Clean… modern furnished… even in Corona times there is breakfast … Coffee, tea and a bottle of water for free.

Best Hotel in Germany by far, great managment all the amenities and so much to do in the surroundings.

Super Hotel, toller Service super nettes Personal.

Zimmer war klein, aber gemütlich, in unserer Beschreibung stand "king-size-bett", leider waren es nur zwei Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben. Letztendlich waren wir nur auf der durchreise, aber für 150€ erwartet man schon das was in der Beschreibung steht.

It's peaceful, quiet, even though it's close to the airport, the breakfasts are very tasty and the staff is very nice. Also, rooms are very neat and clean. Worth every penny.

Rooms are good, personal is good, no complains, but misses the "touch".

Great breakfast, free soft drinks in the lobby, tea and water in the room, free bike hire. A room without pontoons, but comfortable, everything you need to eat. Plumbing at the level. Across the street — a large shopping center with restaurants, eateries, bowling alleys, cinemas, etc.

I rate this hotel in its capacity as a conference hotel.
It basically offers the usual * * * * — comfort, but here and there is quite still air up. The tables are so narrow that it was hardly possible to accommodate a normal Leitz folder and a glass of water on it. The food was good and small things were also served in between. For the drinks, there was a large fridge in the room. The staff are friendly. The air conditioning of the rooms is okay thanks to additional devices.

I was very positively surprised. One of the few hotels in Berlin which is very friendly. The rest is true, too. Will come more often.

I attended an event here for 2 consecutive days. The service during the lunch break as well as the lunch itself were very good.
The staff in the entrance area worked very busy all the time and could hardly get a friendly greeting, therefore only 4 stars.

Good location, great shopping centre directly opposite, very nice rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, leisure facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Very good value for money. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. The doors to the hallway are very well insulated.
The location not far from Tegeler Lake, offers the visitor near rest from the urban bustle.
Only a few steps away from the hotel is the Borsig-Werke station of the U6.
Bicycles can be booked free of charge.
The breakfast buffet is plentiful.
The star deduction is due to the fact that the staff is not always friendly.
Conclusion: Anytime again when in town.

Located near the airport to the Borsighallen. Small but good. Recommended.

Good price-performance ratio. Subway station and shopping facilities are nearby. Zimnerm are Slicht equipped but clean and modern. One of the best from the Best Western hotel chains.

Whilst the pictures on the web first gave an unpleasant impression, I was reversely proportionnally delighted to discover this beautiful original place. First entrance is also like to enter a maze, but people are a lot friendly und helpful! Very good restaurant with Bio food. Almost a Must!

I always try to stay here when visiting Berlin — excellent staff & a very tasty breakfast.

Very close to the Borsighallen, Technology Center and a lake. Subway U6 to Borsigwerke. The rooms are well equipped with TV, telephone, fridge, safe and of course a bathroom. The service is courteous and friendly.

Rented a meeting room. The hotel is located directly on the subway at Borsigturm and a large shopping centre near Tegeler see. The hotel does not have its own parking spaces the car park has to be used by the shopping centre, which is a little away.
The meeting room was OK but really great was the catering. Grandma's apple pie still lukewarm, homemade not from bakers, smoothies, vegetable sticks, shrimp jars and a mini curry sausage maker where everyone could decide how spicy the sauce should be. Great.

Agreed not a luxury hotel but completely functional and highly efficient with room comforts well defined.

Bad welcome. One booking was missing, no solution offered to solve the situation. Pretty Bad. Will not Come back.

Great hotel. Clean, big room. Very good breakfast. Coffee machine available at any time for guests free of charge. Parking is also available at the hotel in the evening. Is partly branded as Best Western (toiletries etc. ), but outside (more? ).

Good hotel and nice room. Unfortunately there was no breakfast at the workday. A refund was made without any problems.

Just a Best Western, clean and tidy. The mattresses could not convince. Parking is in the Borsighallen's parking garage at moderately reasonable prices, also with a permanent ticket for repeating and retracting.

We have been in other local hotels around Germany, working on a budget, and this is easily a step above the others. It is close to the subway and buses to downtown. Wi-fi is totally reliable, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast spread included is a wide selection of the best breads, coffee, cold cuts, eggs, cereals, etc. Etc. We could ask for. I will miss German dark breads and their strong, delicious coffee after we go back home.

Well designed and managed, small business hotel in partly-green surroundings. Rooms are efficient and comfortable, AC effective, beds comfortable. Restaurant and bar are modest — but across the street is the huge Borsighalle mall, with many restaurants, amazing space, huge gym 10€ per day. Rates reasonable. U-Bahn stop nearby, 15 minutes to central Berlin.

The Hotel is gorgeously perfect! The staff is very KIND and helpful and all of them speak fluent English.! I'd like to write a bit about the things that I had no idea the hotel offers before arriving there; the hotel has completely FREE beverages (24-7), iced-juice, all kinds of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It also offers fruits and donuts for FREE… The rooms were really good; I may give them 8/10. Additionally the house-keeping service is really fast, they clean up your room in a matter of seconds :) What has REALLY impressed me is that the hotel gives you bicycles for FREE… That was the best part for me. :) because bicycles are one of the cardinal ways of transport in Berlin. Furthermore, the hotel is exactly a 2-minute walk to the U-Bahn (the train station) … Try to discover and walk around the hotel; that area is called Tegel and it's really beautiful. Forgot to tell you that the hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Tegel lake. And it's a 7-minute car ride from the Tegel Airport :) Have Fun and don't hesitate booking your stay with them :)

The last address for Overnight guests, soundproof Windows and doors bring ea is not, if the partition walls made of newspaper.

Very good for me, because close to the airport (10 min by Taxi) and take the underground line U6 in 20 min in the city. Rooms are totally ok and Breakfast buffet very good! Perfect for my needs, if I am in Berlin.
