Was at Adobe Munich for a training. Chose the hotel because it's literally next doo r to their offices. Rooms are huge and well appointed, you immediately notice that they cater to the long-term stay clientele. In-house fitness studio and huge roof terrace are a plus. Welcome Beers in the fridge were a nice plus. Breakfast so-so. Discussed long-term stay prices with the reception. To be honest: Should I ever take a position in Munich again I'm looking into lodging there instead of renting. Prices are competitive given all the services they offer and the normal rent in Munich with so much less hassle than a normal flat.

I've been traveling to Munich on a monthly basis now and this is one of my favourite. Location is convenient, walking distance to — bus 50 to get to work, Georg-Brauchle-Ring station, the famous shopping mall, to a variety of supermarkets, to Asia Wok (fantastic Pho noodles). Room was more spacious than other hotels (3-4 star) I've stayed. Breakfast was pretty decent and was surprised to see porridge! Quiet peaceful area too.

The hotel is new, everything is clean, the room has a huge TV.

The hotel was at first sight very appealing. New, clean rooms, nicely decorated. The disenchantment came at night. The room could only be closed and darkened with an outside Venetian blind. It went up on its own in light winds and did not move any more, so that the night shone on the light of the opposite bakery. The next shock, at 3 o'clock, was supplied to the bakery and the truck ran its engine. Problem, as the rooms do not have air conditioning, you could choose directory whether you can get a sweat or not sleep with the window open. Conclusion: This hotel I do not book again.

A very recommendable apartment hotel in Munich district Moosach. The hotel is located in a quiet area. All around are office buildings. With the subway (the station is about 200 metres away) you can reach the central station or the city centre within 20 minutes. You can go shopping in the Olympia shopping centre, which is close by. To the Olympic Park or The BMW museum is about 30 minutes away.
The rooms are clean and appealing. The furnishing of the kitchen is also perfect for a short stay. However, his chef-arts are not necessarily to be lived out, because there is a great likelihood that the food odors will be perceived in the hallway for days.
From our balcony a great view of the city and the TV tower opened. A little annoying was the neighborhood of the pigeons that made it comfortable on the balcony.
The breakfast was fine. If the selection is too scarce, you can have breakfast in the bakery next door.
During the holidays there were ample parking spaces in the street. The hotel also has an underground car park.

Let the year 2017 end here. Very good location near the subway station and Olympia shopping centre or Olympia Park. Hotel is modern furnished. We had a spacious double room with a terrace on the 7th floor. Kitchen with dishwasher was even available for cooking, but we did not use it. Staff at the front desk were very professional and friendly even in difficult situations. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and adequate, always fresh and tasty respectively. In sufficient quantity. The rooms were very clean and the room service top, even if we slept longer. Small touches like chocolate — Weihnnachtsmänner and pretzels are a good idea. A good baker is located in the immediate vicinity. The hotel also has a large underground car park for €12 per day. We would love to come back.

For the price the room are not really clean, I found underwear from previous customer, the bed sheet have some some strange stain, the fridge are full of ice and very noisy in some room, dishes at the breakfast are not always clean. There was some broken glass standing in the stair for 3 days. Also the room are noisy, you can hear the people passing in the hall. And the curtain would open in the middle of the night if there is wind. The only good point in this hotel is the breakfast that is pretty good…

The hotel is close to the Olympia shopping centre and by the location everything is perfectly accessible by subway or bus.
The rooms are very clean and tidy. It is also all that to cook for yourself, so the hotel is ideal if you are several days on site.
The breakfast is very good and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
All in all a super hotel!

Worst for business travel. They do not even replace soaps, shampoo basic stuff! bluntly denied. Expecting to come to reception if one needs. Rooms don't have intercom. No complimentary water bottle. No AC depend on external air only. No room service for air freshness. No work friendly desk.

The hotel is very new, everything is very clean and modern! Comfortable rooms-studio, equipped kitchen, all necessary and even more (coffee/apparatus). The room had sweets, croutons, beer and water.

More of a small apartment than a room. Wad only here one night but a modern hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are clean and modern but this does mean they lack character, however for a business trip they are ideal. Plenty of plugs in good places to recharge your electronics, large blackout blinds and comfortable beds. There is a small kitchen area with utensils and crockery should you wish to cater for yourself.

This is NOT a hotel. It is serviced apartments that they then rent out excess capacity as hotel rooms. There is a "front desk" that the building manager will occupy as necessary. However don't come here thinking you're getting a hotel experience. It's not bad, if you don't mind walking through a office park to get to it, and sharing breakfast with international workers who are here on TDY.

Very nice hotel close to subway, modern and clean rooms. Happy again!

Great hotel, been around and this is the one to recommend.

The hotel is still quite new, so there is a clean overall impression.
The EDP system seems to be running stable after 6 months. The last two weeks, I just had to sign my deadline and not refill each time.
Placing a breakfast room in the entrance hall next to the entrance door borders on an architectural masterpiece…
It attracts and is far too tightly seated.
For the money you can go 50 meters further at the bakery much better and cozy breakfast.
With a little luck we still optimized it all.

I read the one or other review and have to break a lance for the house!
I live there regularly since summer 2016, since then come to about 60 nights and have a lot of comparison possibilities. Of course there are occasional small things, as in every hotel.
The subtle difference is that in "the flag" things are done immediately. I can't say anything negative about the staff. Always friendly and accommodating.
The breakfast I had was not so many times, but also had nothing to expose. Initially there was only one jam and no Nutella. That's what I was talking about and two days ago you had responded to it.
The rooms themselves are bright, modern and generous. I have never had any complaints about cleanliness here. And especially in this subject I am sensitive! Not a matter of course, even in significantly more expensive hotels!
Kitchenette with kettle, coffee maker, even ironing board and iron in the room. Sensible mattress and duvet, under which also a 1, 85m-person fits comfortably underneath.
There are a lot of hotels in Munich, but also a lot of reasons to opt for the "the Flag".

My worst experience in a hotel. Bad management, bookings missing, room keys that dont open the doors, everyweek has to claim about clean up my room and even so they continue forgetting it everyweek. Really noisy rooms…

I have lived in their apartments for 3 months and the management is fatal, when we arrived they were recently finished, so there were many things that were not yet completed, at least in that they were working quickly. However, the single rooms are extremely limited in terms of appliances, 2 glasses, 2 forks, 2 knives, 2 plates, 1 towel for a whole week and so. The first room where I stayed in the orientation that has, leads to a bakery with a bread factory, the factory works 24 and approximately to the 1 and 4 of every day, come trucks to that factory, for more than the rooms are soundproofed, it comes a lot of noise. I arrived at the end of the summer, so there were nights where I had to sleep with the windows open, but the noise of machinery and trucks that come to the factory makes a noise that wakes anyone. Then I asked for change to another orientation and the noise of the works they are doing in the surrounding terrain is as strong or more than the bread factory.

Directly at the house is a large construction site. It is very noisy all day. The work begins daily at 7 am and ends at 8 pm. There is a come and go in the house. The room rate is for what is offered too expensive. Repeatedly the cleaning staff did not manage to clean the room and care for fresh towels. The staff seems to be overstrained with the operation of the house with over 300 beds.
