Absolutely great hotel… very nice staff… highly recommended.

We stayed there for three nights. We used underground parking, but it is a bit cramped. The reception was nice and explained a lot of things due to the current situation. We liked the room very much, a lot of space and there was also a kitchenette. Since there is currently no breakfast in the restaurant, we booked the packed lunch, which was just around the door the next morning, great praise for the implementation. In the immediate vicinity there is bus and train and so you can get anywhere.

Very nice hotel for your money. Every day 2 bottles of beer, water free and bags of coffee and cocoa. On the pillows at the entrance to the room are bags with chewing bears. The room has a smartphone with Wi-Fi and 4g. You can make free calls to other countries (Ukraine is not). The smartphone can be taken out of the room. Pleasant staff and a very pathetic golden lift.

Well packaged service. Comfortable bed and the nice mini bar and everything I needed. I was not lacking.

The airconditioning doesn't make your room as cold as you want, so that was a bit pity with temperatures of 34 degrees outside. It was still quite warm in our room, even when we used the airconditioning on the highest stand. The pillows in the room were quite soft. Or actually when you lay down, it felt like there was no pillow at all. An extra pillow didn't solve that problem as well. Two times nothing, is still nothing. The rest was ok! Nice big room, nice (small) kitchen in it as well. The free beers and water were much appreciated. Free parking in a street nearby is great as well.

Quit area, close to shops and team and bus lines, overlooking park. Great for long stays, handy kitchenette, complementary beer and water in the fridge. Has beer garden in the back. Good service, comfy beds.

The rooms are ok and clean! The staff is very, very friendly and ready to serve. The underground car park requires a experienced driver! We liked the breakfast very much and the beer garden behind the hotel is also very nice. Quiet location! Recommended!

Class hotel with its own beer garden by the pond. The atmosphere there is relaxing and friendly. Extra toilets for the beer garden that are always clean and have also earned 4 stars. Only the personnel problem the appearance more often. For that, a star deduction. Sometimes you have to queue for very long, because there are clearly too few staff being deployed. But still… Highly recommended …

A lovely hotel, offers a smartphone in every room, with free internet and international calls. It's a se. Hats should be taken at the reception.

Very good hotel with things in the room unlike anything I've seen in a hotel of this price before. Balcony, dishwasher, stove and pans (although they could do with a good scrub). I never tried the breakfast but was told it was good.

Although it is no longer the newest hotel, everything is very clean and above all very, very quiet, which in Berlin is rather rare. I felt comfortable, the room including bathroom were clean and large enough. The free Wi-Fi was fast (enough) to be able to work. The breakfast was an optimal start to the day, except for a guest who is via mobile phone and not with headphones! TV had to watch. I would have liked the friendly but certain intervention of the staff…

Personally, I like your hotel for the following reasons: — a hotel in the countryside, near a well-developed lake, — easy public transport to the city centre — Balcony — great business!
— The kitchen is hidden and so helpful and rich in equipment, — great lobby with perfect mirrors — perfect cleanliness of the rooms — very varied breakfast.
Also for me personally the place of memories of years ago, when I lived more than a year in the Klement Gottwald Avenue Street (now Berliner Allee) very close to your hotel, and this place in Weißensee will be remembered for me forever. Everyone comes here and gives me great joy!

I always like to come to this hotel again. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is plentiful. I visited the sauna and fitness room for the first time due to the bad weather. I was extremely positively surprised. Requests will be fulfilled immediately. I can only say a great hotel.

The service was great and honestly, our room was 2 rooms in 1. It was humongous and the price was excellent. Our daughter had her own bed in the main family/kitchen room and my husband and I had a completely separate, huge bedroom. I slept like a baby in the very comfortable bed and the bathroom was also very large. In addition to all that, there were 2, yes 2, balcony's. T. Here was temporary construction on the street but it didn't even matter because the place was so nice. Also, there is a bar with delicious drinks and a very nice restaurant. And when the hotel restaurant was closed, we walked a short distance to a delicious Italian restaurant called La Familia. If ever in Berlin, STAY HERE!

Stay was okay. Room clean. Breakfast 15 Euro is clearly far too expensive and annoying for this poor selection and loveless presentation. Buffet without anything including missing fruit and enlargements such as tomato, cucumber… a lot of inferior sausage… Cheese quality. I would never book this again… Hotel for 1.2 nights good.

Great hotel. Room tidy and clean. Clean bathroom. Small but useful kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Water and beer (you read well) free.

I spent nearly 3 weeks at the hotel for business. The room was quite large. The bed was comfy and cosy. The Kitchenette had a minifridge, dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. Pots, pans and dishes were also provided. The internet was strong and fast everywhere. The gym though a little dated was suitable. The sauna is lovely though. The staff was always nice and accommodating and access to laundry machine and dryer was free to use.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good facilities of the rooms. Unfortunately, the public transport is not so good to reach. 10 minutes walk must be planned. Quiet area in the residential area with limited free parking facilities.

The staff were professional, helpful and polite. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Fitness room and sauna were also good. Nice hotel, great staff near my tram. Clean with kitchenette. Well equipped. Good price! I will stay there again.

