception is average, so many employees seem very demotivated. Parking spaces in the underground car park are very limited, narrow and cost 10€ per day. I can only recommend the hotel for an extended weekend. There is a lack of storage space for clothes in the room. With full suitcases there is only room for one adult. Also in the bathroom it is tight. But it's clean. Brandenburg is very nice, but next time a different hotel will be determined.

Older Hotel, unfortunately the Rooms are heavily glued. Breakfast is good and you don't miss anything. The normal Rooms are unfortunately located to the Street, in Summer there is bad traffic from 4.30 roll and this via Cobblestones. Very loud.

Very, very nice staff! The kitchen is great and the rooms are very clean! So, by and large, a house to feel good about!

Quiet room, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and very nice staff: we could not have asked for a better introduction to Germany than a stay at the Sorat Hotel in Brandenburg an Der Havel. We also enjoyed learning about the historical town on our walks.

Man gets no sleep. From 2 o'clock it is then when the traffic on the cobblestones has become calmer. Starting at 5 o'clock, the time is going to be strong again. Meals rather small although I was assured that it is vigorous portions. I do not need much and am the very slim person, I had to eat in the room but still with salt sticks, nuts and chips at additional cost of the mini bar.

Hotel as far as OK. Make sure you don't have a room on the street. From 7 o'clock it is very noisy. The operation in the bar is very slow and quickly overwhelmed.

Location and cleanliness great, parking only for 15 euros in the parking garage possible, otherwise all stop. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable.

Room to Main Street, street Noise (cobblestone). Food rather moderate. The parking facilities in the underground car park as well as the proximity to the town centre are a good value. The cleanliness as well as the room were fine.
The staff were uninterested, little motivated, especially in the breakfast area. This can be clearly substantiated. The young lady, who poured out the coffee in the morning, had to be looked for and asked to bring it, which also affected the gift. Spontaneous operation was not particularly annoying was the following incident: The breakfast table wobbled considerably, so that the coffee almost over slopped. The young lady was asked by my wife to remedy this. As a result, my wife was handed over 3 beer lids by the young lady, so we felt compelled to stabilize the table by placing the beer lid on its own. I would like to add that we are 68 or 71 years old. I feel this process as almost unbelievable and of a hotel – even without 4 stars – completely unworthy, such a thing does not at all.

Diesntlich was there for 1 night. Had nothing to complain about. Besides the direct street noise there is a cobblestone road passing by the hotel. Everything else including breakfast was fine.

A good choice in this small City. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is good. The little square facing the church is charming. However, the car traffic is a bit noisy. Forget about sleeping with an open window.

The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Maximum 2. Air conditioning defective, so we opened the Windows constantly. Here it was from the noise of the street so noisy that sleep could not be thought of. No service on the terrace, no or Only one operator who did not know the prices either. There were no cocktails. The waiter didn't have time for this. There were many things that did not "run round. No managing director on site.
The staff tried the best, even if not enough glasses were available…

Great Hotel Super Buffet for breakfast very clean.

Overall good stay. Street side rooms can be noisy with the windows open and warm in the late afternoon due to direct sun. Limited underground parking. Friendly staff and a very nice German breakfast. Easy walk to downtown, shopping, restaraunts, etc.

For our regular business breakfasts I couldn't think of a better venue than the SORAT Brandenburg: the buffet is extensive, varied and delicious, the staff is courteous and friendly and the hotel manager Judith Nauendorff is committed, open and flexible and thus a great support for us. Thank you very much and continue to work together well!

Very nice. I'd have given it five stars but there was no ac and my room on the front (street side) of the building was noisy with the window open for cooling.

The location and the rooms are top! The breakfast is small but has a super quality. It is the right hotel for business trips to Brandenburg. Also a bottle of mineral water free room is available.
Only, the rooms are very warm in the summer, because there is no air conditioning.

I and my husband have around us comfortable. It liked simply everything! The room for breakfast, dinner and the staff all perfect! We will be back! A big Kudos to the trainees who are really bother, have fun at work and are super friendly! But of course this praise to the entire personnel;) is true! So much love and keep it!

Very good Breakfast, centrally located, friendly and fast staff — everything right to 4sternemäßig. So all around, a recommendation for a happy extended holiday in Brandenburg/Havel.

So for a 4 star Hotel, I have to say this to a not even a bottle of mineral water in the price for the room is available… what I do in all Hotels was… whether Belgium or Paris, and also Prague… even the releaxa in Berlin has the… and on the other, I must say that the mattresses are not just convenient, the a in the morning your back hurts. … and the Bröchen on Sunday morning were like rubber. … unfortunately… otherwise very rich offer. Staff very nice and friendly. … I guess for the price for the 4 days are not Grade appropriate. … unfortunately…

Rooms are good but missing some gym.

Central location, clean rooms, friendly staff. On arrival, it smelled a bit from the drain and on the last day worked, despite its new access code the access to the Internet only one of my four devices. I would anytime again there spend the night.

We had a beautiful week in the SORAT Hotel in Brandenburg to spend. At the beginning, the room was disappointing, since some of the defects in the templates. After consultation with the management of the hotel, we were in a nice, larger room move. We were Happy and felt very comfortable there. Very nice, I found that in the other room and immediately repairs were carried out. — Service staff were all nice and friendly, Breakfast was to our complete satisfaction and we would the Hotel anytime again visit! Also we would to friends and Acquaintances recommend.

Rooms on the street side very noisy, because you can sleep on a park bench on the road as well. Despite demand for calmer rooms and only half full hotel rooms no offer.
Furniture/upholstery in the room are worn through.
Breakfast is good average and friendly staff.
I will not book.

The breakfast buffet is great, all needs are met.

Very friendly staff and good service. Room was nice and clean, but air condition was not working and it was pretty hot. Breakfast was really good and plenty to choose from.

I am professional reasons every week for 2-3 nights in the SORAT Hotel and the now for 9 months. And I feel very comfortable there. (Quite apart from the fact that it is in Brandenburg no real Alternative. As for the big competition just outside of Brandenburg gets from me not even a "Satisfactory". ) But now to the specifics: In the old town — especially in the summer — very nice located, so evening walks or even a book in the shade of the marketplace-tree to be fun. The Standard rooms suffer from a little below it, that you are to the front, and thus to the marketplace. Because the roads are all made up of the typical town-Kopfsteinpflastern and that is why you can hear cars driving in these rooms is very loud even with the Windows closed. However, you can get for only 8 Euro more a comfort room, to the backyard. An investment that's worth it, especially since the price-performance ratio is good, I think. The Breakfast I can not judge, because in the morning, I never eat Breakfast. But I have heard of colleagues that if it is in order and delicious. A special Highlight can I find the voucher you when you book Online any Time gets paid — in value of a non-alcoholic drink from the Minibar or at the Bar can be used.
