The hotel is slightly out of date with the elevator, no mini fridge and shower. However, the location is closer to multiple trains allowing for quick travel around the city. Plenty of quick food near by.

I'm very glad. It's easy to find, close to U bahn stations and bus stations. Close to non stop food places and shops. Pretty and clean rooms. Kind and friendly staff.

A great hotel in the centre of West Berlin. The rooms are small but comfortable. There is everything for a comfortable living. Good breakfasts. Stayed at this hotel by a large group to attend the European International Conference. Very happy.

There are big discounts on the book, watch out. It was released here as well as in the suburbs in the area B. From the subway 50 m. From the Reichstag walked to the hotel 20 minutes through the park. A bunch of cafes nearby, you can eat cheaply. There is an underground parking lot. Who's on their cars is a big advantage. 5 euros a day. One negative is bad Wi-Fi. It takes off and doesn't take it. But the pros are clearly more important.

The room was clean and seems to be new/renovated. Wi-Fi worked fine. I got a room on ground level and there was some noise from the people in the reception area and the street, though that didn't bother me a lot. The rooms are small, but I had a double just for myself. Area is probably not the nicest, but there are a few restaurants close by (5 minute walk) as well as a bigger grocery store. Public transport is just around the corner. In summary, this is a good cheap hotel for a city trip when you don't spend a lot of time at the hotel.

The staff at reception are not very sumpa (no Hello). The person did not even know how to speak German correctly.

The rooms are just old and stayed. The bathroom was very small. Stains on the rug, the curtain, the chair. But the worst was the stench in the room. Just disgusting. Absolutely not recommend.

Very friendly staff and clean modern rooms. In the bar you can have a good drink in the evening and the breakfast is also delicious the food in the restaurant is also delicious. The only negative point is that on the street along the hotel a lot of prostitutes turn their laps even when the staff on it pays attention to the ones not at the door. Very convenient location, in the "Three steps" from the Metro station Bülovstraße. The Zoologischer Garten Zoo and the Brandenburg Gate can be reached on foot. Around the corner are great cafes where you can budget breakfast and eat.

Audibility high, but if you are lucky with the neighbors, I think very tolerated. There were very noisy Spanish teenagers on the floor. They were "treated" by other guests ") ) ) ) The room we got with an extra couch, warm, quite spacious, cleaning every day. Booking is better than the rooms on the other side of the hotel as our friends complained about the noise of the subway trains and the road when the window opened. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Downstairs there are vending machines with drinks and coffee. Overall, I am pleased with the hotel!

Great facility, well stocked with everything you want.
Spacious and well-heated room, in 4 nights, never a gust of wind or fresh.
Located near 2 metro stations and surrounded by several bus stops.
The bar provided with great drinks for the evening and several beers for all tastes.
Breakfast plentiful and continental, great if you want to make a hearty breakfast to face the day without thinking about the lunch.
The only downside is the shower, whose platform I did not like much, paved as with tiles "from room" and not as I expected, with upside, edge and materials with white ceramics or similar.

For a really small price a clean little room get, well and pragmatically equipped. Nice service and reception. The location is central to the S-Bahn, but the room was quietly located back to a parking lot.

Good location. Close to the center on foot. Many opportunities to eat nearby. If the windows of the room in the yard, then quiet. The other side goes to the metro line. Wide range of prices by dates. Sometimes 3 times.

Clean spacious rooms The breakfast is excellent lots of choices even a vegan would come to his expense… Although something has come up in the years but for someone who does not have much time in the hotel room to spend optimal and very centrally located. In my opinion, the hotel is fully consistent in terms of the price-quality ratio. The room was clean and comfortable. On the other hand, there is a number of services that are usually paid for, but most often do not use (Spa, gym, swimming pool, etc. ). Very good option if you need a hotel that would be comfortable to spend the night and go to inspect Berlin (or other cases). Metro is within 2 mins walk (less than a block).

Good and clean hotel, room is always perfectly cleaned up and price is the ratio. The breakfast is unfortunately very expensive (€15) and I would recommend to go where else to eat.
Bar prices are OK and drinks taste reasonable.
There is, however, also a very big minus point: The WLAN is the purest catastrophe, every day from about 6pm you can forget it completely and if you only want to start a Google search you have to reckon with 5 minutes (not exaggerated) waiting time. Something should be improved on this. I find it outrageous that if you travel on business and want to use the Internet in the evening after work with such a connection to expect.
Mobile Internet with slow data volume is 10x faster than the internet in the hotel and this is unfortunately the big minus point at the hotel for me. This is because I am reliant on the internet in the evening and cannot work without it. I hope it will be improved soon, because my 4 visits so far have been the same every time.

It is one of those hotels that seems to be very good in photos but when you see it in person, it disappoints. Overall it's old, not clean, the staff is just right. One day they did not leave shower towels so the solution of the staff was to give hand towels for showering. There were hairs on the pillow upon my arrival and I asked the staff to change it. They didn't do anything, just moved them out of place. The Wi-Fi never worked. Quite noisy due to the quality of the walls and even the floor. Not too bad located, about 3 minutes from the metro station and 15 minutes from Alexander Platz. Not bad hotel, just not good.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room is 4 * value. The hotel itself is already in the years and has stayed, many areas need to be renovated urgently! Price/performance is right. The breakfast is almost 5 * earned. Accessible by public transport very good.

Great location close to 2 metro stops. Close to restaurants and bars. 10 minutes by subway you are in the center. Staff does not greet you when you enter or leave the hotel. Asking keep the suitcases both before check in if the room is not ready and also check out, in a locked room.