Good hotel, unfortunately there is no pool (but a great sauna and fitness area).
It is located in a beautiful location (next to a park with pond and green area) and has good service and nice staff.

Comfortable rooms with kitchenette including minibar filling at a good price. Clean, comfortable beds, modern furnishings. Restaurant with very tasty food. Foyer with sitting area under palm trees at the bar is top!

It's a nice place. Unfortunately the room they rented me had cigarettes on the floor and smelled of smoke. They insisted on switching me to another room. The city bed tax, that they're supposed to waive, they kept, even though I printed out their form on their website, and gave it to them. Then the daytime reception clerk kept arguing about how they wouldn't return the paid for tax. Which I wasn't interested in. I'm not interested in arguing with him. I just want him to hear my complaint and do something about it if he can. Some of the other staff were really really nice though and promised me to take care of it. Which the daytime clerk, of course, corrected and said they were wrong, they would not. :) They should not offer a form to have the business tax returned on their website if they don't want to return it. No food or cafe in the neighborhood, and the restaurant is only open at night. If you don't mind walking, it's fine and reasonably priced.

Room and especially bathroom so lightning shiny as rare, even the small Kitchinette, bed with very good mattress and just such blanket, friendly reception. I cannot say anything about the breakfast and spa area, as I have not used either. Only the opening of the hotel room with the card was, if at all, a reason to complain; It was only after several attempts and a telephone call with the reception that I understood that the mechanism was no longer quite "dewy" and needed a bit of "persuasion".

The location is not the most convenient, but the hotel is decent!

A normal hotel in a good area of Berlin for adequate money.

Very Nice hotel and clean hotel, with a sauna and fitness center. The rooms are big and comfortable, A kitchenette is available in the room with, pot and pans, plates, glasses, silverware. If you have a dog there is a good area for them to play. Overall a great stay.

We stayed there 5 night. Everything was great. We had a kitchenette as well, in case you want to cook and to eat in the room. Free mini-bar. Nice, clean, close somehow to tram 5-10 minutes, and not far from city center. Zone A-B. Public transportation in Germany +++. Recommended!

A neat residential property for business trips composed of hotel apartments and rooms. Rooms are equipped with desks and small kitchens where residents can prepare thier own hot meals. The dinner is clean and food is fine if you decide to spare the time and have your meal thier. The hotel is business friendly, you can find a computer equipped with a printer at the loopy. The hotel has a gym, sanwa and if you are seeking fun after working hours the hotel has a wonderful lake with marvelous view. Staff are super polit and helpful rooms are clean as the rest of the place. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel thanks to all working staff.

Overall this is an excellent hotel with good accommodation and helpful friendly staff. The only big negative was a disastrous family celebration meal marred by inadequate staffing (over an hour to receive drinks! ) and failed communication. (Specially requested item didn't appear though later found prepared in kitchen. ) Manager dealt well with complaint and reduced meal bill by 20%. My wife's whole meal consisted of a single bland chicken breast as the requested French fries were coated twisties! This was granddaughter's birthday celebration for which we had travelled from UK. We had an apartment room which was good for three adults with odd dietary needs. The bed for the third adult was a folding single under the stairs which was comfortable but prevented the adjacent door from closing. Two free bottles of beer and water each day were nice. (Why not three for three sharing? ) Despite the problems we would stay here again. Perhaps avoiding the restaurant!

Staying here to be near family in Weissensee. Three adults sharing apartment — on two floors, folding single bed in lounge downstairs. Surprisingly comfortable! Small kitchenette reasonably well equipped. Two free beers and waters per day. Restaurant good. We chose to make our own breakfast and lunches. 10 mins walk to tram then 15 mins to Alexanderplatz. (Tickets can be bought at Reception. ) Hotel staff very helpful.

We were only there one day, that was then enough. First, the price-performance ratio is not justified. The sink should be renewed and the kitchenette was quite nice, but also old. I didn't love the breakfast. We had to wait for a seat, because unfortunately there were not enough places available for all guests. I've never had that. Selection for the price is not OK. The worst part was that the friendly staff at the reception were not familiar with card payment, so I was now deducted 2 times the room price. Had called immediately when I noticed this and unfortunately there was still no feedback on this. Had already gotten better hotel rooms for less money. What a pity.

Tastefully furnished, easy to feel good. We are happy to pamper you in hotels, but it is also nice if you can cook a tea or coffee and keep your fruit in the fridge. Great with this little kitchenette. Nice and quiet location.

Typical lack of customer service when my reservation (which was 'guaranteed and confirmed' via email) was cancelled and rude members of the reservations department refuse to do anything to help or even bother to listen.

Had a two night booking to attend family event in the city. Room 227 was brilliant, great size for a much longer stay, had kitchenette with fridge, microwave, 2 ring hot plate, and all you would need to cook. Got a small balcony overlooking the beer garden. Good value for the room. Good breakfast. Didn't try the restaurant but did one at nearby Weisser See which was very good. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is a bother to do for you. Not sure if I will get back to this part of Berlin, but if I do this will be my choice to stay at.

