It was nice and simple, it didn’t have too much but for €50, that’s an offer. There was free Wi-Fi. The beds weren’t the most comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were on the hard side. No ac. Restaurant closes early. Bar does not open unless the staff wants it to. Inexpensive rooms. Delightful chamber maids with peppy personality.

Cozy and very good price performance ratio. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Apartments were big and had cookers etc. More than we expected so good value.

The hotel is ok. Location wise, there is nothing really around in the vicinity Wifi sucks! There is limited to no service in the rooms, have to come down to the reception where Wi-Fi is strongest. At the reception desk, there was an African man who I found to be rude. In terms of food, they have limited dinner options. Breakast is decent. The room is decent size, washroom is massive.

Nice quiet room at a great price, what more could you want. Sure, there are more central locations, but with the subway (5 minutes walk) you are relatively fast everywhere.

I was very pleased with the room, spacious, clean and comfortable.
The prices of a room are modest compared to the average price of a hotel in Berlin.
The hotel is about 10 minutes from a metro stop, but the neighborhood is not the best to walk around in the evening, as the streets are not very lighted.
The staff at the front desk is very friendly and speaks good English but the restaurant did not recommend it. The dishes offered are few, the lighting in the restaurant room is scarce and even the quality of the food is not excellent.

The hotel is spacious and clean. We get two single beds but there are double beds. There's a little fridge. Large bathroom but small shower. Carpeted room.

The hotel is quite worn out, my room was very noisy through the street, the furniture in the room look like they were from the 60s and the dinner in the restaurant was also rather not great.

Fine room, good breakfast, good value for money.

Hotel is very basic. Beds not comfy. Duvets are like sand paper. Terrible smell coming from sink in bathroom. Very out of the way from anything.

Reception very nice. The lobby is suitable for disabled guests. It is safe there but there was mold in the bathroom. The stars are overrated. But favorable.

Payment is required directly in check in. Parking costs an extra fee. Room was noisy die to elevator next to it. Rooms are simple and with very basic equipment only. No air conditioning and Minibar empty. Price of ca 45€ for overnight is adequate.

It's OK. However, a lady at the reception was not very friendly and the cashier at the bar did not work at least one could not be booked into the room. The room itself was tidy and clean without any complaints.

The hotel is located far from the center and sights of Berlin. There is no sense to walk. The hotel itself is on a solid three. The hotel is very clean. For receipts stops it is possible to stop here, but not for tourist purpose.

The room was ok for one night, unfortunately in the bathroom mold was on the walls. On the corridors it has stank a lot, unfortunately the windows there cannot be opened.
Breakfast was fine, too. Plus for the fresh fruit! The staff are nice and courteous, too.

Mold in the room, lots of spider weaving in the sleeping area, the walls are dirty and the sheets have stunk.
This hotel is not worth 4 stars. I find it a cheekiness to give a dirty hotel 4 stars.

Bath was full of mold, cleanliness is not really the strength of the cleaning lady. The second star get the hotel just because we quickly got a better room.

Lots of mold in the bathroom and very large spider weaving in the room. The walls in the hallway are dirty and look very worn out. In general, this hotel makes a descend impression. For 4 stars I expect much more!

First room we got was a bit dirty. After we change it was ok. Expensive breakfast, compare to that what you can eat.

It's a bit of an old place location close enough to the middle of Neukolln but is a nice quiet area and a professional lobby area. We got the biggest rooms which had plenty of space for 2 guests and even a 3rd if needed, and they do a slightly above average breakfast.

Room and bathroom clean and quite big. The furniture is quite old, but nonetheless in a good condition. Breakfast was good. 24h reception. The only disadvantage was that you could hear street noises even with the window closed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bathroom had a bath and shower. The menu in the restaurant needs a couple more items on it. Otherwise it's a good hotel close to the airport with a bus connection less than 100m away.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced. After calling ahead to clarify if we can ship our luggage ahead of time, we were confirmed and got the OK to send it on the phone. That was more than a week before our booking started. We arrived yesterday, and no luggage was there, and nobody knew a thing. After checking the DHL tracking numbers, we realized that it’s on its way back to the source. Another hour of talking to the hotel staff and absolutely no help we were left frustrated. I asked if they would at least clean the few things we have with us, so we have clothes to wear. The answer to that was I have to talk to the Boss in the morning shift. One hour ago, I went to the morning shift to further clarify. The straight up answer was: “We are sorry sir, but there is nothing we can help you with”. This is outrageous. No help offered, no price cut in the room, no offer to wash our clothes, no refund for the luggage we have to arrange for shipment here again. Only after practically begging, did they agree to wash our stuff in their own washing machine. But made very clear, it’s not going to be dry cleaned for us, since that was too expensive. And if something happened to our clothes in the washing machine, they won’t be held responsible. This is the worst service I have ever had, and today I am ashamed that I am German myself, if this is how people in this Country treat their guests.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice hotel, but very warm, because no air conditioning is available. The road noise is unmistakable with the window open. Parking for a fee in the parking garage or parking space possible.

