Nice place on our way to the Italian.

Nice 4 star hotel. Good rooms and breakfast. The gym was in a physiotherapy-clinic adjacently connected to the hotel.

As an American this is an interesting hotel. The rooms are larger than the typical European hotel and it has a very nice atrium and bar area. The breakfast is ok but not outstanding. I've stayed here several times before when I've been in Regensburg on business. It has convenient access to the A93 and is reasonably priced. This is my first stay during the summer and it's been hot. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the rooms really has not been up to the task and the room has been warmer than I'm really comfortable with. Even so, I'll be back but maybe try something else in the summer.

So I haven't experienced anything like this before! Here in the room is terrible noise since 6:30 a. M. I can only advise anyone against occupancy of room No. 122. A sleepless night is guaranteed to the hotel guest here. I am therefore extremely disappointed by the hotel.

I had been twice for a Fortbildung which was conducted there. It was a nice stay at the hotel. Friendly and cozy atmosphere. Rooms are neat. Other services are commentable. There is a restaurant attatched to the hotel which was pretty good.

Very nice staff. Good breakfast. "2" is because my 1st "no smoking" room was filled w cigarette smoke. Not sure why cleaning person didn't report that. 2nd room had 2 small & uncomfortable single beds. Both nights, room was too warm for good sleep and no ability to cool below 22C. Opened window didn't help, even though outside was.

Yes is average for the 4 stars. Room big clean lineness could be better.

Das Best Western Novina Hotel in Regensburg war sehr toll. Ein höflicher und zügiger Empfang. Die Mitarbeiter hatten stets ein lächeln im Gesicht. Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet und das Frühstück wahr sehr vielfältig und äußerst lecker. Leider konnte ich die Sauna nicht nutzen. Weiterhin hat das Hotel eine gute Lage und ist von der Autobahn gut erreichbar. Zum Stadtzentrum geht es auch sehr zügig. Rundum ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Große saubere Zimmer und minibar mit kostenlosen alkoholfreien Getränken. Die Bar war sehr schön und das angrenzende Restaurant war super. Tiefgarage bietet genug Platz. Kosten fürs Parken 8 Euro pro Tag. Direkte Anbindung zur Autobahn. Angenehmer Aufenthalt während einer Dienstreise.

The hotel is very good. The reception is assured in several languages according to the clientele. The rooms are spacious and clean. Outdoor and underground parking. Spa/beauty treatments etc… Everything to stay. I've been loyal to it for years.
Breakfast is more than complete; There are some for all tastes. Trying is adopting it (:

Have spent a night there. Basically an excellent hotel, service at the reception was excellent, breakfast also. The room was large, clean and beautiful. Only deficiency and therefore also a star deduction for the two completely permeated beds. The night was therefore far from pleasant and led to massive back pain all day so far for my girlfriend and me. Too bad, because a pleasant night's sleep should be one of the most important aspects for a hotel.

Good hotel, which actually deserved 5 stars, would not have been an incident with a very unfriendly staff on departure. He prefers to send mother with infant to the door than himself, as he said, to push the button for the barrier system which was no 4m away from him. Just so that the mother stands in front of a locked gate of the underground garage and does not get through to the barrier. When she came back after that, the clerk praised her for no further glance. Only when other guests interfered, he pressed the button with no comment. Which was really a matter of only 10 seconds.

Staff is amazing. They go all the way and beyond to solve your problem. Room is clean and bed is comfy. German-standard.

Nice place not far from the city center. Nice modern rooms, very comfortable. Very nice staff who also speaks good English.

7DF-20F: Nice big room suite with sitting area. Comfortable bed. This room felt really large after coming from a very small room hotel in Oslo. A little upscale than most Best Western motels.

Room was very nice! Dinner at the restaurant hotel was not okay for me! A herb butter was served, which disintegrated into several parts during cutting… When I asked the waiter what it was, he said, "Herbal butter"! I then say "sorry, you can't delete them! "! Reaction of the waiter: "Then it's too cold! " — for me a NoGo, at least if you get the impression of a high-quality restaurant! Won't return there!