The hotel is centrally located at the town Hall Steglitz. However, this is the only positive. In our room there were still hair in the sink the toilet had no hygienic seal. It also smells of cigarettes in the hallway and you feel like in the 80s. The furniture is dark and very old. I really don't understand how the hotel has 3 stars.

The hotel is very close to public transportation stations and lots of food joints. The location is super convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms where very clean and tidy. The breakfast is good as well (15€). The elevator doors are very noisy when they close, so if you get a room near them you will probably hear them during the night.

The hotel is relatively inexpensive, but slowly decays. It has been renovated and repaired for a long time. 2 stars for the location, because from here you can reach some hotspots of the city easily and quickly.

End of studies trip. 12 people. They did not have the rooms that had been booked at the agency. Trouble on arrival. Very friendly staff. The second day they stole one of the students ' money from the suitcase in the room and filed a complaint. A second person also disappeared more de100 euros from a closed suitcase with key on the last day when they left it in the hotel's slogan and realized when they reached the destination. Too bad. The first time in Berlin and then to an incomparable price performance ratio. I am a hotel manager myself and very critical on many points but I will surely come back with my boyfriend. The hotel is old, the linen in the rooms is replaced only on request, although in fact the staff should not forget about it.

Clean hotel with good metro access.
The rooms were well cleaned during our stay. The style of our room was a bit old and kept very simple, but it was all neat and neat. Unfortunately, our hair dryer was defective in the room, but no replacement was provided, although it was marked as defective.

The rooms are spacious. The property is divided in two parts, though from outside, it looks like one building. One side has the AC rooms, and the other side has the non AC rooms, with no fans or any other means for cooling. The only option when you take a non AC room, is to keep the window open at all times, if it's warm. Do check before making the booking. The buffet breakfast @ 13 Euros.

Reasonable and clean rooms. The bathroom is very small, but who wants to spend time in the bag on a city break. Private parking is available. The staff were nice and always helpful. The breakfast was very good and rich (only cocoa powder I could not find warm milk already). For a trip to Berlin definitely recommended.

Quite simple rooms with basic facilities but enough for somebody visiting the city, not sleeping in the hotel. Nice restaurant with really good food for breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Decent location, near an U-Bahn stop. Hotel itself is fairly basic. The mattresses are far from the best. Having woken up with back ache we asked about getting a new mattress. They said they'd see what they could do, but all the mattresses were apparently the same, so there was little they could do. The breakfast is very good, although if your room does not include breakfast, it can work out a bit expensive.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The sights of Berlin are nearby. The metro station is within walking distance. That's a huge plus. The hotel itself is quiet, quiet. But the cleanliness in the rooms is lame, dirty. In a word on 3 stars does not pull!

Nice hotel, very clean, and the location is great since you are close to Bhf BülowstraBe tramway station, and the price is very affordable! Beware though, didn't know that they would charge for the sparkling water in the room. It was there, without a price tag or anything. Thought it was part of a "welcoming" gift, alongside the candies they've put on our beds. At the end of our stay, they've charged us 4€ for the bottle. Not mad or anything but that was a little bit tricky! Other than that, I highly recommend the place! Would definitely go back there.

3 star hotel. There is everything you need. Except the fridge. Location.

It's cheap, decently priced. I went here with my friends (5 of us) and we managed to get 2 room connected to each other. Unfortunately the receptionists weren't very nice, but for the price it's good. The beds were not too hard, but the pillows were terrible. There is a safe included in the room, and a tiny bathroom.

The hotel is a nightmare. Of the furniture usual off and the wicked coil springs in the mattress times not to mention, it is nice and loud. Sleep is not to think! And what book you a room when you move to another city? Oh, Yes! To sleep!

Good price for family. Deco old-school, no frills. Elevators of the 1980s. Ok comfort and large rooms for families.

Only downside: breakfast at 12, €90! tight budgets to get out. Otherwise 5 stars.

Employees are not the friendliest. Hotel is quite clean. Many in the room not in order (shower hose, safe). 12, €90 breakfast is offered for what is too expensive. Would not recommend the hotel. Not coming back also.

Located next to the underground U2 which allows to reach in a few minutes the center s platz or Alexa or zoo and aquarium… Friendly staff. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is really worth, sweet — salty and very hearty. We will be back.

Very friendly staff, delays expected sin at hotels of this size in the big city. Rooms are small, but very clean. A drawback would be the TV, but not really needed in such a great city. At night you should however not late outdoors, because the streets nearby are full of shady types.
In short, This hotel makes itself really recommend!

Excellent room, prime location, friendly staff and a good all-round experience.

We were very surprised when we arrived. We had booked a room with 3 beds for one night because we were going to a concert and then returning to Denmark the next day. But we got to rooms with 3 beds in one and 2 in the other. They were separated by a hidden door that we first later found. We pay like 60 euro for the rooms so we were very exited. The hotel is close to the center of Berlin and is a quiet nice hotel.

My room was huge and clean, rooms were not desired, the accessibility of all important points is very good, the staff is nice and friendly. The mattress was amazing. Even gluten-free bread for breakfast, eased it prior to logon.
The bathroom is extremely small for mould-free. At night a bit noisy in the hallway, to the hotel but nothing can.

The rooms are small. The rooms to the street are very loud, even with the window closed. The quieter rooms are rented out of the back as a "comfort room" for an additional charge of approximately 10 EUR per night. The bathroom is a joke, the size of a closet. The mount of the TV was broken, the programs were partially pixelated, for example, the ZDF! The television has the size of a Computer monitor. In the side street next to the Hotel of the shemale appears to be stroke. In the dark, not very trusting. I think the price-performance ratio does not fit at all, would not stay here again.

Comfortable enough location (close to the center), rooms with high ceilings but no kodicionera. Overall not bad.