Nice hotel, nothing extreme, nice breakfast buffet, friendly stuff. The room was nice and clean. There were many bus connections directly at the hotel. The subway 500 m away.

very high price (for football finals) booked. Absolutely overpriced. The room was the bathroom, okay but not really clean. It was much too hot and noisy rooms (bad window). It would have everything but not a problem.

The announcement was at the front desk to do so: there was a power failure during the night and the water heater is broken. "Force majeure" — that's the very unfriendly Lady at the front desk has tells us more or less angeschriehen has us. Absolute Frechheit! It does so with guests? There was no excuse and no explanation. We wanted to reduce the amount, out came the unfriendly announcement that we have to pay the full amount and must then submit a written complaint. This is done right now.

Reception all chic, the hammer, much choice breakfast very tasty. The staff is super nice. The rooms where clean and with everything in there you need what. The bathroom, gruesome. Rust on the heating toilet dirty and very dirty from the sink the coating dissolves from the faucet in the shower, the faucet is poorly built the water pressure very high, and the outflow totally unable to cope with a little water. It is available now in the water with the feet.
So up on the bathroom, a beautiful attractive hotel.

Great value for location and room space.

Rooms old, fabric on the bed totally broken, bathroom tiles broken, water damage on the ceiling. Filth and rubbish of a long time behind the bed and bedside tables. Mattresses soft and slip at Night apart. Carpet dirty. Breakfast has never been so bad! Little choice, cheese, ground pork and Mozzarella is totally underway, and the every Morning! Hotel on very busy 4spurigen road. Creepy and never in live 4 stars, rather 2! Already in many Hotels been, but not so!

A bit anachronic room design and standard for four star hotel. Good breakfasts, but definitely not excellent.

Very nice Hotel, well located, friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with all that you need. Wi-Fi available. With the U-Bahn are the important places of interest all within easy reach. Good Restaurants are within walking distance (El Toro). Prices are okay (even at the Bar). Nice small Park right next door.

No non smoking rooms: (4 star hotel 10+ years ago. They take your booking 24 hours in advance when you get here to give you a smoking room. The room is outdated, beds are very small. Antique 20 year old television. Nothing in the area such a shops and restaurants.

Very nice moderenes Hotel. Staff very nice and courteous. Hotel room very clean but a bit small for a double room, the only drawback, the room had no air conditioning. Preileistung is just class, for 3 nights 270€ for a double room + garage. Conclusion: Very nice Hotel at an Unbeatable price.

Clean; not much to do around there.

Be very careful to choose this property. That happened to me this is very regrettable. While eating breakfast went into the room and they went through bags stealing money on tablets and violating my space. But the most regrettable is that the property owners what happened isn't their responsibility washing their hands. Do you think anyone can enter your Chambers without the slightest control as if you were on the street. Crazy. A hotel that doesn't take their responsibility is not to be considered as a better buy a tent and get in the way maybe is far more secure. Very bad management.
There are better places for luck.

A very good Hotel, the friendliness characterizes them, even though you don't speak the language, but will return a wide eachother if they see that you know 2 or 3 words in German, or at least if one tries to speak… the room is very wide in occupation for two people easy, the food is very good. And as said before, this removed from the center, but nothing that cannot be solved with the metro, and it reaches one rapidisimo.

Very angenemes hotel is very to recommend great price.

All in all a good Hotel at a good price. The beds were not quite to my Taste, but my wife found them very good. If you have a cheap and good place to Stay in Berlin is looking and of no value to a hip area, then that fits the Hotel very well. U-Bahn is 10min walk away. Underground Parking is also against a small Endgeld usable.

Outdated hotel in a more or less industrial and shabby area.

We spent a week in the Hotel Blub. In the first place, I must say that it is not in the center, but is just minutes from the metro stop of Neuköln, so there is no problem of situation. It cost us 32 euros per night. The first night we spent in a room with the windows in the roof. In the morning, as the curtains not covering the sun with the windows tilted, came the light and we despertábamos at dawn. We ask that we change and the receptionists were very friendly. You could not for that night, but they gave us a room immense, as of the hotel. Had a kitchen even, and the rest of the stay we were very comfortable. The room did not include breakfast, which we drank in the bar near the metro stop. By the way, there don't speak much English (at least in the cafeteria), but the breakfast, ask the ask, are better and cheaper than in the center. In summary, very happy with the hotel, especially with the price-quality ratio and the staff, very friendly.