I had chosen another hotel, but my German friends recommended this hotel, and I was completely satisfied. Excellent reception. Reserved. Very good value for money.

I strongly recommend this hotel, very clean and friendly stuff. Good position, close to the park. Two restaurants close to the hotel and the beer garden in the back of the hotel. Supermarket Netto at 5 minutes walk, for those who stay longer and need it. By car 15 minutes to Alexander Platz.

Stayed for 2 nights on business and as a sole traveller found the hotel very comfortable and well equipped for my needs. The food in the restaurant was excellent and very good value for money. I would happily stay there again.

A very quiet hotel easily accessible by tram. Excellent bedding. All applications are treated with flawless professionalism. Very comfortable apartment tastefully furnished with everything you need to feel comfortable.

Not the luxury that imagine in a 4 star but the comforts, yes, are unimaginable: this is a hotel that offers only mini-apartments, that is, comfortable studios with bed, sitting area, office corner More, of course, the bathroom but also a Fully equipped kitchenette (hob, sink, oven, even dishwasher) as well as crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. The service is great especially for business trips of a few days. I would stay here again.

We came in for Berlin Marathon, though the Marathon start point was a bit far, Hotel guys helped us reaching there with out any problems, also the hotel location and everything is absolutely great. Hotel is situated in the middle of residence area and hence not much of noises around. The park near by is a visual treat and great for morning walk or jog. I would recommend few things… Keep a pamphlet clearly marking "how to reach" Marathon Start point and Expo centres. Check out time shall be 12 instead of 11am. Restaurant needs to have more choices… a complimentary bus (or charged) will be helpful for the runners to reach Marathon start point.

We stayed at this hotel for nights. Quiet location at 8km from the center. For us nn was a problem as we arrived in Berlin by bike. Bus stop in front of the hotel, tram and metro a short distance away. Breakfast a little pricey, we opted to get her in one of the many bakeries that are around. Good value/prezzo.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, sauberes Hotel, sauberes Zimmer und sehr motivierte Mitarbeiter. Komme immer wieder gerne.

The hotel is tidy and clean, nothing wrong with that but apart from that we feel ripped off! We had agreed that we could move our non-refundable room to another date. But in the end they did not agree and we had to pay for the rooms twice. That costs us 300 euros extra! We also had to pay 25 euros for an extra bed which was promised us free of charge.

Schnäppchen über ebay, das Frühstück und das Zimmer waren gut, leider trügt die Beschreibung. Das Hotel befindet sich nicht direkt am See, wir bekamen eins der wenigen Zimmer ohne Balkon.

A bit far from the Center but very quiet and very good quality.

Es war ein toller Kurztrip nach Berlin und das Hotel hat dazu beigetragen. Super Zimmer, toller Service, ein fabelhaftes Frühstück. Absolut zu empfehlen. Alle Daumen hoch :).

Das Hotel war etwas schwierig zu finden (wenn man sehr müde zu Fuß ankommt und sich nicht auskennt). Die Zimmer sind charmant und das Bett erstaunlich bequem. Die Einrichtung ist teilweise allerdings schon etwas runtergerockt, z. B. Das Waschbecken verfärbt. Ich habe eine Information zu dem mitgebuchten Wellnesspaket beim Check in vermisst, so haben wir es nicht wahrgenommen. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet, toller hochwertiger Tee. Leider ist der Raum nicht besonders schön und ohne jeden Stil.

Hotel was fine, matrace was not fine, internet does not work (bad cignal), repeaters are not installed to manage that problem. Other than that it is a nice place but not that extraordinary good. The price I paid for it was 50 Euro breakfast included. The room for two persons would be a little bit small. But as I was alone it did not bother me.

We were two days on duty in the Hotel Königin Luise. The value for money it is the Best of what I have so far in this category Berlin've experienced. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the staff attentive and helpful and the food is perfect, even if it's only a small card. On the situation I can't say anything since our appointment in the immediate vicinity took place, and in Berlin we can't do anything wanted. I would the Hotel anytime again select. Nevertheless, here are also two criticisms, our stay did not significantly tarnished, but the overall impression with little effort to improve. 1. The on-line booking via the Homepage of the hotel is an impertinence. After I had tried in vain a cheap Rate with Breakfast to book, and the form to me yet again and again, drinks and Breakfast for extra charge offered, I've given up and booked by phone. It went very well and the fellow at the other end gave me an even better deal as made available on the Web. 2. In the sauna area lack of English-language references to the use of a Sauna. Also here I had to experience that foreign guests in bathing suit without a towel in the Sauna and with the welded stuff then without showers into the plunge pool jumped. This is simply unhygienic. The relaxation room is pleasant and cool, because of the above, fresh air is incorporated.

Nice and friendly staff! Really good breakfast with a wide choice! Nice, clean and space full rooms, the decor was a bit dated, but everything else more than compensated! Last but most importantly, an exceptionally comfortable bed! Really worth it.

A very affordable apartment with a small kitchen, however no plates or cutlery. Nice shrubs in front. The breakfast for 14.50 € appears like a joke for business trips. The Weißer See is just around the corner to take a swim.
