Very good hotel. Place is perfect. Close to S Bahn. Room is clean and stylish. Personal was very kind and responsive.

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Problems are accepted and try to solve them optimally. The rooms are NH standard and appropriate. Smoking rooms no longer exist, but smoking terraces on the 6th floor. These invite you to linger. The location is good, right in the city. All in all a good hotel with a good location.

Located quite centrally, the location is actually wonderful.
But the mattress was so unpleasantly read through that it was impossible to sleep.
Despite the complaint, the mattress was only turned over, unfortunately the other side was right through.
Therefore, I cannot recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.
After three nights there I had a week of back problems. (to info, I weigh 58 kilos, how are people with higher weight doing then? )

Stayed here with my dad to see the rolling stones, stayed an extra day to sightsee the city. Beds were great, employees very friendly and the breakfast had lots of choices and was very tasty. Make sure to be on time for breakfast, or you risk having to wait for a table…

The room is spacious, but not light enough. The room was very clean and slippers. The air conditioner is quaint (and not only in my room…)
But good location on the tourist street and near the Metro.

Position is great. Centrally located near the TU Berlin and the Kudamms. Still quiet.
Service is good and flexible.
Breakfast buffet could be a bit bigger but contains all the essential and good choices.
Some rooms in the travel group have slight problems with the ventilation.

A good city hotel in a convenient location with all the amenities of its class and friendly service. I liked the breakfast above average. The spa area could be a little better cared for but has a nice rooftop terrace.

Within walking distance of the zoo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Reception staff were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was very large and everything freshly prepared.

Everything was adequate, some of it was a little bit of furniture, but all in all solid performance. The iron was unfortunately not good and a kettle was not in the room either. Breakfast was OK, unfortunately no fresh juices, just concentrate.

Clean, comfortable and located in a silent street between U1 and S Bahn station. Close to Kurfürstendamm. Breakfast is good and there is everything you expect from a good hotel, but nothing more. Staff is nice, Wi-Fi is good; not the cheapest solution in town, but no surprises.

For 4-star, this hotel makes almost everything right. Prepared for the guest; The rooms are more than just clean. There is no open wish. The bed is like 5 stars.
A star deduction is available for the slow W-lan despite premium access. This is better in the year 2017 in Berlin!
Otherwise always recommended!

We stayed two nights at this hotel and had breakfast there.
Location perfect. Food very good. The staff in the dining room very attentive and nice. The room was Okee. The restaurant bar is perfect when you can end the day with beautiful music and a glass of wine.

A very good hotel, the room is very good, the service very good, the breakfast complete and varied.
It is not central but it has a restaurant, bars and shops very close as well as a Metro stop with which you can go to the centre of Berlin.

Had a very warm welcome. They have complimentary snacks in the lobby. The ambience is cosy.

Standard double room, was comfortable and good value for money. Good location with trains and buses within walking distance.

The rooms are nice, large enough and it is also cleaned when you hang the sign on the door. The staff are nice and responsive immediately to needs or concerns.

Centrally located, very friendly reception, the cleanliness of our room was not the best we say, lots of dust and unpleasant smell in the room…

Excellent service. Spacious room, great for a family of four like ours. Top location, quiet, but very close to restaurants, shops, and very well connected with S/U stations a few steps away.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Some rooms are opposite train tracks, but front desk was happy to move me to a quieter room.

Disgusting room, smelt of sewage. The receptionist treated me like an idiot and thought it was funny. We walked out without staying the night. Disgusting treatment.

My room was accessed through a car park in another part of the hotel which didn't feel too safe as a single female traveller and moreover, just wasn't what I was expecting. The safe in the room didn't work either, which I did ask to be looked into. The worst problem was the room was literally right next to the train tracks which don't just have local trains, they also have those double decker DB trains which go past last into the night. I asked to change rooms but couldn't due to the hotel being fully booked. I was told to come by the next day to see if another room would be available which I couldn't until later in the day due to work commitments. When I did try to approach the subject, it was obviously a difficult, busy night for the reception desk because they seemed to think it was my fault for not coming to them earlier and pretty much waved me away. I have to say, I have stayed in NH hotels before and thought the service generally matched the price but this time I felt a bit cheated. To balance on a final point, the room inside was nice and the location of the hotel is great.

We — older couple that kept us two days at the NH Hotel Berlin Kurfürstendamm on and felt there excellent repealed. Very friendly & always helpful staff, both at reception, as well as in the Breakfast restaurant. The Breakfast is really satisfy every Wish. Everything is perfectly clean. The Superior double room was bright & quiet. The only disadvantage is that : in relation to the Size of the room is the bathroom UE's much too small! Also would be a second chair for reading etc recommended (space is available). Wi-Fi worked flawlessly. A closed garage is located directly next door and is dry foot from the Hotel. The bottom line : An ideal and very recommendable Hotel for a city break.

Good Central Hotel with good rooms and Service. Except the Breakfast, I think with 22.50 Euro per Person fully covered Room direction Grolmannstrasse very loud.

The Hotel itself I find very good, it is very well located, one is in 3 minutes with the S-Bahn. It is very clean, the Service is nice. If you are not a Breakfast Bay, still decides to have Breakfast are 20 euros (Buffet), I find a bit too much. Announced it the day before, it is 15 Euro. Free Wi-Fi is available, however, with a Geschwindigkeitsbeschränkumg of 256kb/s and 100mb download limit. You can get many approaches to get as you want to, for Uploads, etc, this Is still annoying. For VPN Connections, and Surfing without Limit, 6, 60 euros per day is payable.

Overall, very good. Bathroom small but everything is present. Very clean! Service very nice and before coming. Breakfast very rich and delicious. And from 6-11pm! Keep it up.

The locaton was good, near to the CityCenter by just 5 min walk! My room was in House 2 wich is exactly located next to the railways and every 3 minutes pass a train by and you cant fall sleep at night! Wont recommend to anyone.
