We stayed here for a weekend and actually only used the house to sleep. The rooms were clean and relatively large, the only shortcoming was the beds. The mattresses were extremely soft, and unsuitable for people with back problems. The breakfast was okay, nothing special but sufficient and for the total price it was unbeatable.

Hotel is garbage is not safe, there is no fire and anti-theft facilities, bathroom is poor and door locks are useless, the room is crowded and small almost all from the double room with a few beds when three people, four-person room, room facilities only a small TV and wardrobe even the refrigerator is useless. Not recommended to live.

Worst service. My friends was stolen money during the morning in the camere when they were doing breakfast and the hotel said the responsable was our.

Rooms could be bigger. Hygiene goes like this. Mieft in the whole hotel.

Das Hotel ist unweit des Bahnhof Charlottenburg gelegen und damit gut angebunden. In 10min ist man im Herzen Berlins. Unser Zimmer war für diese Kategorie angemessen groß. Damit sind die positiven Aspekte bereits abgehakt. Sowohl Bad als auch das Zimmer selbst waren nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Die Badamaturen sind teils lose und aus Plastik. Der Duschschlauch ist undicht. Die Matratzen waren derart durchgelegen — ich hatte die schlimmste Nacht die ich je in einem Hotel verbracht habe. Das Personal war kühl aber nicht unfreundlich. Im Zimmer und Bad waren an Decken und Ecken Spinnweben. Schade!

In the middle of Berlin. Perfect for a short trip.

The rooms are small, the bathroom is acceptable. The bed is very comfortable. Location near the station, pretty good. The breakfast is not that good. All in all I recommend it.

I state that I stayed in the property on a school trip so some things might differ from reality.
Hotel Bella Location: within 5 minutes walking distance you will reach the elevated station or a large shopping street with many luxury shops and locals to eat. As for the interior I can say that I did not encounter any problems: the rooms were clean. There is no Wi-Fi and to get it just ask the front desk to receive a temporary account. The only meal that is made available inside the structure is the classic self-service breakfast while for dinner you have to move to a nearby restaurant, for lunch I do not know.

Rude staff, dusty environment, lacking shower. The only good note are the meatballs at breakfast.

Excellent value for money, friendly welcome, great breakfast, if I go back to Berlin, this is where I will go.

Price performance does not match here. The breakfast buffet is very good. Room comfort rather low. Definitely gives better hotels in Berlin. For me the first and last time.

Eine gute Lage. 3 Minuten von der Bahn. Das Zimmer ist in Ordnung, gross genug und sauber. Das Frühstück bietet viel zur Auswahl an. Qualität wie für 3 Sterne.

Very quiet place, clean enough, basic in reception, great location, close to Metro, good breakfast, great compromise if you want to save money.

A reasonably priced cute little hotel. Rooms aren't very modern, but clean and functional. Located what seemed like a safe area, close to public transport connections, although it is a little far from the city centre: takes about 20-30 min to Alexanderplatz. Would recommend!

The beds were quite comfy but the breakfast didn't boast a great choice — average-. The Wi-Fi was also quite uncomfortable (you have to get off and ask for a user/pass printed on a ticket and individual at the reception) and not very fast… enough to check the social.

The check-in was not that great: it looked like the girl had something else to do. He gave me the key and greeted me. At other hotels They tell you at least where to find the room. I had to then go back to ask for the Wi-Fi password. However the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Hotel is well located and the 2 rooms seem to be neat.
We had booked two 4 room of apartments. On-site we have communicated to get, we receive but only one this and 2 twin rooms. All discussion on the switch were unsuccessful. The family had in the double room… the lucky ones.
We arrived in the "4" room. This was run something down and the sofa bed for the kids was very old and unsuitable as a bed (children slept ultimately with us in bed).
But the disaster was that the "non-smoking apartment" resembled an ashtray. Here nothing was been smoked, but here must be the place to been be great over the years. The smell hung in any fabric. Everywhere. Not to hold out.
It was not known the ladies at the recession (a joke). We got no help and coughed us through the weekend.
Never again!

Place not far from the Centre and the underground station, the Orion Hotel boasts spacious and equipped with all comforts needed to make the hotel a perfect three stars. The service was decent although not characterized by a wide variety of foods. Room cleaning services finally are good, timely and accurate.

Comfortable, affordable, close to Charlottenburg train station. Stayed there in 2014, will again when traveling to Berlin later this year.

Have for years used! Top Service, very clean, friendly! Breakfast is priced appropriately.

Cheap rooms + great Breakfast + speak Russian.

On the S-Bahn and free Wi-Fi give 2 stars. The rooms are bland, mattresses totgelegen and the Breakfast amazing. On 1, 5 sqm cavort the guests with food supply. Reminds me a little of my military service. Effectively Yes, but the question is not how. 3 Parking spaces for hotel guests. Not just lush. We were very fortunate to have a found in the area. After I got my neighbor to the left hear snoring and the right Spit I would also say that it is rather noisy. I'm no longer safe here.

Much better choices. Even so, the staff couldn't seem to care less whether the guests are satisfied. Soon sort of strange Groupon-effect going on here, I think. However, they do seem to make more of an effort on breakfast which I'd give a "1".
