The place is great. We loved it and would return. The staff is nice and helpful, the location is great, you have everything you need, kitchen, enough bathrooms, place to hang out… We had our oen terrace so that was awsome.

Pictures advertised are much nicer than actual hostel. Staff friendly. Excellent area.

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The hostel has a very chill and cool atmosphere. The staff are really, really nice and so were all the people I met there. The location is pretty much perfect if what you want is a cool, sorta underground and quite youthful area. There are lots of nice bars and restaurants very close by. I liked that it was located quite far from the center, so the area is not filled with tourists, it makes the experience feel a little more authentic, although there are a lot of young travelers which is nice. The room was nice, I didn't need anything and I think it's awesome the hostel has a kitchen where you can store food in the fridge. Free, small coffee and breakfast bar, hangout area, no curfew, free bed linens and lockers (good idea to bring your own lock). I think that for what you pay to stay here, it is so worth the price and I would definitely stay here again.

Cool common areas with kitchen and fridge, nice rooms with big storage lockers, cereal and coffee/tea for breakfast, cool neighborhood with lots of bars/cafes and fairly easy access to public transport. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Danke für alles und bis bald!

Super Location, good Prices and above all super nice Staff … We were allowed to sleep extra After a long Night and weren't put in front of the Door … ;) Absolute Recommendation!

A really good and central hostel. The room was so great and clean. The service we got for the price is amazing. i resommend it.

Great staff. Morning breakfast was a plus (bless the chocolate pillow cereals). Easy to get around and neighborhood is very authentic.

Coffee and grain flakes free of charge.
In the chilled ampiente start the day to spend around.
Really what for backpack travelers.
In addition, very good location with good pubs and economies.

An inexpensive hostel in an unbeatable central location. Free Wi-Fi, coffee and cornflakes available. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired. However, if you are looking for a cheap place to stay, you are at the right address.

Great staff. Great time. I'll always remember Stephen in that funny nightgown. Haha.

In summary: good hostel and no big complaints. Hostel — the good. — The rooms are spacious and reasonably clean, and best of all private shared bathrooms (not cubicles so you actually have privacy when you go to the toilet/shower! ). Found this to be a wonderful hostel in a great part of Berlin. Whether you're looking to be in Berlin for drinking fun, or passing through on business, this is well situated for either. With plenty of bars and restaurants around, and a 5-10 minute walk to two convenient stations, you couldn't be better placed in Berlin. The staff are really helpful and seem to speak excellent English. There are free cereals and tea+coffee in the morning, mostly just so you don't go out on an empty stomach. The communal kitchen is small but usable, and there are nearby supermarkets to fill the fridge from. The lounge closes around 10pm (from what I recall), due to it being in an apartment building, and there are strict no smoking rules, but with bars right outside, this shouldn't be a problem for most.

Bad sleep as long as no longer (mattresses well located, noisy), dirty shared bathroom and a guy at the reception that doesn't care. Never again.

Enjoyed the stay in private room. Nice friendly people. The bathroom would need a bit more cleaning. The area is fantastic, lots of pubs and restaurant around, of course the scene is alternative here around Boxhagener Platz.

Nice little hostel in a very good location, friendly staff…

This is an old school backpackers, located in one of Berlin's trendiest areas. Nothing flash inside the hostel. Service not so good. The hostel has everything though, including a kitchen and common room. Wi-Fi is excellent.

Located on the party district. Elsewise nothing special.

Located near a lot of cafes and places to eat, it has a central position to the night life area of Berlin. You can be at Hauptbahnhof in 30 minutes. The rooms are what you would expect from a hostel.

This was one of the very spacious hostel which I stayed in my entire Europe trip. The staff is very helpful. Clean rooms and beds. Good Wi-Fi.

Great location and great price!

Double room is very small, no proper lighting to read in bed light is a small Night is definitely in there. The room consists of wardrobe, bed, and a small mirror. The window goes to the street and there is no adequate vision protection: only transparent red Gardiene, barely conceals everything… Bathroom and toilet is shared with other: in between the garbage is overflowing and the shower invites is also not so really. All in an historic building, and in years to come, in romance 0, convenience 0

Nice young staff, pleasant common room! Great area with timeless Bars 7nd great connection to the S-Bahn! In short: it is a simple, perfect if you want to stay independent! Negative: quite noisy on some days, after 00:00 because you have to just stand up and the community is ask to go next door, or you sit down! Greets ✌

Cheap, clean, centric, friendly & helpful staff.

The worst hostel in my life. Comfort beds. Staff almost non-existent, in 8 days was never cleaned the room. The latter among other things in poor hygienic conditions. But the best part comes on the fourth day, after hearing noises repeatedly on the days before, in room B2 is blunted a nice buttsmear from I don't know where that forced the guy on reception to give us another room. Lousy place.

Very friendly Hostel! Access to facilities such as kitchen where it’s possible to make your morning coffee and also a living room where you can have a nice talk with other people. Very friendly staff :)

Location location location! This friendly and comfortable hostel is located in the nicest day and night hanging place in Berlin, surrounded by samll old streets and avenues paved with black stones, many small original design and thrift shops and walking distance, or within reach of transportation, to anywhere you would like to see and expereince in Berlin.

Really friendly staff and a really good atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable and the location is friendly and very chilled. 5 minute walk to the U Bahn into town. Facilities were fine apart from a few of the shower holders being broken.
