• You will receive an important email from the accommodation shortly after booking.
  
  Please note that the apartments are located at different locations in Berlin. For the exact address of each apartment, please see the room description.
  
  Guests are kindly requested to check in at the address stated on the booking confirmation, and to contact kurzzeit-wg in advance of check-in.
  
  The hand over of the keys after 10 pm is only possible by prior arrangement. The arrangement will be made with a neighbour who receives 15€ for this service. This has to be organized in advance and can not be guaranteed when asked for on the same day.
  
  Please note smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and stairwell. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the courtyard. Any violation of this policy will result in a € 100 fine and eviction from the property, with no refund given.
  
  Please note that an extra bed is not available in every apartment. Baby cots are not available in any apartment.
