The worst experience ever! Safe your nerves and vacation time! In case u still choose this apartment for staying, keep an eye on your valuables. It was very sad to spend half of the day of our small vacation to wait and to talk to police.
You cannot feel safe in this place. We made reservation in this town centre apartments. We ve tried to reach their management to confirm our time of arrival but nobody neither responded to our e mails nor phone calls. When we arrived we found out that there is a small reception room on the back yard of the apartments. We made check in (they told us that they haven't got our emails/calls) got our keys (just one for the group of 6) and enter our apartment. Building is very old, with dirty staircases and entrances. There is no CCTV (except for the garbage bins) Hot water is not stable so you can burn or freeze, the toiletseat was barely hanging, walls needed fresh paint, internet signal is very weak, rooms are very dirty and ceiling in the bathroom is covered with the fungi. Photos of the apartment on the website do not match real picture of this place. But lets move on. We left our stuff in our rooms and went for a short walk. When we came back we found out that our valuables were stolen. When we tried to speak with the reception girl named Irina who was on duty this time she was very rude and unhelpful and suggested us to forget what happened, because nobody will help us there, but she reassure us that “dont worry, robbers come only once”. Police told us that there are many cases like that at this place, and its very hard to find who broke in. So I would like to inform future visitors of this place to keep an eye on your valuables.