Nice hotel with great atmosphere. Room was generously cut and nicely appointed. The service at the reception and the bar friendly and very professional. However, I find 14 EUR for a breakfast just too much — I do without.

Very friendly staff. The thick solid pillows are not my favorites. Everything else is good. Clean, tidy and well organized. Delicious food in the lounge.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Many free extras are offered. The staff was very nice and helpful. For breakfast there was a great choice at the buffet, I didn't miss anything.

The design ensures a relatively high level of noise in the room. You can listen to the bar and its guests. Otherwise it is a great hotel with good food.

I have not stayed here yet and rate what I have experienced so far as a participant of an event.
All is clean, the food is very good and the service in the restaurant very helpful and fast. Also the reception is very helpful. The provided sound system didn't really work. Many times the system. The main reason for the point deduction is the distance from the city centre and miserable Anbindungvam public transport. In a small town like Regensburg, it runs on long waiting times when 150 people want to leave at the same time and most need a taxi.

Located close to the Autobahn and City Center can easily be accessed by public transport. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Would recommend.

This is one of the most awesome hotels I’ve ever stayed at, it is friendly, lively, the staff are attentive, the menu is amazing, and overall it is well priced.

Very good service, nice room and good breakfast. There is Subway and Lidl nearby which are very convenient. Parking in hotel garage is €8, heard that there are free parking spaces nearby.

Friendly and efficient personnel — well equipped spacious rooms. Well presented and varied breakfast with something for every guest. An excellent stopover for road warriors.

For me it was a one night on the road stop, great place to stay, nice people and good service. The gulash soup from the late snacks menu for room service is great, but I would recommend you order 2 :) breakfast coffe just great!

Friendly reception, decent size room, large bed (a bit firm), nice high shower, breakfast buffet with anything you like. Perfect stop over on the way to the south.

It is a good place for Americans staying in Regensburg. It is much more like the hotels we are used to than a smaller independent hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms are quite large. The breakfast has a nice selection. There are plenty of parking spots. The Wi-Fi coverage is good.

The room was clean. They have excellent buffet breakfast at the restaurant and a garage parking under the hotel. Excellent service and very friendly staff.

Modern and large room, sauna across the hall, free non alcoholic items in minibar, great breakfast, underground parking. It's pretty far from the centre, but a taxi gets you there quickly for 12.40 euro. Stayed in Aug 2015

Easy to reach right off the Autobahn. Room was tidy but not really clean (splashes on bathroom door, hairs in bed, lots of dirt under bed). Pillows were horrible, rest of the bedding was fine. Breakfast was good; Weisswurst for breakfast was a nice touch, staff of 4 young girls seemed a bit overwhelmed. Parking garage is not included but 7€/night extra. Room was quiet.

We were three days in this hotel. Everything was perfect. Great ambience, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel is beautiful no doubt, but the staff visually absolutely incompetent and unfriendly!
Business watch! the breakfast is always on the Bill! even if it is not taken. On demand I'd "it always is, and they could do nothing because" said.
This is very poor for a hotel in this price range!

We stayed for 2 nights in this beautiful modern Hotel. The location is quite ok, about a 5-10min Taxi ride to the old town. Rooms are spacious, clean, modern, & it will be offered everything, what you from a hotel room wishes. The Breakfast buffet is very rich, delicious, all fresh, there remains no desire openly. I especially would like the friendliness & helpfulness of all the staff highlight — here the guest is really king! Thank you, we come very gladly again :-)

For Seminar is well suited. Snacks for breaks is well-seminar room pleasant. Pick nick lunch in the old brickyard, not so great.

I can mixed review here do not understand and would like to make a counterpoint. We were in this summer (2013) in five Bavarian cities in five Hotels of comparable price range, but Regensburg was clearly the best. Modern, spacious rooms, super friendly staff, very good food, both at Breakfast and in the Restaurant. If there is something you want to criticize, then the relatively poor access to public transport services in the direction of downtown.

One more thing not conveneince for me for restaurant no service for lunch on sun and sat and then how I can have lunch? if I stay in this hotel.
