A really pretty yet modern inn and hotel in Bavaria. Had a room in the bungalow with terrace, very modern. Wouldn't you necessarily expect that way in traditional Bavaria. But just a young operator very sympathetic to us — couple. Very good, inexpensive cuisine, good drinks and very nice and brisk staff. Also as the starting point of a Bavaria — holiday, if you want to explore the Upper Palatinate, ideal. I was there for business and enjoyed the stay. Also the morning breakfast is great, everything there, very interesting bread — and bread selection and the egg is freshly prepared. Perfect start to the morning! Delicious, cosy and very happy again! Note to all guests — book directly and leave with-cash-strapped portals like HRS outside — the restaurateurs will thank you!

I had an overnight stay with my family from 24.03-25.03. And must say, absolutely the hammer. The rooms are very clean, very nicely decorated and everything you need. On each floor there is even a tea station which can be used free of charge. We were very welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Traditional fare cuisine at not high but absolutely highest level. A big thank you to the kitchen team.

The restaurant is nice, modern renovated. The service was very friendly and cordial and the food was very good. Although we were a larger group and there was a lot going on, we didn't have to wait long.

This is a very nice place, very modern and yet somehow… traditional and Bavarian. The food tastes fantastic but it's real huge portions. The service is nice and sympathetic. The view is beautiful, just at sunset.

I've been coming to the sun slope with my family for over 40 years. The family as well as the food have always been great, the rooms have been adapted to the standard over the years. Even after the conversion of the guest room at the beginning of this year, the coziness has not fallen by the wayside. Due to their several years of experience abroad, Jan and Maria have added the menu, but also (which is very important to me) keep the Bavarian dishes. Looking forward to our next visit again today.
